You know sense he has 300.000 something miles on this vehicle and this RUclips video is 2 yrs old I would be curious to know if the truck is still running today and if ,I have watched a many of these RUclips videos and some are even a year later but it would really be great if you could call some of these people back and do a 2022 video on some of these cars and trucks just to see if they still have them and if there still using the products I think it would go along way as to really say that for the price of these products that it would prove with out a doubt that this stuff really does do the vehicle good I'm just saying.

The color has no part in the quality you'll see as you read the description it is a hybrid acid technology and that's going to be your higher end coolants which meat and exceed all the super tough specifications like Cummins John Deere pack car a lot of the big 18-wheeler specifications which is basically 6 years half a million miles in service.
That's what I put in on this video and that's what I recommend. Would you want to skimp on your vehicle and be broken down!

Yes the Amsoil coolant is a big upgrade it is low toxicity it's Boe. Biodegradable and it will not hurt pets like the regular coolant also your gasket will last longer and this coolant meats and exceeds all the large truck specifications which is the most demanding to meet and at last quite a bit longer it last five years a hundred and fifty thousand miles and passenger cars and you'll see it last much longer in over-the-road trucks and you can mix it to the exact percentage of coolant you want because it's a concentrate.

Also I recommended the Amsoil Dominator coolant boost which is the red bottle you'll see that right near the other coolants
The other really nice part about the Amsoil coolant is it doesn't have that horrible smell and it's also compatible with all other coolant colors so it will mix.
Hey Eben, can you just add the whole bottle of Coolant boost besides the capacity that the vehicle holds.
You should be fine The most important thing is that the boost goes directly into the radiator some vehicles that's the only place you can add it other vehicles have a side reservoir If it goes in the side reservoir it may not go into the actual radiator into your heater core.
Just depends on the type of vehicle It's always good to take a look at the bottle and see how the setup is arranged you'll see my coolant playlist where you'll see different vehicles how they're different I recommend taking a look at a couple of those videos and then when you look at yours you'll understand how it is
Can you use the coolant booster in any type of coolant
Yes as long as it's standard coolant and not a waterless coolant.
There are some coolants that are special for classic cars and it's called Evans cool and on that you wouldn't want to use it but anything that has water in it you can use

I would use what I used on my car you'll see the video if you type in Amsoil coolant change it's called Corvette Amsoil low toxicity biodegradable coolant it's the white bottle it's a concentrate you can mix it to the exacto ratio you want and then all you do is get some distilled water and that's what you mix it with and then I also recommend the dominator coolant boost it's the orange bottle you'll see everything on the site and you'll see it in the lookup guide it'll give you the fluid capacities and everything for your year make model and engine size

This is a OAT coolant the heavy duty coolant from amsoil is an HOAT which would be compared to the Toyota super long life pink coolant and the OAT they use here would be compared to the red or long life coolant. HOAT is the best coolant you can use and highly recommended.
