Hey team, just wanted to share some exciting news: You are now able to watch our film Project Iceman in the highest quality possible, ad-free with surround sound on Apple TV in 46 countries, and other platforms like Amazon, Microsoft, and Rakuten regionally (more countries, stores, and regions will be added throughout the year). You’ll finally be able to purchase and own a copy of the film on your devices. Unfortunately, the image quality gets compressed even in 4K on RUclips so we’re grateful that we now have a way to share the film in a way that doesn’t degrade the quality of the cinematic shots in it. Thank you guys so much for this. 🥹🙏 I rode a bicycle with 3 small dogs, from southern nm to southern Maine, this past summer, to run away from a sociopath creating the scariest living situation I’ve ever been in, seizures daily for myself, and my poor dogs pois*ned at the end. Immediately the trip was scary and beautiful, and stayed that way the whole trip, we were surviving in a tent under pretty rough sleeping conditions. Even travel conditions were incredibly dangerous. Almost everyone I met was so amazing. The trip almost unalived me though, due to how dangerous. it was done for epilepsy awarenesss, and saving myself and my dogs from a monster that po*soned my bichon frisé, (he needed emergency surgery). I packed up, built a doghouse trailer for 3, and left on a bicycle. The dogs loved it, but it was tort*re for me. Still happy though because they were happy again. 😇 Anybody can do anything virtually if they are prepared, 😢 sometimes not prepared. Life is too short to be afraid of it. It took us 4 months to make it, got tons of footage, making a documentary out of it hopefully, if I can compile it all. I wish I could get my story out there, to help others needing to leave bad situations to make life beautiful again. Blessings to you guys, you give a lot of positive motivation in life. Truly. Love y’all. ✌️💚💛❤️ Hopefully y’all see this, sorry for the double post.🙏✌️☝️☝️
Oh, The film was incredibly beautiful🔥🔥. Extremely inspiring and a great way to show the true strengths of our bodies and our minds. Human capabilities are so incredible. I’m at a loss for words, truly. 🙏💚💛❤️Blessings to Anders, and crew. And blessings to you gentlemen at yes theory as well 🫡✌️☮️ Love you guys.

Hey everyone! Anders here. So excited to finally share this crazy journey with you all! Thank you for all your love and support throughout, we couldn’t have made this film independently and released it for free without you. All the best on your journey towards your biggest dreams, I hope you will use this film as a testament to the fact that we can achieve much more than we think. Much love 💙 PS. I’ll share more of the next journey on this channel here, so make sure to follow along. #limitationsareperceptions
You’re such an inspiration Anders. Thank you for pushing the boundaries and showing that limitations are only what one carries in the mind, but has no bearing on the spirit and vision one chooses in life. ❤ Thank you.
You are A real inspiration and very strong willed person. Watching this film as made me think about own paths in life and to believe in myself . I am stronger than I realise . Thankyou Andrers
the goal from the beginning for both Ammar and Anders was to be able to make the best film it can be while putting it out for free into the world, and I can safely say as a friend that they 100% did - Thomas
Thank you for making this. My dad has had a really rough past 10 years. He not only had both feet and shines removed but has undergone over 70 surgeries. He won't admit how depressed he is. So I talked my parents into watching Project Ice man. I kept redirecting them back to the movie when they tried to talk over it or try to diminish the emotions. My dad was crying. Quietly. It was right at the part at the end when he's celebrating and says about wanting to show people what we can do. I think it helped my dad relax and finally have a smile again. We went and watch a comedy sitcom called community that I highly recommend. My parents where laughing and relaxed and finally just didn't seem to angry. Thank you for making a movie that shows the true human potential to connect. Thank you
@@diaza0421 Maybe the person knows their father better than you do. Why are you writing this post? "He doesn't believe in things that take power away from him." What does that mean?
Such a long time coming! I feel so lucky to have been apart of this project and am so proud of how it came out. Anders is a brother for life and I'll never forget those moments in the tent. Excited to share this with the world!
@CorySMartin Epic work! I'm so impressed with the quality of everything! Especially working under such harsh conditions. Hats off! Big applause! Congratulations! Freaking amazing!
I am a 76 year old female sitting in front of my woodfire in Australia. Anders you left me exhausted. What you did was seek EXTREME discomfort. What an amazing journey you went through and won. I was exhausted just watching you try to ride that bike but you stuck at it and eventually reached your dream. What an amazing effort from you. Wishing you all the very best in life. I have been following yes theory for a no of years now and have travelled the world watching. I now also follow Seek Discomfort. You are all amazing young men reaching for the stars and achieving it. Thanks for all involved
Unbelievable to be able to see this here! Even with RUclips y’all are doing things which haven’t been done before! Beyond excited to watch now Anders is a legend 🚀
You guys are the absolute best creators on RUclips and I’m so grateful for your friendship over the years!! I first watched the Ice Man in theatres, and now again on YT with my in laws in the Philippines - and it’s better and better every time. KEEP GOING!!!
Would be my dream to get into this friendship circle and hopefully one day create a video with all of you! I just love the connections and the stories! People who travel and experience cultures are so much better adjusted and able to take on an adventure! Keep up the epic content guys
Thank you guys so much for letting us into this masterpiece for free. I, as someone who couldn't afford it no matter how low the costs would be, am really grateful and thankful to how much of a positive impact you guys have in my personal life trough all this challenging years. Thank you again!
What an Amazing journey! The film is so well documented, I could feel myself out there with the team and inside the camp, Under the snow in the middle of nowhere. Hatts off!
This was not just Anders reaching incredible heights in human history. It was the whole iceman team who made history 🫂 The whole documentary was an absolute roller coaster of emotions! I was crying, smiling, tensed, relieved, stressed, everything. I am so proud of you Anders! And so happy for the whole team behind this. Thank you Yes Theory ❤
Dear friends! I'm the kind of guy who usually never ever leaves a comment on RUclips, but I after everything I saw on your channel, I feel a profound urge to express my admiration and gratitude for the love you spread and for the way you do it. I don't think I have ever experienced such an authentic, touching and most of all inspiring piece of work before (for free!!). Thank you for changing my life, thank you for making a change. I love you!
Amazing movie! The line on the screen at the end about limitations brought me to tears, it so perfectly defines my journey over the past 13 months. I’ve been hospitalized since November 30, 2022. When I first woke up in the hospital I was told I was never going to leave the hospital and would die very soon. So I spent those first weeks saying goodbye to people I cherished and getting to tell them what a difference they had made in my life. Sick as I was I got bored and uncomfortable but I didn’t feel like I was dying. Not sure what I expected that to feel like. So I asked the woman in charge of my care team if she really thought I was going to die. She knelt at eye level to me and was quiet for a while. Then she said, “I’ll just say this…I’ve been in this field a long time and I have seen miracles.” Somehow those words made me able to look past the dire words of others and feel more at peace. I won’t say I started to fight back because it never felt that way. What fits more accurately is that I was bored to life. Just being still in bed unable to move my body was painful so I asked for if physical therapy could come and just help me stretch. Took some convincing but eventually it was approved. That therapist asked if I had any goals. My instant response was that I wanted to be able to get out of bed and go to the bathroom. Priorities😂 I’m still very aware of how sick I am. There are good days and bad. But I’ve learned to walk short distances and also use a wheelchair when I want to go further. Three hundred and ninety-one days later (that’s 1173 meals of bland hospital food🤢) I understand I’m medically fragile but no matter what goal the staff sets for me in my heart I set my own and push hard for them. I’m so glad I never accepted the limitations they tried to hand me. One day I may even walk out of here and into a home of my own again. In the meantime I will not only rewatch this movie but I’ll keep watching all the Yes Theory channels. You create a wonderful window to the world beyond this hospital room. Thank you for that.
You are so inspiring! And I second Bridgettepessy…. Dr Joe Dispenza’s work dovetails beautifully with yes theory…hope to meet you in the Field of infinite possibilities!
I can confidently say this is the single most inspiring documentary I have seen. There are too many of us who let our dreams go without giving them a chance. Seeing how dedicated Anders was to realising his dream, even in the face of doubt, is incredible and very motivating. Thank you for bringing us this beautiful film :)
This was one of the most insane things I have ever seen in my life. The production was TOP notch. To film in an environment such as that for that long and to edit it all and put it together is mind boggling. To swim in water as cold as my refrigerator for over an hour is insanity. And I love it. To put yourself through that much suffering just to say you did it, is an entirely different breed. I think this would make David Goggins even think twice about who's carrying the boats. Thank you to anders and every one that helped make this possible. This had me glued to my screen. Anders Hofman, you ARE an Iceman.
🙏🏼 Thank you for making these stories possible through your support of Seek Discomfort www.seekdiscomfort.com/ We love you, thanks for watching and have a great end of the year :)
In Dutch "Anders" means "Different." Anders has certainly earned his name, standing out and rising above most human beings in so many ways; and his team deserves tremendous recognition as well. It is all too easy to sit here from the comfort of our homes pressing "like" and leaving a comment; Anders, and his team also, have hopefully inspired all of us to make the best of ourselves. Thank you YesTheory for your tremendous compassion for helping this young man put his (and your) message out there; well done Amar for your great work.
and the ending song🤯🤯🤯🤯 "I'm looking for something DIFFERENT to clear my mind" it's like this project ice man is his go signal for him to pursue again his childhood dream.
Okay, so I'm one of those "I never comment under YT videos" type of guys, but after having finished this master piece I couldn't just turn it off and not share my thoughts. First of all, thank you Yes Theory and everyone on the team for making this incredible story. It is by far the most inspirational documentary I have ever seen, I haven't seen anything like it before. While watching it, I felt incredibly touched by the journey, and the breath-taking scenery/cinematography was just really "icing on the cake". This feeling just reminded me of why I originally wanted to start making films: to touch people's souls with inspirational stories. Thank You for waking up inside me this forgotten dream of mine! You gave me the best gift: hope.
Having completed one ironman race in my short triathlon career 20+ yrs ago with 1 season of training- this is astonishing! I could relate to the mental stages of challenging one's perception of limitation and what you can actually accomplishment when you cross that barrier. Well done Anders. RESPECT.
This was the most motivating thing i saw or heard in past 10-20 years. I can't event think how much determination and willpower it took to complete the challenge. Physical side, pain and fatigue are the first what comes to mind when thinking about difficulties of such challenge but the mental side of it is the hardest. Congratulations and huge respect. Also thank you for giving me a slight push to get mysefl together and push forward on my life.
I've cried, laughed, didn't breathe, been scared, happy... all emotions in 1h like a roller coaster 😊... thank you guys for all your strength and passion and support and for putting this out for everyone to watch ❤💛💙
Holy shit, normally I dont react on yt but this.... The deepest respect to you Anders but also your crew who made this possible. You guys dont only let see what you can do but also give people the motivation to get the most out of your dreams. Nothing is crazy as long as you believe in it. Again the deepest respect
As someone who is suffering unintentionally, seeing you all survive this did in fact give me hope. We are capable of so much more than we ever know until life hands us more than we think we can handle. Illness has taken a lot but also made me strong in ways I am super grateful for. Perspective is everything.
"The world breaks everyone, but aftwerwards many people are stronger at the broken places." I have lived it, nearly exited this life a couple of times (severe illness and alcoholism). Now I address it in my wonderful job as a high school and college teacher. Many of them have faced addictions in their families, and I am happy to listen and talk when they want. Recently Stephen Colbert said that "suffering is a gift." That statement confused a lot of people, but I get it. It's our perfect opportunity to grow so we can help the next person. Bless you on your journey, and prayers of healing.
I'm a guy from Italy, I saw a lot of videos on this channel, but i can say with all myself that this is the best video that I have ever seen not just on this channel, but on whole RUclips. Thank you because in less than two hours you guys did something great. Suffering, passion, helping people, life, goals, strong mentality and love, love for the people, love for sports, love for whatever that makes fell alive. Thank you because these are the things that will change a lot of lives.
This is the best piece of content I have ever seen. Limitations are perceptions, teaching this to kids is the most beautiful message ever. Congrats to the Iceman, his brother the crew ans the @YesTehory team!!!
Hi, Ander's I have followed your journey over sometime now, I am an ironman triathlete and know an Ironman is tough enough in itself. But you are a remarkable young man. Much respect and admiration a now 62 year old triathlete epic video and I love yur attitude far too many people say you can't do this and you can't do that, at my old age I love continuing to break peoples perceptions of what a 62 year old man should be doing. Hats off to you my friend life is far to short to say what if. I often say its about making memories that will stay with you for a lifetime, and those experiences that when you are lying in your final resting place drawing your final breaths. You can smile and be thankfully you lived a life less ordinary. Very well done youngman. very proud to have followed your epic journey.
This deserves WAY more views than it currently has! I love the theme of limitations are just perceptions. It’s so true. We are our first obstacle. I’m inspired to fight harder for my dreams and persevere in the things I know I’m called to do. Thank you Anders and Yes Theory!! 🙌🏼
I am two minutes in and already the cinematography is ridiculously good. The effort that has gone into this is bloody mind blowing. Watching this as a film maker myself though, is a whole different experience...I am so glad this video is monetized...I would not feel good watching this without paying for it!
This left me speechless and I have no words to truly describe the struggle, efforts, hard work Anders Hofman and the crew went through to bring this masterpiece to us. Hats off to you guys. your deserve more success in your life.
This was incredible. Anders and his crew brought tears to my eyes- they never let themselves give up, and they exemplified Seek Discomfort past what was reasonable. To the crew, to Yes Theory, and to Anders, you are amazing. Thank you.
I am genuinely dumbfounded. The amount of times I cried during this, even now as I type this. Anders is one beast of a human. His mental throughout this entire thing has inspired me infinitely and I genuinely believe now that you can do whatever you put your mind to. If you want it then do it and work hard. Thank you yes theory, thank you anders and thank you to everyone involved in the making of this. Truly a life changing watch
I have no words to express how insanely proud I am of Anders. This was an incredible story, that has inspired so many people to never give up there on there dreams. Watching Anders overcome all these battles is absolutely amazing, and seeing Anders brother motivating him to keep going after the storm was over was one of my favorite parts. Proud of the Yes Theory team for putting this all together! What an incredible film.
i don’t usually comment on videos but wow. what an incredible story. the perseverance, team work, message, everything about this is just so inspiring. this entire documentary is a work of art and i hope everyone gets the chance to watch this. i feel like i can take on the world right now. thank you for showing us that anything is possible.
Brought me to tears multiple times. It is incredible. Everything about this-the film, the team, Anders conquering the Iceman- it is all incredible and really shows how limitations are perceptions. Anders, Yes Theory, and the rest of the crew have outdone themselves once again.
I was one of the original supporters who watched during the virtual premier and have to say the second watch-through was even better. As someone who recently graduated college and still searching for that career job, I can say this has given me some new drive and hope for the future. Thanks again for making something so beautiful and impactful!
Wow. The weather conditions, the mental fortitude, the physical strength, the visuals, the music, the story, the message. EVERYTHING about this was just amazing. Haven’t been this moved by a piece of content in a very long time. Just wow
I can’t believe it’s time to be able to watch this on RUclips! 🥶🥺It’s my wife’s birthday today and the first time I watched it was with her as an early supporter for the project. The mini tiny support I could afford back then was and is the most meaningful and emotional support I’ve ever did for a project. I’m crying to see this finally here, it’s just unbelievable… I’m so so so glad that you’re keep going, I’m grateful for the day Anders and the team met each other, for the day Thomas decided to start the project 30.. just.. I can’t thank you enough for what you did for me… You showed and taught me so incredibly much.. 🥺😭 It’s tearing me apart emotionally because of how hard you are trying to make this happen for everyone.. my heart is about to explode just hearing the music of this film.. ❤️🔥 You are freaking inspiring, extraordinary, authentic and so human! I love y’ll. I have so much respect for you guys! And much much love to everyone here watching and the whole Yestheory community ⚡️❤️🥺
Anders...that was the most amazing thing I have ever watched. I cried at the end, like I did when my kids were born...thank you for that. You are the most incredible person I have seen in my 56 years on this earth. I have goose bumps, and kleenex is not working anymore. had to upgrade to paper towels. I have no idea how to really thank you for doing this, just know that you have given me great hope for what can be. Im spent after watching that, back to the paper towells lol. your team, you could have not picked a better team to help you with your challange. I balled when your brother sparked to life and made you finish what you started, and still have not stopped being emotional about this. im profoundly moved like never before, its like the opposite of stress break down which I have experienced once in my life. People say, all the time that that person was amazing. Anders, what you did borders on the impossible. You are a miracle to mankind...
Goosebumps ❤ It's amazing what a human being can do and achieve ones they push through the "limitations", break the perceptions .... Thank you to everyone who supported it and to you for releasing it here ❤
I feel like I'm watching history. Not only is this a tremendous journey and accomplishment on its own, but putting it on RUclips as originally planned is absolute class. THANK YOU
oh my god. I waited 2 years to watch this. and every minute of that was worth the wait. This is the most insane thing i've ever seen, and i know that its inspired me to go out there and do some crazy stuff, so I can only imagine the impact this is going to have around the world. I can;t wait for you guys to come up with more original Yes theory Films, and for you guys to break all limitations and perceptions about what independent creators can do. Thank you for what you have done to my life and what you have done to the world. You may or may not know it, but things like these change the way that people view the world.
It’s hard to wrap my mind around how truly remarkable this feat is. I’m sure others will attempt and break new records with this in the future, but all those people have a data point and will be able to collectively learn from previous attempts. Seeing the trials and tribulations of the first attempt ever is so inspiring!
I’ve done an Ironman and a 20km open ocean swim. The mental battles you have to fight to expand your belief and overcome fears for them make me so amazed at jumping in to do that swim by yourself in such a wild environment. I don’t even care if you finish or not ( I’m still watching), you are a special human!
This Film touched my heart. The tremendous effort these guys took to even initiate this kind of a challenge seems AMAZING to me!!! The goal that Anders had to complete this Iceman and then achieving it actually makes me proud. First after hearing about this project few years ago on yes theory I thought this would be not a difficult task to complete but after seeing all the hardships that the team had to face during the storm and even the whole iceman made me realise that it's not easy to do anything that hasn't been done before. The level of dedication of the team and especially Anders has given me a new sense of vision.Anthon was a great support to Anders from day 1 and even when anders thought his dream couldn't be achieved, salute to him for that. After learning about the backstory of Anders and his ridiculous dream that no one thought he could complete but he then proved everyone wrong by doing so what he said. I got to see everything I was promised to see during this movie. Thankyou Yes Theory for making this dream of Anders possible when it was on the verge of ending. Anders, Thanks to you for making me believe that anything is possible until you believe it's possible. Waiting for the PROJECT30!!!
This film made me cry and that doesn't happen often. Great Job done by the whole yes theory team for putting this together and Ammar for putting his soul for this project to happen. Ammar didn't appear in a whole lot of videos just for this project to be perfect and succeed well. Again, Thankyou for making his dream come true
I’m not one to be emotionally moved by a movie unless it involves animals of course. But this film created emotions like I’ve never experienced before. The overwhelming tears of happiness that you brought out…I can’t thank you guys enough for what you do. Congrats Anders! 🎉🎉
Dear Anders, in Dutch your name translates to 'different' or 'something else' and Anders: you really are something else! Thank you for filming this incredible journey to show people you can be different and to be something else!
Wow, I didn't expect it to be available for free. It truly shows this was never about the money, it was about showing someone doing something incredible to inspire others.
Everyday people remind me that we are capable of so much more than we believe we are. Thank you for being one of those people. Thank you for being inspiring. Thank you for giving people hope.
That has to be to most “external emotional” support I’ve ever given to someone . True inspiration. Every second Anders made me think of a word-tragedy , he and his team gave everything they had so we can call it-victory! One love
I'm recently facing some challenges (job related as well as personal; very meaningful for me) This is the exact video I (and probably many else) need right now. You are a real one. Inspiring. Thank you!
Saw it in Amsterdam last year and I’m m glad I paid for it & the experience. Met wim hoff & 2 new lifelong friends. Worth every penny. A wonderful film.
This is insane! "Limiations are perception" this line changed something inside of me! Seeing him almost to the edge of giving up and coming back stronger, shows how much you can do things only if you have a will about it! Thanks to the "Yes Theory" for making this masterpiece.
This film was an emotional rollercoaster! Thankyou Yes theory for bringing such incredible content to all of us. Anders is definitely an inspiration to break down all the walls that we have within our heads. Wish him all the best with Project 30!
Thank you for making this available to us for free. A beautiful and moving film. Wow. Well done to Anders, his support team and to Ammar for the brilliant documentary ❤️😍 🇿🇦
Thank you guys. From the bottom of my heart. This is exactly what I needed right now. Words cannot describe how this film made me feel. As a fellow creative there's many times I question whether or not I should keep going - what Andres achieved and the way he did it leaves no room for excuses. Thank you Yes Theory for bringing this story to life. It's more than a movie - it's history.
It’s absolutely insane how he’s consistently been doing this even when he failed again and again! Huge inspiration for all “Yes Theory” community! Thanks for bringing the hopes and positive vibes!!!
Just finished the movie, I am sitting In tears. This was a experience i have never felt before. Thank you YesTheory for putting it on youtube. I am so so proud to be a part of this fam and watch it grow over the years.
Thanks so much for releasing this. Wanted to watch this since I saw the trailer and it wasn't available to watch in my country. Love Yes Theory and all that you do. My son and I will watch this on Christmas day 😊
I am so happy to see this again. I took a friend to the movie theater to watch this. It was/is absolutely stunning in all aspects. Bless all who contributed to this. It is a lifetime achievement. I look forward to watching it again and again. Allowing even deeper realizations to come from it. Thank you, I am changed by the work that you guys do.
Anders is a true inspiration. To have a team behind you like that too much be so heartwarming to him as well. Thank you for bringing us all along on this journey and allowing us to watch. I am speechless, eyes full of tears, and biggest smile on my face. Congratulations on such a big milestone! Not just to Anders but to Ammar too on such an amazing film. Bravo 🎉
What a masterpiece! I had goosebumps the entire time and the whole documentary was incredible. So proud of everyone that made this happen and especially proud of Anders and Ammar for their commitment to this project! 💙
Anders is an inspiration and this film is a huge reminder for all of us that we should keep going no matter how hard the storm is. Thanks Yes Theory and Anders team for bring this film to us.
I just watched this onboard an Emirates flight from Dubai to Bali. Congratulations to YesTheory for producing a full-length documentary, and obviously, huge congrats to Anders for this amazing feat. What an incredible achievement to complete an Ironman in Antarctica. I'm looking forward to continuing to follow your journeys!
Anders, watching your solo swim in that wild environment echoes the mental battles and fear-conquering moments you navigated. Having never attempted such feats myself, your courage and determination are truly awe-inspiring. You stand as a testament to the extraordinary. Thank you Yes Theory for sharing and being part of this massive success.
One of the most moving stories to ever come to life. Yes Theory is amazing and Anders is truly an inspiring athlete to finish this. This was so worth the watch and the cinematic experience this gave was absolutely unreal. What an incredible documentary 👏🏽
BEST DOCUMENTARY EVER....I M YOUNG GUY WITH 55 YEARS OLD...I UNDERSTAND THIS GUY,ANDERS...CAUSE I DID THE SAME ALL MY LIFE....FREAKIN AMAZING.....CONGRATS FOR ALL YOU GUYS BELIEVED IN HIM....BE PROUD.... GREETINGS FROM BRAZIL....BIG HUG MÁRCIO
And thank you for bringing awareness to such an amazing human feat that not only shows the impossible is always possible, but also that we all are here for the same thing, to find the motivation and inspiration we all need to keep carrying on with our dreams. Nobody needs a RUclips channel or to be famous. Just us, to leave comments like this that will continue to motivate and inspire people like Anders to continue to inspire us all further. And to help fund these amazing human beings. FOR FREE :)
Thank you. I was able to get my family to sit down and watch it together the evening before Christmas Eve as I had been saving this one for a special occasion as I knew you'd come up with something very unique and jaw-dropping. You had each person on the edge of their seats, captivated by Anders' story, the story-telling was impeccable. Your journey was truly inspiring and we want to commend you on this massive achievement while overcoming nature's hurdles. Another insight and realization that every stranger and even every close friend is going through their own challenges. Your brother finding his purpose for joining the trip being that person to drive you and have your back was heart-warming, as I know the value of a brother and can appreciate that bond that you have shown each other. I deviate, but point is; this is cinema worthy and will inspire many millions around the world. Let us strive for our own #project30 Love you guys, Ben
Heard you guys were about to drop this on RUclips so I bought it to support the Project while I still could. Stoked to watch it a third time but on RUclips. Congratulations to all of you, it's an amazing story about an incredible human and was directed and produced spectacularly.
wow, the quality of this and the message is inspiring. not everyone is willing to go against the current, including myself. i try but still conform. i am happy you and the team formed to make this possible pushed through to finish this. this sparks hope in peoples mind and heart to go ahead and pursue things in their life, and i pray i will be able to it myself too. Thank u for making this free and available for everyone. ❤
Thank you very much for this gift, Anders! 💪 Today, I promise I'll try as hard as you did to conquer my own limitations. A big thank you to everyone involved in this project! 🙏 Monday, January 8, 2024.
I watched this online last month and it was so honest, vulnerable and just so inspiring! Will be watching it again with my family this weekend and I honestly can’t wait! Well done guys it was incredible!
This was the most impressive thing I’ve ever watched in my life. As someone who struggled to find motivation for exercise, I now feel inspired to continue willingly. I started going to the gym two months ago, initially focusing on weight lifting, but soon added running to my routine. I began running a month ago with 1-minute run/1-minute walk intervals, and now I’ve progressed to 6-minute run/2-minute walk sets. What this journey has shown me is that whatever you want to achieve in life, it’s possible. While it may not seem like much, this process has completely shifted my mindset, and that’s what matters most to me. I feel more courageous to start and keep going after anything I set my mind to. Seeing things like this gives me the strength to stay on course. Thank you for the incredible support-I really enjoyed watching this, and you absolutely nailed it!
This was absolutely amazing. Anders is so brave and such an example. Seeing how he struggled in life. Being told he can't do things and breaking his self esteem. But he proved them all wrong. He had a dream and made it come Reality. It was an emotional rollercoaster but he did it! Absolutely insane. The courage he had and the spirit to finish it. Every time I thought, he is gonna quit he continued. I am so glad I watched this. It was so emotional but motivating as well. I LOVED it!! ❤
This is what it really means to chase your goals. Super proud of this hour long cinematic video. It really shows how much our bodies really can endure with proper guidance and training. Truly an amazing one. Insane and Beautiful. ❤️
I cant remember how many times i cried.. the struggle before and when it happened.. the dedication from all the crew.. damnnn.. anders u are my hero.. all of them.. ❤️🙏
Watching Anders Hofman take on the 'Iceman' triathlon in Antarctica was beyond inspiring! This video truly showcases the power of pushing limits and overcoming obstacles. Anders' journey isn't just about physical endurance; it's a testament to the human spirit and the belief that we can achieve the extraordinary. It's a reminder that our only limitations are the ones we perceive. Thank you Yes Theory for sharing such an incredible story of determination and resilience. It's stories like these that motivate me to push myself further every day! One day, I hope to meet you guys in person - it's my dream to be part of your adventurous spirit and make a positive impact like you do.
Hey team, just wanted to share some exciting news:
You are now able to watch our film Project Iceman in the highest quality possible, ad-free with surround sound on Apple TV in 46 countries, and other platforms like Amazon, Microsoft, and Rakuten regionally (more countries, stores, and regions will be added throughout the year).

Anybody can do anything virtually if they are prepared, 😢 sometimes not prepared.
Truly.
Love y’all. ✌️💚💛❤️
Hopefully y’all see this, sorry for the double post.🙏✌️☝️☝️

You’re such an inspiration Anders. Thank you for pushing the boundaries and showing that limitations are only what one carries in the mind, but has no bearing on the spirit and vision one chooses in life. ❤ Thank you.
I am still at the middle of the movie and find it incredibly inspiring and exciting. Thanks a lot!
You are amazing Anders! Such an inspiration. Congrats! Kudos to the whole team. Well done! 👏👏👏👏🥳🎉🥂 - 💓 from Dubai

Thank you
I enjoyed reading that. Hope your dad is doing well
Damn that’s beautiful
70 surgeries???! He's so strong. I know he'll pull through
Maybe he isn’t depressed. You just want him to be. He doesn’t t believe in things that take power away from him.
Good job, glad you had a great time!

What a superb 🎥 film. Inspirational, challenging, empowering!
The growth of Yes Theory over the past 8 years is incredibly inspiring
Dear friends! I'm the kind of guy who usually never ever leaves a comment on RUclips, but I after everything I saw on your channel, I feel a profound urge to express my admiration and gratitude for the love you spread and for the way you do it. I don't think I have ever experienced such an authentic, touching and most of all inspiring piece of work before (for free!!). Thank you for changing my life, thank you for making a change. I love you!
I was skeptical about the result or if it would be boring. Instead I laughed, cried and felt every emotion portrayed in the film. Great job guys! 🎉
thank you! :)
Priorities😂
I’m still very aware of how sick I am.
Please watch Joe Dispenza's vidéos to créate your own réality . It is never too late ,unless you décide it is .

His dream was another one: playing football. Iceman was his way to crack the shell.
Totally!
I can never relate to such a dream but seeing him fulfill it is awe-inspiring
This was one of the most insane things I have ever seen in my life. The production was TOP notch. To film in an environment such as that for that long and to edit it all and put it together is mind boggling.
To swim in water as cold as my refrigerator for over an hour is insanity. And I love it. To put yourself through that much suffering just to say you did it, is an entirely different breed.
I think this would make David Goggins even think twice about who's carrying the boats.
Thank you to anders and every one that helped make this possible. This had me glued to my screen.
Anders Hofman, you ARE an Iceman.
🙏🏼 Thank you for making these stories possible through your support of Seek Discomfort www.seekdiscomfort.com/

Thank you yes theory, thank you anders and thank you to everyone involved in the making of this. Truly a life changing watch
I have no words to express how insanely proud I am of Anders. This was an incredible story, that has inspired so many people to never give up there on there dreams.

I’m only 25 minutes in and I’m in awe of the story, production and execution of this film. YES Theory. You did not disappoint!
I’ve done an Ironman and a 20km open ocean swim. The mental battles you have to fight to expand your belief and overcome fears for them make me so amazed at jumping in to do that swim by yourself in such a wild environment. Words can not describe how amazing this story is from start to finish, I was enthralled ,excited, and humbled. Thank you Anders and yes theory.
I hope everyone goes and pursues their own Iceman story ❤ this was incredible lads! Well done Anders! Look forward to project30 ❤️

Let us strive for our own #project30
Love you guys,
Ben

I watched this online last month and it was so honest, vulnerable and just so inspiring! Will be watching it again with my family this weekend and I honestly can’t wait! Well done guys it was incredible!
The amount of anxiety I felt during the storm. Way to go guys! Excellent film.
