Fantastic! I love this.. especially the decompression at the end. I do that a couple of times a day because it feels so great. These exercises look easy but they can really be challenging to your core! I enjoyed this a lot. Thank you so much.
I like lying on a foam roller like this and doing snow angels with my arms. My PT taught me. It really helps loosen my pec minor and has improved my TOS symptoms. I recommend it for anyone who spends a lot of time at a desk or computer. It can really improve your posture. A lot of people don’t know about exercises you can do with the spine on top of the roller.
Physiatrist recommended if tolerated just to lay with arms stretched to side just a little, for safe back stretch, I have osteoporosis in spine fractured over a year ago, now healed with prior vertebra plasty, is it safe for me to just stretch ?
Does density of the roller correspond with DEXA scan T scores at all? If you can only afford one roller, should you go mid-range like the pink? I'm not too worried about the balance having done yoga and danced, but I'm concerned about density and what would be appropriate for osteoporosis and degenerative disc disease in my lumbar.
I have a disc annular fissuring at L5-S1 and chronic bilateral sacroiliitis. Are all of the foam roller exercises safe for me? Thanks for posting the video series!
It can be, but is not always safe, to lift weights if you have osteoporosis. I recommend that you go on my program for 6-8 weeks and gain the stability and strength to lift safely. It all depends on your condition.
I want to know how often I need to do the Meeks method exercises. I try to walk one hour 5 days per week and just to know how to fit these exercises in. this may have been said but I don't see it
Sara, this is such an excellent video in all aspects except for one, the visual quality. Your head is blurry and the picture in general seems to not be in focus. I think you will reach more viewers if you fixed that part. You speak so clear and do such a good job. But it's hard on my eyes to keep looking at something blurry. This video series is too important to miss. Best wishes 💜
My name is Anne Marie , I was bedridden for over a year , now when I just start walking, the muscles pain go stiff the pain is terrible, why just the minute I start walking the muscles just cramps
I’m confused on whether or not to support the cervical portion of the spine with the small rolled towel during and after routine. The towel was shown in the beginning of the video but not used with the foam roller or after the routine was complete.. Is this patient dependent?

Are you working with a physical therapist? I would. You could injure yourself.
