    Dr .Iam pre diabetic my fasting sugar is 125to 145 ,hba1c 6.3 weight was 49Kg and hight is 147cm, நான் IF Start பண்ணி 20 நாள் ஆயிடுச்சு இப்ப என் 47 kg இருக்கு , காலையில் tablet எடுக்குறேன். இப்பafter breakfast sugar 56 தான் இருக்கு.நான் என் Dr ஐ பார்கப்போகிறேன்.எனக்கு உங்க advice pls?'but no change in fasting sugar

    What happens when we do endurance event like long distance running along with intermittent fasting?
    Can you explain?

      In intermittent Fasting, during fasting window water and electrolytes are allowed. So, you can plan any endurance event during the mid of the fasting window. Studies show that excercise along with intermittent fasting result in greater weight reduction and muscle growth.

    Sir if not hungry we can skip meals? Let say i am not hungry in the morning is that so important to take breakfast?

      Sure, if you are not hungry you can delay the meal.

      If you are comfortable with one meal a day, you can proceed with this type of intermittent fasting. But during the fasting window anything other than water or electrolyte is not accepted in intermittent Fasting.

      Intermittent Fasting is very useful for pre diabetics. But it is always better to start IF after consulting your physician.

      Having one meal a day is intense Intermittent fasting, you can have 2 meal a day .

      Ma'am, even though peanuts are highly nutritious, only 40 to 45 grams of peanuts are recommended per day. They are very high in calories and will cause weight gain. It is always best to have them in moderation.

      You can drink water anytime during intermittent fasting. You should always be hydrated. Water is calorie free and will not raise blood sugar levels.
