Very helpful… finally one that makes me feel I can do a huge project and make it look realistically like stained glass at 1/50 of the cost haha. Will try to send my finished piece to you when it’s done.

I found your application techniques quite interesting. My sister sells faux stained glass pictures at craft fairs, and she has taught me how to do the painting based on techniques that she has taught herself. You got some interesting effects here, so I shared your video with her so that she can see what you decided to do. I think you got very professional results, and just the right amount of opaqueness to provide privacy. I've been viewing your videos, and I'm glad that you are staying true to your own aesthetics and personal style. You are a very talented individual, and I'm really enjoying seeing your work, thanks for sharing and being such an inspiration!

And your honest portrayal of the process helps people who don't diy much see that not every step seems like it's going to turn out the way you plan but hang in there and do it to the best of your ability and you might be pleasantly surprised. I gotta say I'm not really a fan of faux stained glass as I made leaded stained glass Windows UNTIL all my supplies were stolen, BUT, yours my friend, came out beautiful, just wonderful! Your attention to detail and your own artistic talent made such a big difference in the outcome! Love it, love your design, how you made your own pattern and held it to the back of the glass , working on top of that. Good job, way good!!! • @Lwah0812

Wow, that turned out really well especially since I wasn’t a fan of the design but I really like the final result. We have huge windows in our bathroom over the garden tub which is nice but they had to flip the plans for our house because the driveway and garage because of the storm drain location and they couldn’t do the driveway there. Because our house had to be flipped the neighbors master bath faces ours and they have a 2 story so it’s looking directly down into ours. I have been wanting to do a faux stained glass of a coral reef or something to hang in the window so we didn’t have to keep the blinds closed all of the time. Seeing you do your little window kinda freaked me out because of how detailed and time consuming it was. I now have more of an idea how to do it but don’t know if I have the attention to detail or the patience for it. I’m saving your video so I can watch again and again if I end up going with my plan. I may just end up going with window film since I am not crafty…if I can just find an ocean design.

This is cool, I sent it to a friend who was wanting to buy some stained glass but she's also crafty so maybe she'll do it. I'm guessing with some food coloring you can get some other colors in it too.
