    sir main pichhle 15 saal se wt loss keliye kosis kar raha tha lekin wt loss nahin ho raha tha lekin app ka jadoo diet wala video dekh kar main 24 days main 7.1 kg wt loss karchuka noon. app mere jindegi badal di ,thanks sir

      @@irfanshaikh5462 Morning time main walk karta hoon ek ghanta herbalife pita hoon morning main 10 baje 2 apple 1230 per as per chajer sir evening time main bhuk lagne per 1 ya 2 apple night main as per chajer sir ka diet strictly follow karta hoon speed walk aur thoda exercise karta hoon ,baki kucch nahin khata hoon.

    With the help of Jadu Diet, I reduced almost 14 kgs in 2 months. I was diabetic and was taking 1 Glimepride 2MG tablet daily from 2014, which is now stopped as my sugar level is normal. Today my fasting sugar was 98 and PP is 139.

    Thank you so much sir, it's really jadu. I followed for one week and lost 1kg and my sugar controlled a lot. My fasting sugar level was 180, after following jadui diet it becomes 117 and PP sugar level was 260 and after 1 week it becomes 150. Thanks a lot, I have seen the result in one week.

    I have lost 13 Kgs in 29 days. My regular routine was
    1) Start my day with 2 glasses of warm water, again after getting fresh I drink 1 glass of water with lemon and honey and do cycling for 2 hours or atleast 30 Km of cycling.
    2) Then I eat fruits specially poppeya kiwi oranges,apple ,naashpati.
    3) In lunch I eat daal and boiled vegitables ( Brokley,corn, mushroom, babycorn, capsicum, Beans)
    4) Green Tea with a bit honey
    5) I run atleast 10 Km in the evening and try to burn atleast 1000 calories from running.
    6) I eat a bit oatmeal in the dinner.
    PS: I try to burn atleast 1500 active calories daily.
    No cheat meal
    No day off
    My journey from 83Kgs to 70Kgs in 29 days
    My height is 170 cm and my target is 65 Kgs.

    This diet looks interesting but I have a question. After losing weight to ideal weight after 2-3 months, what should we do after it? Pls tell the diet plan, after losing weight or achieving ideal weight? Bcoz one of the main problem of getting idea weight is People fastly gain that weight again that? Pls comment on that

    But eve I always get hungry and then spoil the diet by eating roti and sabji and chocolate 🍫. Any suggestion for dinner ? By the dinner get tired to make anything

    Sir can be problem of piles get faced during this diet I started making zero oil sabji.. I have Lil bit piles problem after delivery but now if in body there will not be ghee Or oil how diet can be followed without any health issue
