  • Here is day 2 of our TRX full body workout series.
    This workout can be completed in 20 minutes and includes the following:
    A1: TRX Stationary Lunge/Balanced Lunge (R)
    A2: TRX Stationary Lunge/Balanced Lunge (L)
    A3: TRX Push-up
    A4: TRX Hamstring Curl
    A5: TRX Mid Row
    A6: TRX Side Plank (R)
    A7: TRX Side Plank (L)
    A8: TRX Mini Jump Squat/Speed Squats
    The 1st round is 30s work followed by 30s rest. The 2nd rounds is 45 s work followed by 15 s rest.
    The workout has been designed to incorporate a lot of the major muscle groups in the body to provide a balanced workout.
