Sir its more then 10 months am following it. The best thing is that i have stopped using insulin in evening. Am sugar patient since last 5 years. Now a days my routine sugar is 120 random MashaAllah. I came across this diet plan recently and started it immediately with 5 km brisk walk daily,even at night am having 35 grms of 2 chapattis with in low oil cooked veg in dinner, I started this from 17 Jan 2022 today it's Feb 26 and my weight reduced from 72+ to 65+ Alhamdulillah. My goal is to get the no.60 on scale..Inshallah ...
Diet depends upon persons daily activity... First of all we should know how much calories per day actually we need to maintain the current diet depending upon our physical activity. Mine is sedentary but I was eating upto 3k calories per day that too only home made food 3 proper meals a day thinking this much my body requires but actually it was too much it would be 1600 calories to maintain my weight becoz of that over the time I gained weight in last 2 years .. currently am doing calorie deficit to lose weight and I eat upto 1k calories per day and 1 hr brisk walk... Forget about oil, fat rice, sugar and eat what Dr had suggested in the low calorie food..I take fruits in morning in lunch chopped salad mixed with sprouts without any dressing evening one cup milk tea with lil sugar and in dinner two chapatis 35 grms of each with cooked in very low oil veg.roughy if calculated over all calories per day will be with in 1000 by this diet I lost almost 7 kgs in 40 days Alhamdulillah still am following the same but can have varieties in dinner like moongdal, besan,oats chilla cooked without or very lil ghee with chutneys.. Actually if we cutdown oil, sugar,and rice with our diet automatically calories reduces and weightloss is definite sooner or later ..

I had tried with DIP diet. I started losing weight too but only with fruit and vegetables hunger can’t be curbed. Also how to fulfil protein which should be equal to body weight.
Everyday only eat vegetables is quite boring and time consuming as well so I eat egg whites or some pulses in boiled form only. You also do this so that you can get protein as well. My protein level is excellent as per my weighing scale. Also I drink hot water throughout a day and finish my dinner before 7 pm. I reduced 6 kg in one week so you can follow this.

I came across this diet plan recently and started it immediately with 5 km brisk walk daily,even at night am having 35 grms of 2 chapattis with in low oil cooked veg in dinner, I started this from 17 Jan 2022 today it's Feb 26 and my weight reduced from 72+ to 65+ Alhamdulillah. My goal is to get the no.60 on scale..Inshallah ...

Diet depends upon persons daily activity... First of all we should know how much calories per day actually we need to maintain the current diet depending upon our physical activity. Mine is sedentary but I was eating upto 3k calories per day that too only home made food 3 proper meals a day thinking this much my body requires but actually it was too much it would be 1600 calories to maintain my weight becoz of that over the time I gained weight in last 2 years .. currently am doing calorie deficit to lose weight and I eat upto 1k calories per day and 1 hr brisk walk... Forget about oil, fat rice, sugar and eat what Dr had suggested in the low calorie food..I take fruits in morning in lunch chopped salad mixed with sprouts without any dressing evening one cup milk tea with lil sugar and in dinner two chapatis 35 grms of each with cooked in very low oil veg.roughy if calculated over all calories per day will be with in 1000 by this diet I lost almost 7 kgs in 40 days Alhamdulillah still am following the same but can have varieties in dinner like moongdal, besan,oats chilla cooked without or very lil ghee with chutneys.. Actually if we cutdown oil, sugar,and rice with our diet automatically calories reduces and weightloss is definite sooner or later ..

I had tried with DIP diet. I started losing weight too but only with fruit and vegetables hunger can’t be curbed.
Also how to fulfil protein which should be equal to body weight.
Everyday only eat vegetables is quite boring and time consuming as well so I eat egg whites or some pulses in boiled form only. You also do this so that you can get protein as well. My protein level is excellent as per my weighing scale. Also I drink hot water throughout a day and finish my dinner before 7 pm. I reduced 6 kg in one week so you can follow this.
