I'm a subscriber and watched almost all your apartment tours, this is really helpful for me as I am planning to migrate to the US from the philippines. I hope you can also check and ask if these apartments are accepting new migrants and those with no credit yet, or also do some tours of the weekly apartments or explore some house rentals too. Looking forward to more posts and videos.
I think these are really nice. I had to scratch off of my list when searching, because two of my must haves were an island and white cabinets. The community that I chose has light grey cabinetry, which accommodates my aesthetic even better. The visitor apartment is lovely, despite me never having guests. I miss the rain we had this week. I am rather vampiric and love dark and rainy days.
I know I loved having the dark skies and rain 🌧️ lol yes these were definitely nice but I myself like a bright kitchen ☺️

Absolutely I have that one on my list ☺️☺️☺️
Trend was the last community I lived that. Was glad to go. They are the same exact floor plans as 2one5, Eden, Dune, Empire, Maverick, Evolve, Revolution, Society, Spur, Sur702, and the Aviator. All managed by West Corp Management. Check out Caroline's videos of some of these properties. Cabinets, flooring and paint are the only difference. Oh and very few have sky decks.
