I live in Vegas and I’m also a realtor here. The east side of town is a shitty area. Anything near the strip is shitty unless you can afford a high rise that will cost an arm and leg. I live west of the strip summerlin/ Redrock canyon are. It’s a suburb but everything cost 1800 plus for 1bdr starting.Certain areas in Vegas especially for women you do not want to live in. They house a lot of sex offenders east of the strip. Not to mention areas near the strip have a lot of violence, prostitution, drug activity, and strange people. If you can’t afford the security of a high rise living near the strip isn’t worth it. Search for a place in the surrounding areas.

For a 1bedroom apt for $900 Week all utilities included!!! that would have made it a good deal. Because now she ends up paying at least 1k with all the utilities included which is now a good deal for 2bedroom apt.

Hey it's the first time I see your video let me tell you the N.Y apts it's a lot smaller than yours & the rents more expensive like 1000 1500 & no washer & dryer & small regular tub but we do have easy transportation I wish N.Y apts would be a bit bigger

As a senior living in Las Vegas, it took 2 years to get a low-income 2-bedroom apartment with utilities included and I pay just a little more than your sister. I have a mini video on my channel.

I’m assuming this is Indian hills or olen living apartments, sadly the prices have gone up in vegas and this is no longer the same price, since I’ve renewed my lease earlier in the year, I noticed my 2 bed 2 bth has gone up for new renters nearly $500 more and that’s just crazy and sad the price rent surge had to come to vegas🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ vegas won’t be the same affordable city to come live in anymore

I looked up on yelp those siegal suites that some stay in when staying short term or rent I think they aren't picky about credit but are crime and roach infested . the yelp reviews were hilarious. Anyway im.glad I clicked this video I got some good tips from the comments
