Surging fix: .99 percent of time the Pilot jet on top of carb is clogged. Clean very small .010 hole with thin wire. My Powermate 2000i had bad surging until I cleared pilot jet. I did not remove carb, I removed plastic case around generator.
Thank you for the additional knowledge. Cleaning the carb worked for my situation, but the jet wasn't plugged up really all too bad. Thanks for the comment.👍😀😊
