My basil this year went bonkers, seeds went everywhere all over the yard and even in my woods basil was growing, I’ve had so much fresh basil from the garden. I want to get me a freeze dryer next and preserve even more. I’m going to dehydrate a lot of it.

@@evansacreshomestead That’s great! Mine is growing like crazy too. Ever since this video they have grown again and need another harvest! There’s so much you can do with basil! And I highly encourage you to get a freeze dryer. It was one of the best investments I ever made. I freeze dry so much. Happy harvesting and dehydrating!! Preserving your food is one of the best homesteading skills and you’re saving money!!
