Bob & Brad & Mike, I have full degeneration all the way down my spine and I had a surgery on L5 S1 35 years ago and I know the Disc above that is herniated and maybe the next one above that. What exercises would you recommend for me. Also, I have bone on bone knees that require replacements, but I can't do it right now. Do you have any exercises to make the pain bearable? Desperate for pain relief
It seems your condition is beyond stretching... maybe it will help a little. I built a shielding box to sleep in ..0 pain in 5 minutes or less. Using it for my adhesive arachnoiditis for ten years. L5 S1 is bone to bone. They delete links so search yt for space weather shielding box. Sounds nuts but it works. Harvard paper show the science behind it.

Doing many back stretches, like this, causes pain in my right shoulder. Also, stretches that require a weight bearing flat palm causes pain in my right wrist. Any ideas how I can stretch my back without experiencing this pains?

I have fibromyagia and muscular skeletons plus disc bugle in my neck c4 c5 what's best exercises are best for me? I'm also diabetic type 2 on 4 insulin injections a day.
Just squat and deadlift then back pain will usually go away. If it doesn’t go away then at least you’ll be strong and in pain instead of weak and in pain.
