    I’ve just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. And my muscles and nerves are not communicating. I’m 73. My PT had me use a pool noodle to do those exercises! It really helped. You guys are amazing. Thank you!

      New independent study reviews show it or calcium doesn’t prevent fractures. Also incr BMD doesn’t correlate to reduced fracture risk or quality of bone. See FRAX test and breast cancer risk tied to BMD.

    I use a foam roller almost daily. One thing that I find very helpful is to exhale slowly as you're rolling on the foam roller.

    I love to use the foam roller.
    Mine just broke in half.

    I have not done the different angles. I have used it longwise.

      I second that. I can get down and up but it's not... elegant looking. My worse issue with rolling is, as an out of shape woman with osteoporosis, I can't hold my weight up easily. I feel this allows for more pressure on the roller and muscles. It does help that you don't have to do each position for more than a minute. So, I take a break. But it ain't easy to do and I wish I could make it a habit.

    I really like the wagon walk therapy. you lash a staff to your wagon, then do off semetric holds whilst walking. your ambulate into correct posture.. I like samurai draws, skull crusher lifts. and sprints. I also like just easy martching to cure some or another of those hip malfunctions - ya know tdoes incurabilities in your weak ass hips pppplayysas! all those postural issues stemming from sitting, those 12 year indentured students we mal-serve.

    I've been doing #1 for over ten years. Self taught as it felt so good because of my back pain issues. I also do a pelvic tilt one, 😀 hip lift and leg raises with the roll under my upper back towards my shoulders. 😊😊😊

    THANK YOU....I CAN'T GET ON THE FLOOR, KNEE REPLACEMENT AND REVISION, AND ANOTHER BAD KNEE, I HAVE SPINAL STENOSIS AND WOULD LOVE TO TRY THIS. I GUESS I NEED TO LOOK INTO YOUR OTHER PT FOR SPINAL STENOSIS. I ALSO HAVE PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS, SJOGREN'S, OSTEOPOROSIS, AND OSTEOARTHRITIS. ONE BROKEN ARM, WITH THE TWO LONG BONES. I AM 72.

      Diane I teach chair fitness and we use a soft pilates ball. Place it between your back and the back of the chair. Now gently twist and roll. Very relaxing. But I'm not a therapist. So please check with your healthcare professional first. 💗
