Just serviced my EU about a month ago. Battery died about 15 years ago. My gen is in an aluminum enclosure on my car hauler race trailer. used the pull start as I was too lazy to pull the case apart. After sitting all winter it would not start. It took me 2 hours to take the compartment apart since the torks screws stripped. My buddy serviced it, runs great now. At the time I did not know the battery was so accessible.
Watched another video 20 minutes ago on the same subject, 5 minutes in and Old timer has already gave me more knowledge than I could’ve dreamed of
I am happy that the video was good for you

Pro tip: Remove the front lower plate (four a-corn nuts). You now do not have to struggle to remove the old battery and install the new battery.
Thank you!
Did you say use premium gas? Does that make a difference?
It most likely makes no difference but it mad me feel better.
That's an awful lot of Sta-Bil you bought there, you know it goes bad 2 years after you open it right?
That was the only size AutoZone had
