    I NEVER had back issues. Did some hard core exercises two weeks ago and now my back won’t stop spasming. I learned my lesson. Please stop hurting me, back!

    I dont have what I call nerve pain , but very low backache since herniating a disc, I find if I sit down for a while in a firm chair the pain goes.

      How did you know it’s herniated ? What kind of imaging ? ( mri or xray)

      @@JitinMisra I was in so much agony I was admitted to Hospital, they X-Rayed and it was quite evident.
      I did the exercises Bob and Brad recommended, it hurt at first but, now I do them every day to make sure it stays stable, but if I bend the wrong way I get a low back ache.

      I have that, I do exercises before I get into bed, and some before I get up, doesn't matter how many times I get up at night, I do them every time.
