Theirs some exemples that was overlook that could have help to show how powerfull he is. Like he froze hell one time, froze all of new uork and almost the world if he wasnt stopped and that he fight juggernaut by freezing light and an atomic bomb.(a lot basically) Or that he can "teleport" himself and others meanimg that he can froze and unfroze peoples (Personal idea: wich again could theoricaly mean that he could transmute things leading him to potentially heal or create peoples)

That regeneration would have been useful when fighting the adaption sentinels.
