Hi Caroline. thanks for the informative videos! Im planning to move to Las Vegas from the east coast this year. I really like this property; price, apartments, amenities and location seem really nice. Is this a nice safe area? Are there any other properties that you also like comparable to this; Maybe in Summerlin?
@@jayramos882 Thank you! So yes I would say the neighborhood is pretty good, I can’t say it’s the very best you might see some homelessness around the freeway entrance. But where these are located is around car dealerships so to me it’s pretty alright. Also there is Elysian @ post it’s about 5 minutes from these apartments. Just keep in mind they change prices daily so definitely check their website for current pricing. In summerlin you have tanager and tanager echo apartments which I’ve done both on my channel. There is more older apartments in the summerlin area so definitely check the tanager ones. ☺️
Awesome! Thanks for getting back so quickly. And I will definitely look at your other suggestions. If you were moving to vegas for the first time where would you rent? Thank you.
I love your videos and your videos being super informative. I don’t know if you’re on a time crunch when you are on these tours but when you swing the camera around it has a dizzying effect. As someone who plans to move to Las Vegas I really appreciate all of your videos and information that you provide.
I haven’t done them but I can definitely go check them out, that area is not the best I will say that anything behind the strip specifically around that area is not the best. But I can definitely check them out and have a feel for them ☺️
@@carolinelopez91yes if you can do a video, that would be awesome. From the looks of it, isn’t a business area because of Hughes Center? There’s lots of greenery to walk by for my dog which is awesome. Your videos have been extremely helpful!
That 2 bedroom is giving house vibes, and the price is right. These are my favorite so far 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Have you done a review for High Line at Hughes Center? It’s close to the strip and wonder how it is.
