What's great about that? you can use system float system not only with DJI RS2 but also with other gimbals, even with dji ronin 2 pro !!!
I think that TILTA FLOAT has a good chance to become the most universal support system for all gimbals.

I love how you're able to see a slight flaw with a product, & rather then seeing it as a show stopper issue. You find a solution or an improvement that resolves it. This show years of field knowledge at work to get the shot in the can. Well done.

Can you please somehow make a video, how to modify the base plate because in my opinion, the lack of powering the camera through the float is a major issue. You need a lot of cables to solve the problem but your solution is way more elegant! Would be awesome to be able to modify it by myself! Thanks for the awesome video! :)

    Hi Adam!
Before I buy this Im wondering how practical it would be to use the Atomos Ninja V?
Would the cable be in the way?
Im running the Canon R6 so the Ninja V is essential for my workflow.

Hi! I see no one replied to this one. Have you tried it? I am thinking of using SmallRig 3021 connected to a cage, then add a 1m long cable and then attach it to the post where a phone is attached. But still afraid of the very same thing - will the cable be in the way if I am not planning to rotate it 360?

@@user-fs9ln1vp6h I bought a cable for my ninja v and its not in the way

@@Juliochangvisuals Thank you very much for your reply. I tried an ultra slim 1.5m cable and use the Ninja V as an actual monitor. It's more or less fine if there is no need to rotate, but far from perfect. Every now and then it messes up the balance a little which is quite frustrating. In the end I simply attached the Ninja V to the camera cage through two SmallRig 15mm railblocks (2061) and two 15mm carbon rails. And for monitor I keep using the phone through the RavenEye. Yes, I lose the nice Ninja V monitor, as it's up there on the camera, but the balance works as it's supposed to.

For less than $1500, this is a RIDICULOUSLY good value. Regarding the support arms that you used on the Tilta Ring, have you ever tried the ReadyRig? It's almost identical in concept to what you did.
