Therefore I will now go on my daily walk and then start a project from your book,, I received yesterday!! So happy! But instead of putting it in the bookshelf, I will now open it and start painting. 🎨😊💖

I was just thinking that. That I wanted to take a month off and rest, and focus on good eating, painting and fresh air.
This sounds amazing! It's better to slow down and feel refreshed afterwards with more power, than dragging yourself through life being exhausted!
When I am ready to paint , it is the time all my homeworks and projects come in my mind 💭 and then I put my painting stuffs aside😭... Nice video 👍

Okay... Can I say something? I really hate painting trees😅 I just don't know why but it turns to be a blob of green paint!!! I am really good at portraits but when it comes to tree I be like " GOD KILL ME"...
But when I hear your voice I wanna draw and paint a tree😅😚 So I guess I am gonna try to do it tomorrow with your video on and hearing your voice... Idk whether I sound creepy or not😂😂😂

Maybe it's my age, but I don't feel a bit guilty about taking time for myself or saying "no". I could care less if others don't like it, approve it, understand it. I answer to myself, no one else. Are they going to be there when I am burnt out, fried, snapping off, breaking down? No....so, I put myself first, because what I've learned in life is that no one else really will, when it's all said and done. We are responsible for our self-care and ultimately, for our own happiness. Get over the guilt. It's a wasted emotion.
