It is crazy because when I first saw this game I was intrigued and excited, I purchased it on release day but haven't played more than 2 minutes because there is no interactive tutorial. I always used to hate tutorials but now I know what it feels like when there are none and now I find myself deeply lost without it.
I had to come here. I've no idea what i'm doing. It's telling me I need to build plots but when I try it keeps telling me they're too small! Give me some guidance game!
same i got in the game didnt understand what to do and went back to the main menu thinking i missed the tutorials tab, turns out i didnt lol
I just played my first game. Spent two hours building a nice little community, didnt think much of military and had a very small militia. Just got my town it second upgrade then WAR HORNS, enemy army came in and burned my ENTIRE village to ash and ran off with what women were left. I love living history
one very important thing that I didn't hear mentioned (it's possible I just missed it). Make sure you build the marketplace as close to the resource storage as possible. They transport all goods from storage to the market on foot and then it is magically transported to the houses. the closest houses receive goods first but as long as you have enough for all the houses, it doesn't matter how far away they are.
Let me know if anyone else has seen the villager named Cuntz in this game, I normally don't look that hard at their names, but I just won a battle with 3 archers the only survivors, low and behold there he was in all his glory, standing in the middle there like a right...
When I was creating my character, it called me Cuntz!

duuuude, housing size matters. Its not just cosmetic if it comes to vegetables. The bigger the better yield.

I've been looking into getting this game, so this beginner's guide will be very helpful for me when I create my own Manor Lord and build my own town.

City buildings good. Battles are good. Just I havnt played more than 2 full campaigns because once you've done it once, you've done it. Not really a game with much replayability. Right now.

Plot size matters for veggies and apples and having the rental suite helps for those plots too, good guide though 💪
But dont use double plots for artisans since they will overproduce. At lvl 3 a double plot fletcher has 4 families making warbows

You can go below 90 justice by having no manor but having a tavern. Drinkong reduces justice

Well, this is pretty good as a first year gameplay. But if you play on Domination, you will have to prepare for unavoidable bandit attacks which will burn your village down if you don't defeat them. Your approval will fall to 30 and very hardly will you be able to regain it
Been trying to get back into gaming. Games are getting so complex with so many nuances these days. You need to take an entire course just to learn how to play. I remember Age of Empires wasn't this hard.
Its nice to have these games for awhile. we've been having fast-paced games for years
How do I pick up the supplies left on the ground after relocating a building? It just lies there and i can't build something new over it
For logs, any ox with a guide will collect it. Supplies (food, Planks, stone, etc) will be collected by workers in storage houses and granaries. The peasants with the hand carts collect 10 resources but peasants without a cart collects 1

You didnt mention that lot sizes matter for houses chicken coup/carrot/goats.
Why dont i have an extension slot on my houses?? I got it to level 2 and i cant add a workshop , i dont even have the option

I love how bugged and annoying the Storehouse and Granary is. Marketplace is also beyond redemption sometimes. It needs a bit of rework and bugfix. Also when looting the bandit camps is not an easy understanding what is what with the options.

Is this game making anyone else feel stupid? I am so overwhelemed with the complexity and how intricate this game is that i am struggling to learn to play it.
I suggest maybe breaking this up into 2 videos and speaking at a speed that we can follow. Way too fast - rushing through one concept and rushing to the next.
Really appreciate the great content but please, slow down!
