Reid, sorry this is not related to today's video. Can you recommend a web site where I can download a free copy of "the federalist papers" and "the antifederalist papers"? I home school my children in New Zealand, we all would like to learn more of the history of the USA.

So much content lately…what a treat! Reid ran his Stag during the class I took in 2022. Caught the same one on sale a month later and it’s now my go-to. Reid’s focus on fundamentals is very consistent and applicable. I’ve really wanting to get back out to The Ridge even if it’s for the same class. Highly recommend all three of his books…and Paul’s as well. Take care.

I really appreciate these run and gun videos Reid puts out. I only learned about the 100-7 drill from Reid's channel and have been doing them pretty much weekly for about a year now on my home range (with a can, so that I don't drive the neighbors crazy), which is pretty uneven terrain, so it adds a little extra challenge. I believe my shooting has improved in that time. Not just the "high heart rate" shooting, but static as well.

If we aren't in the class, I'm guessing he still wants to show what our skills should be.
I'm thinking he's a dude on a mission to fill the motivation lull.

So true. It's ALWAYS been about fundamentals and techniques! Living in the woods of East Texas, there's 20 homes scattered around our 1 mile dead-end road. We're all shooters with our own ranges. We often have gatherings at one for shooting/training. I'm the only one who shoots with iron sights. They don't fog up, loose alignment, no dead battery, and such. Keeping it simple and consistent. Fundamentals. 😏

You recommend Oakley eye protection. I am one of millions of shooters who wear prescription eye glasses. These eye glasses do not curve tight to my face. There are gaps wear a cartridge or gas could get around the glasses. Are these adequate? If not, what do you recommend?

people look at me funny when i tell them this, but it's been beneficial to me since my heart attack...
to my water bottles, canteens or camel-bak i will add just a two finger pinch, just a pinch mind you, of Himalayan pink salt. electrolyte replacement chock full of easily digestible micro-nutrients.
in my butt-pack i carry a cheap double walled thermos i was gifted from my local Vet Center. it holds 24 ounces of fluid but i use it as for something else.
i take some watermelon, over-ripe mango, papaya and dragon fruit. mash it all up and add just a pinch of "Fluer de Sel", french sea salt or Celtic gray salt.
the thermos keeps it cold and secure all day and just a spoonful gives me a better boost to keep going.
i learned a long time ago that to fight light, you have to be light.
to be light, you have to eat light.
to eat light, you have to learn to discipline your body.
    hope it helps.
