  • TRX 20 Minute upper body workout with John Murphy from the Body Engineers in Toronto.
    If you have limited equipment at home this is a great workout sequence for upper body development and strength.
    The workout is as follows:
    Round 1: 30s work/30s rest
    Round 2+: 45s work/15s rest between exercises
    A1: TRX Push-up (elbows out) (1:27)
    A2: TRX High Row (3:57)
    A3: TRX Atomic Push-up (elbows in) (4:45)
    A4: TRX Low Row (5:50)
    A5: TRX Bicep Curl (6:45)
    A6: TRX Tricep Extension (Neutral elbow) (7:47)
