The best bluegrass ever made was Bill Monroes music, BUT he reminded me of a mean scrooge type guy when I meet him, you can't hardly find a nice thing to say about him personally, even the stories here prove my point. When I meet him ,Mr Monroe refused to shake my hand after he kissing the ass of at least 50 other people that were in the same party that day. A real hard ass as far as I'm concerned. And yet I Still love his music.
When Bobby told his first story, it cracked me up so hard it brought tears to my eyes! Just imagining cantakerous ol' Bill saying that had me in stitches!
Oh my gosh Jesse McReynolds and Bobby Osborne, and Del McCoury… man ❤❤❤
I met him visiting the Ryman stage in early 80’s, got his autograph. He was one of the greatest! A very different kind of man.
We toured Europe with Bill in the 80'
I also have a few stories to tell ! :)
Please!
I love these shows.
Darrin's laugh is amazing!
ty so glad to see new shows

What did Bobby say at the end of his Vassar Clements story? I can't hear nothin'. 😂
“I don’t care what he says, Vassar Clements ruined every fiddle player in this town!”
What's so hilarious is, Vassar Clements played with Monroe for seven years lol and yet they were snubbing one another. Classic Monroe behavior
How come I just know Darrin Vincent is in that crowd without actually seeing him
The laugh
Oh come on Bobby!
Romana Jones is sitting next to Bobby.
Is that Bobby Osbourne without a hat?? That has to be a pretty rare day.2:29…..Bill kinda treated Kenny Baker like crap.
Haha they were in New-York ?
I didn't understand half of what that old guy was saying and the close captioning didn't help none either.
"that old guy" is a legend.
@@rodneyharrison3031LOL I didn't ask for a translation.
When you have to be the loudest laugher in the room.
