“M” I am sure I’m not the only one that feels this way, there’s not too many recipes out there for keto cereal and when you come across one that could be possibly in your pantry in the next couple weeks, you gotta take it, as annoying as it is or as annoying as they could be, or whatever the cases how many recipes have you come across that you wish you had watched the whole thing, but it was just too hard for whatever reason so you bypass it at least one at least one you must’ve come across, had to say it, so she can hear it or read it and possibly stop being so annoying that looks bad on the husband. He doesn’t need her there. He doesn’t need those comments. He’s got a great thing and he’s trying to build it like I said I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way. It’s just very frustrating how many videos can a person watch and skip it because they’re childish grown-ups annoying, they talk too slow they put you to sleep, the videotaping a five minute video and you need to watch 28 minutes of it to get the full recipe which only takes five minutes they’re cracking five eggs and the videotaping cracking each five eggs and separating the five eggs it’s torture people need to see this people need to hear it so they can improve on their material. That’s all this is about constructive criticism.

I make them with pumpkin spice, vanilla and sweetener or molasses instead of Keto Chow.
Mine is in the oven right now. But I used half blueberry and half maple waffles because I had those open already.😀

Omgness!!! I just made this and my first pan I had 81 little puffs, I didn't count them all in the end lol But I had a Ziploc sandwich bag full! I made two large pans and four medium / small pans. I made "milk" with 2/3 water to 1/3 heavy cream, two to three sucradrops and salt, salt is important for taste lol and I used caramel macchiato keto chow!!!
Just made this w/ Pecan sticky bun. Turned out great.

Wow, what a great idea! So I made this today but use store-bought liquid egg whites. I tried two different times and they wouldn’t whip up into peaks so I finally decided to go ahead and finish with the deflated egg whites. They’re cooling now. I use the peanut butter flavor. I always loved peanut butter crunch. Because it didn’t whip up it was kind of runny so they turned out a little larger than I wanted but they seem to be getting a little crispy. They’re a bit al dente. Next time I will for sure use egg whites from eggs I crack myself, even though it says it’s made from nothing but egg whites, I think the pasteurization process messes it up.
With the keto marshmallows for rice crispy treats!
Recipe on website missing water. Mine turned out bad..i am hoping it was missing water that was the culprit.

I've done this before and made them and get them in the oven and then further put them in the dehydrator in a crunched up even more and they were perfect
I gave up on trying to make the cereal. Instead, i just eat the whip mixture--it is absolutely delicious!! And since it is so full of protein it keeps me full all day!:)

If you are using your puffs as cereal and want them to remain crunchy in milk, get some cocoa butter spray or a chocolate airbrush and coat the puffs with a wafer-thin layer of chocolate or cocoa butter. Place the puffs in the freezer for 10-15 minutes so that the glaze hardens immediately. This is perfect because the puffs can sit in milk forever without getting soggy, and they don't dry out in the air, or only much more slowly. The cereal industry also does this, which is also the reason why store-bought cereals are often stable in milk for longer. An airbrush is definitely better than the spray from the can because there are still solvents in it so that the fat remains liquid at room temperature, and they have to evaporate for 24 hours. Small airbrushes are often used by pastry chefs for decorating and do not cost much. If you want to make keto cereals frequently, then it's worth it.

I finally got it to work!
Just sat down from going to the commissary and spending $305 on my groceries omg . I do t think in my lifetime I have spent so much or should I say the cost was so much for what I bought . Times are getting tough . I use the keto chow egg white powder to make my own egg wraps so good . I also like to make the 2 krazyketos egg pudding that you bake in ramekins . I bet this flavor would make a good egg pudding or ninja cremi ice cream as well .

The ones you put in the molds remind me of meringues. You should check and see if you can fill them from the bottom using one of your decorating tips. I have a 23 yr old son into whom I cannot seem to get enough protein. These would be awesome. He is looking from something to eat when he gets home from the gym that isn't super heavy. Also making them for my hubby to snack in front of tv. Also, do you guys do consulting?

Question, if we don't have egg white POWDER, can we just use actual egg whites =to the correct ratio instead to whip up into a meringue? If so, what would that ratio be (i.e. how many egg whites to = same amount of powder in recipe as created?) Anyone with a math &/or kitchen knowledge able to accurately answer this question is welcomed to; not JUST a question for 2KK! TIA!

I'm going to add another comment...I was rewatching the video and thinking of not only corn pops but what KC flavors would be good. Joe you are gonna hate me but I am going to try using black licorice! I grew up having Stalla D'oro Anisette cookies. I haven't seen them in years. I think this would be an amazing replacement to have with my coffee.

Ooo, I’ve got to try the Fruity Cereal flavor! As ice cream, because that used to be my FAVORITE thing to do, put my fruity cereal into ice cream shakes!!! And I miss regular cereal, too! That’s what I grew up eating for breakfast. (Probably why I got fat, too, Joe!) 😊
They might be wonderful in a freeze dryer
I made some with swerve and peanut butter but it didn't come out right but I still flattened it out and cooked it and put some in the freezer. The ones in the freezer are better than the cooked ones. I really need to get out my big mixer. Hand mixer does not work as good.
I’m rewatching this because I tried making it and it didn’t work. The recipe on the website omits the water so that was probably the problem. Maybe I’ll try again tomorrow. I did get a fudge like consistency and froze it. I used Peanut Butter Chocolate and it tastes like a saltier pb cup
Water? I’ll have to go back and watch again. I followed the written recipe and didn’t add any water.
Perhaps the fat content of the peanut butter flavor caused the problem. Joe's recipe doesn't have any fat. Just a thought.

1/2 powder egg whites
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 tablespoon water
Mix and then beat well till fluffy & keep going hard peaks
Add on keto 8-10 sweetener drops
Add on one serving keto chow
Mix then beat till completely mixed
Add mix to Pastry bag appropriate tip
Cookie sheet parchment paper, (not silicone)
Squeeze little dollops smaller the crunchier
350 roughly 10 min
start checking and flip pan bout 6 min
Tell them to please bring back the butterscotch😢
It's back now!

Think cooked eggs. They may if vaccum sealed be shelf stable, but will absorb moisture from air, lose crunch. I'd use the hockey puck vaccum sealer and store in large mason jars
Can you use these as mix-ins for the Creami? Or would they just melt into the ice cream?

My egg whites from Rose Acre Farms will not whip properly. It is supposedly only egg whites, but something is wrong with their egg whites lately. I'll try again with my NOW brand.

I would want these savory. I can't have dairy so the savory keto chows are out for me. Maria makes "cheetos" similar to this. May try this with unflavored Equip powder and savory seasonings

Maybe a flavored protine shake? Or vanilla adding liquid flavorings found on Amazon? May need tweaking to get it right. Not sure what is in keto chow verses protine shakes. Maybe ask Jen at keto chow for a product suggestion substitute.

Just curious--i use egg white protein powder to make the bread--it is salted carmel flavor. Are you saying that this wont work for making the cereal, or is it just that since it is flavored it would clash with the flavor of the keto chow?

I made these today with chocolate KC and liquid monk fruit sweetener. They were crispy when they cooled. I put them in a plastic container and when I had more after about 2 hours, they weren't crispy anymore. 😢
Do you have a dehydrator? Pop them in a tray for an hour maybe less on high to remove moisture. Also the moisture removal tiny jell beads in pill bottles popped into dehydrator then put them in your zip lock bag next batch to keep moisture out. U can put oven on low and remove excess moisture that way too.

I'll bet these would be delicious if only I could fluff my egg whites. What am I doing wrong? Mine came out somewhat chewy... not crunchy at all! And, what I made could have used more than 10 drops of liquid sucralose. I want to make what Joe and Rachel made!!! BTW... I only have a hand-held mixer. Could that be the problem???
I had the same issue with a stand mixer with peanut butter keto chow.

I tried vanilla and had a little better luck but had to make them about the size of popcorn kernels to get them crunchy.
