  • Our trainer Dom walks you through how to do a Big Toe Extension exercise on the split wedge.
    If you have restricted mobility in your big toe joint, start off in the split stance with your rear big toe propped up on the wedge. Lean forward and bring your toe into extension without bearing much weight on the joint. Use a wall or chair for support when leaning forward and only lean as much as you feel comfortable.
