One fun vic experience I had was LV sent a limo to Ritz Paris to pick me up to visit Asnieres in the outskirt of Paris. At Asnieres, I actually met the artisans who made my hard sided runway bag that I brought with me to Paris. They were so excited to see me using the bag they made. I had my guide took pictures of me and the artisans who made my bag to commemorate the experience. It was something I will remember for a long time. I also saw some upcoming concept products during the tour which was very cool as well.
I’ve received a VIC gift twice & was totally unexpected. I’m not sure how much I spent those years. I was gifted the pillow and the bedside tray that was monogram & they hot stamped it for me. Now I’m intrigued to ask my SA. Thank you for sharing.
I work with one client advisor in NY although I’m in SF. The ones in SF just aren’t great. She helps me find hard to find items, but not necessarily expensive ones. Think SLGs from the holiday animation collection. Last time she helped me find something impossible, I sent her cookies. She was SO appreciative. And I ended up getting a luggage tag for Christmas. I probably spent around $10k this year, not enough to hit the VIC threshold. I think it was all about relationship.
I am definitely NOT in the VIC category, but every few months, i'll get between 10-20 fragrance samples delivered to my home. I am fairly loyal to LV fragrances and refill or buy a new bottle a few times a year with the same client advisor. I asked her if she sends them and she wouldn't say yes or no. They come from New Jersey and I am in Louisiana and shop in the Houston flagship store. I have learned not to question things, the older I get.
I met the VIC Ambassador at my local boutique and he really hooked me up. I just got back into collecting LV stuff so it was cool to be treated like that when I only ever bought at Pocket Organizer once every few years. I am taking my mom to the store to get her first bag next month and he said to call him so she gets the full VIC experience! Pretty exciting! :D
Seems like if im spending $60k in a YEAR at LV they would give their VICs more than a key chain or luggage tag 🤣🤣🤣 thats awful lol. I am not spending that kind of money anyway but still haha
I got invited to an opening party and got an email said that I am banned the following week after the party... I was so confused and furious at the beginning, because I bought six items (3 leather goods, 1 trunk, 1 earrings and 1 necklace) and they said the trunk is in another category so it's okay (turned out to be not okay apparently, and the reason why I bought it was because the SA mentioned, it was not on my radar at all), but I guess I will just take my money and spend it elsewhere lol Hermes here I come lol
Thanks luv for this video🤍 I have an amazing SA that is honestly the only reason I shop at one of the flagship stores. Management at this location is so blah! They make it imposible to get any hard to get pieces, I’ve had better luck online or Bloomingdales. I’ve been told that management take over the lists and they decide who gets any popular items. I tell my SA ones she’s gone we are done going there, she’s honestly a sweetheart❤️
I purchased two Keepalls and a wallet on seperate occasions but within a year or so and received a luggage tag at Christmas and an invite to a cocktail party launch of a new line. This was in Sydney and many years ago. I certainly didn’t spent anywhere near $10k let alone $60k but was excited none the less. Great videos, thanks for sharing!
I definitely agree that shopping with the one CA is the best way to get a special experience every time. Just being familiar and clicking with someone makes any experience better - even when you’re not a VIC ☺️
The advent calendars were given to clients in Europe. I am considered a VIC (I think unofficial as I don’t spend $60000 a year), I am invited to all events at my store, early pre-order, lunches and I sometimes get gifts.
This also happens to returns too , in 16 years I have exchanged 5 items 2 of them that were sent to me damaged that shouldn’t be used against me and was told all future purchases were final sale only so I was told from my SA to write a letter to corporate which I did and never got a response back , I haven’t ordered anything in LV within the last year in 2020 for obvious reasons, I will still purchase in the future but not near as much as I use to. Thanks for sharing this video Cindy.
I think it’s cool to be a VIC, but I don’t think I would like to spend 60K for these mass products, even though I’m able to do this I can do many cooler thinks and not spending 60K to get a pillow and a snow globe. 😂
Well I imagine their main customer type are celebrities and crazy rich people that can spend 60k in a afternoon appointment. So the gifts that come with the VIC positions is complimentary to them I would imagine.
I think are like two types of VIC Costumers. 99% are VIPs and crazy rich people they probably spend 200K or even in one day, but if there people who do this for little made in India Snow Globe then they are a bit lost 😂
I love this information Cindy! Great insider info! It's so important to build a boutique relationship if you love designer items. I made my very first LV purchase this year and it was nearly impossible because I had no contact. 😂
I remember spending 5 thousand at LV when my wife and I where in Las Vegas. It was our first time buying LV. The staff treated us very well, offered us Evian water. I can't imagine how they treat vic's.
I received a leather pouch from my CA this year, first gift ever. I shop in the LV Nordstrom Chicago. I have used the same CA for about a year and a half, and it’s some of the best LV shopping experiences I’ve had over the past 15 years. I have shopped at the flagship store in Chicago as well, but it seems they have a turn over of employees, so as soon a I build a relationship with them they leave.
That’s so nice! My CA at the LV on Michigan ave left last week 😢 Would you be able to recommend a CA from the Nordstrom LV? If you can’t I understand. No worries.
@@Chisoria I’ll ask her if I can. Honestly I’ve worked with 3 CAs at the LV Nordstrom’s and I have had a nice experience with them all. Sorry to hear your CA left, I know the feeling 😢
@@aprilwangstrom8731 Thanks so much I appreciate it! I went to Nordstrom LV once not too long ago because the bag I wanted wasn’t in stock on Michigan ave. The CA was kind of blah and didn’t seem to want to talk or show me anything. It was empty inside but I still felt rushed. I understand things aren’t the same now with the pandemic, but it just wasn’t an enjoyable experience.
Hey! I shop at the LV Nordstrom Chicago as well but I recently visited the Michigan Ave. branch because they didn’t carry the item I wanted. It was so cold standing outside in the line! 🥶
I saw a mega vic get a white christmas type tree sculpture with hidden lvs. Spun in it. This may have been a 1 of a kind. He has them make unigue furniture items in custom colors.
I’ve been invited to LV events in the past, I got a shock when the sales associates started calling me a collector (whatever that means), I didn’t think I spent that much, it’s basically when I knew I might have had a little bit of a shopping problem, I didn’t buy anymore LV (or anything designer) for years after that, now I’m very restrained with my luxury purchases...
I am going through the same thing. I didn't start buying luxury till about two years ago but feel like im losing control so will try to seriously restraint myself.
I have not bought anything from LV in more than a decade but on my latest purchase I think I got treated VIC, I preordered and paid for a canvas piece that is very hard to get when some others couldn't or the SA was not giving that option or talking about nominations. So i thank customer service for being kind with me.
Won't lie I've been very skeptical of luxury brands for a long time (growing up super poor) but you're so informative and allowed me to view them in a different light. Maybe one day I'll purchase something from LV, as I have the money. There's just nothing I need!
My local LV boutique doesn't feel as warm and welcoming as when I go to a major location. I would think it'd be the opposite. Mine is very small in a quiet place.
I don’t know how much I spent on LV.. pretty much every new collections from handbags, shoes, slg, fine jewelry, cup, plates, and ready to wear... I got several Vic gifts.. lucky leather red envelope, champagne bottle and glasses, pillow, iPad mini pouch... so good you know so much about LV
Great to know. Wow, that is so much money to spend. Oh, You are right . My friend got a blanket but she didn’t even bought anything last year. Thank you so much for sharing. ❤️
I never had a LV bag but after watching your videos I want one .. I love your YSL camera bags too.. I am addicted to your channel.. your voice is so soothing to me and I love your hair and your make up dressing sense and I love the way how you speak confidently.. Lots of love
I love these videos Cindy! So nice hearing things from other luxury brands. 60k is a lot, I believe Dior is 50k. I have received from Dior an advent calendar, CNY gifts, Christmas gifts (scarves, trays). I think Dior has the best VIC gifts. That's crazy getting banned😮 But how will they know if that person is banned... use a different LV account😂 TFS Cindy😍
But one of the limits tracks over a 12 month duration 🤔: “In any case the total number of purchased leather goods (including small leather goods products) will not exceed 12 products within 12 consecutive months.” us.louisvuitton.com/eng-us/legal-notice
@@AHeatedMess This is for buying online, and without the use of a CA, in store, or through Client Services. Also, if s customer goes over the product purchase limit and is flagged by the automated system, they can have their CA submit a review. The key is not to have multiples of the same items back to back. And then it will be removed and one can resume. I've known of corporate buyers which will buy dozens of the same item, and with approval , they are allowed .
@@AHeatedMess Yes I've delt recently with a client which was a VIC, and went over the purchase limit, and was unable to place her order online. I submitted her case to fraud team, and the restriction was lifted after 14 days of review. Again, the purpose is to prevent resellers hoarding items. It sucks, but it's s necessary step.
Hi Rudolf! I got a notification you commented on my recent wishlist video but I think it was removed/filtered bc I can't find it - something about the coffret tresor 🤗
I think it’s interesting how they have a minimum spend but normally to spend that much it’s against their new rules about 12 bags a year etc. I know some have been getting ban letters and that seems like bad business to me 🙈
Thanks for sharing this Cindy! Wow I guess I was a VIC almost 2 decades ago... I was invited to special events like mini fashion shows here in San Francisco. Thinking back... I must’ve spent about 20-25K that year...I don’t think I will be spending much these days since I have become more practical in my spending...
In 2019 I got a letter and a book/magazine from LV at the end of the year, that year I bought like 5 items from the store (all SLG) it felt nice. this year nothing that I want was in stock so I barely bought 2 items at the boutique... well at the end of the year nothing arrived lol.
I became a vic at Burberry (I’m in Asia) . Started with a purchase because of a sale going on and then more as there were shopping mall promotions which I could use at the store and got on really well with the SA. I think there was less business due to COVID and lack of tourists so the threshold was lower. Got invited to a pre view event and happened to bought a lot because of they had a lot of things that I liked at that show. The gifts were definitely very region specific like moon cakes and playing cards for the specific Asian holidays. Also received a new collection scarf this Xmas season/ birthday month!
It’s very interesting hearing about these things about LV that not many people know. I’m no where near a tax bracket that can afford new LV but I enjoy the videos!
Interesting video ! I always wonder why are some best selling SLG out of stock since years now like the Toiletry pouch and Pochette. Do you have any idea ? It is quite annoying for customers !
They are, it’s just difficult to find - I just purchased one last week 🥰 I give tips on how to track down hard to find LV items in this video 🤗 ruclips.net/video/gYDMVQVBjjE/видео.html
Random note on the video quality (idk if this is even in your control) but your uploads only seem to be in HDR, which causes the video to become extremely blown out and overexposed when I view, and there seems to be no way to fix this, even by lowering the video quality (since it's still HDR, even if it's 480p HDR). I'm not sure if anyone else is having this happen or if there's some easy way to fix it that I'm missing, but it only happens with your videos/channel, which is a shame bc I love viewing your content but this makes it so difficult to see anything.
Ugh I’m so sorry! I’ve been using my new iPhone 12 Pro to film and I don’t know why the videos are overexposed in some formats bc it plays fine on my YT app but then it’s overexposed on certain web browsers 😭 The only thing I can recommend now is try to play from a different device while I figure out how to fix it, I’m sorry! But thank you for watching 🥰
@@AHeatedMess Maybe turn off HDR on your phone camera? I believe you're the only channel I view that has that HDR note next to the quality settings, so I'm guessing that's the key difference, but hopefully you can get it sorted out. I'll definitely keep watching either way. Great content as always! :)
Hi Melissa! It’s from Amazon but it’s not my fave - the hooks aren’t the best so I have to be careful with the door bc if the purses are jostled they tend to fall 😭 My fave over door purse organizer has curved hooks that are more secure, but I can’t find it anywhere anymore 😩 If I do I’ll link in my IG stories Home highlights and update the description box in my videos. Thank you so much for watching 🥰
@@AHeatedMess I like your videos. Question, would hanging the bags that way stretch them too while not in use? I'm looking for a proper storage solution for my small space.
I recently had an incident. I bought a bag for my wife and I later bought one for me, different style. When I bought mine, I needed a manager override. In addition, I found out I was over my limit. Since I have a wonderful relationship with the CA she vouched for me and all was good.
I can certainly say that I did not spend 60K and will most likely never do this...but for 2020, I did do some serious damage. 😀 My purchases are a combination of purchasing online, and between 2-4 LV stores (East & West Coast). My experience have been fairly positive. I have 2 CA's who are particularly awesome! They text me when things are available or hunt down an item for me. I was able to get really hard to find items because of their hard work. I truly appreciate them. Thank you for sharing - Much Appreciated. 😀💕
Cindy- I’ve seen those gifts being unboxed. And I thought I want one lol so I called my SA she had no idea what I was talking about. I guess I’m not a VIC lol. Thanks for sharing and happy new year!!!!🎈
So intertesting! I don't get any gifts except tons of perfumes when I purchase an item. However, I get invited to all the parties. So maybe I'm a somewhat VIC 😂😂???
Honestly I don’t know. I’m thinking maybe it’s because all my purchases are made through my sales associate so now we have an established relationship. Still no gifts for me 😩😂
@@sialee5926 I’ve never been. I live a few hours away from the boutique and many times it’s during the week and if they have a weekend event it seems to be bad timing. I’m not going to lie I always worry like what am I going to wear. How do people dress to these events?? Maybe i’ll go the next time I get invited.
First of all Cindy you look stunningly beautiful and red lipstick suit’s you 👌. Oh my goodness that much money ??? I tried calling the LV 866 number and I requested to transfer me to a center CA they refused and told me that there’s no person of that name who’s working there. Lies because I spoke to that CA few days ago and gave me their extension. I bought everything mine online because of where I live it’s 5 hours drive on a good day but in reality it’s more that 6 hours. Yes, I was invited last year on a preview and I was so in shocked. I didn’t go because of our current situation but after watching your video I should’ve attended that preview 😩. I’m not a VIC or I wish I am but that amount of money can go to children’s college fund but I buy LV. Oh my goodness resellers are the reasons why a regular customers can be potentially be banned. Thank you for making this videos beautiful and have a wonderful week. 💕
For Christmas I bought 3 purses, 2 scarves, a wallet, a pair of boots and pair of sneakers in store. I was surprised I was able to purchase as much as I did in one 4 hour shopping spree. And my SA just texted me about a Valentine’s Day promotion this Thursday.
Thanks for sharing, Cindy. These are some my favorite videos to watch of yours. I have been disappointed in LV client advisors, and I’ve been shopping online mostly. I spend a lot of money at LV, and I’ve been offered water, once (pre-COVID). I’ve only been sent the link to purchase Escale collection, before being released to the public. I didn’t care for it at the time, so I didn’t buy anything.
I am in the same boat, been offered one bottle of water once in two years of shopping. I could buy a nice car with the money i spent there. Im now on a bag diet.
What's the advantage of buying from one particular SA? I have one at my local boutique that i usually purchase from but when she's busy or not available, ive had to buy from other ppl. Should i not do this if i wanna be a VIC?
Even if I had money to waste, I can’t see myself buying $60,000 annually at LV. I like a few of their things. I don’t like the brand enough to make that many purchases.
I love your channel and your videos. You are the only Person that talks so passionate about LV without "look at me* showing off ❤️ I have a question and hope you can answer it. Are there any other Segmentations beside VICs? Some other categories from one time customers to once in a while customers or devoted customers but with not as much as a VIC spends? Hope you understand what I wanted to say? :) Thank you in advance ❤️
@@Gabrielegarita Story is right. 80% of business profits come from 20% of your best customers. VIPs get treated better because they spend more money which in turn keeps the employees and artisans of LV employed.

hello, I am a male and have purchased several items, several times at the boutique in palm desert california and I have never shopped with the same client adviser, I have tried to call and make an appointment and never been successful > my question is are male sales /purchases not taken seriously? just a thought. like I said I have never had the same sales person. thanks for your time.
Hello and thank you for your videos, they're so informative. I just bought a vintage LV from ebay in Japan bc I've always wanted a vintage LV. But, I'm questioning it because I can't really tell if it's real or not? The code or seriel number is SP1905. The number SP1 is very slightly larger than the 905. Is this normal? Also since it's vintage, I don't know the dimensions of the pocket. Would you know what that dimension is? Or where I can find the dimensions? Also, there is a little "D" ring on the opposite side of the pocket that is 5/8" wide and about 5/8" in length. In other pictures and videos I've seen, the "D" ring looks bigger than what I just received. Everything looks real.Thank you.
Hi. Thank you for the very informative and helpful videos. This question might be out of topic, but I was wondering maybe you can help:) I have 3 speedies in different canvass. However, my 1st monogram speedy's( datecode 2010) vachetta is getting darker and darker, which I know is normal, but I kind of like the lighter vachetta color even more. I am considering bringing it in the store and have the vachetta parts replaced to a new one. Do you think it's a good idea? :)
Do you have to buy all of your LV from a boutique so your spends can be tracked? If you buy LV from a dept store do your purchases count towards VIC status?
Love your videos! Do you have a link to the handbag hanger on your door?

I’d love to be such a client but that will probably never happen 😂 Would you advice to purchase exclusively online through your account? I fear that by doing so in boutiques your spending as a client might not be tracked properly.
Hmm I wonder if that 60k is across all stores. I’m pretty sure I’m VIC still or I was at least from 2016 till 2018 per their phone . I only spent 10k a year for several years in a row until I was told I was VIC. I never got presents but I got taken out to dinner twice out a nice steak house . I think you cam just ask to see your ranking on the CA cell phone ; it also shows how much you spend per category which is another thing they look at I was told.
Any chance would you know anything about the settlement from LV and Burlington Coat Factory? I I remember there was a company LXR and Co that used to carry designer goods in BCF, wondering what happen to that department. Lol
I love all your videos and watch then when they come out, and these “insider stories” are my favorite! Keep up the fabulous content Cindy! So i thank customer service for being kind with me.
Jeffree ⭐️ enters chat: hi, how are ya 💕
🤣🤣🤣💫
🤣🤣
From what I hear Jeffree is a gold star client
He has to be like on their speed dial 😂😂
Yeah, VIC is so beneath him at this point.....
I don’t have anything LV and probably never will but I am obsessed with your channel and can’t stop watching lol
No worries I talk about other things besides LV 😆 Thanks so much for watching Renee 🤗
Won't lie I've been very skeptical of luxury brands for a long time (growing up super poor) but you're so informative and allowed me to view them in a different light. Maybe one day I'll purchase something from LV, as I have the money. There's just nothing I need!
Wow, $60k each year? ! If I had that money to burn I wouldn't spend it all at LV. Just saying.
Perhaps it's a strategy to get her to buy again
Thanks so much for posting this video. Great info! I was fortunate to receive the LV pillow this year - love it.
Hi Cindy, Kat L said that this year, there was valet service that delivered her purchase to her home, in a suit and all. Xx
Yess I forgot to mention that new perk! Maybe one day the LV valet will roll up to my door 😂
@@AHeatedMess 🙏
@@AHeatedMess I do wonder how far they will travel. 2 hour flight interstate, you reckon?
They should! Their entire brand history is rooted in the spirit of travel 🧳✈️🚂😂
They do. I’ve been offered this service many times but decline the invitation. I don’t trust everyone. I live about 45 minutes from LV.
I really love that Beautiful colorful Louis Vuitton product there behind you in this video!!
60K isn’t that much if you’re buying clothing as well. People are shocked but hey there ARE people in this world that make a lot of money!!
I never had a LV bag but after watching your videos I want one .. I love your YSL camera bags too.. I am addicted to your channel.. your voice is so soothing to me and I love your hair and your make up dressing sense and I love the way how you speak confidently.. Lots of love
So interesting! Thanks for sharing Cindy☺
Product purchase limitation renew every 6 weeks. The trick is not to buy multiples of the same items and categories .
Good to know, thanks for the clarification Rudolf! 🤗 I know of some VICs who have been banned, and are in the process of trying to appeal it 😬
@@AHeatedMess Yes I've delt recently with a client which was a VIC, and went over the purchase limit, and was unable to place her order online. I submitted her case to fraud team, and the restriction was lifted after 14 days of review.
Again, the purpose is to prevent resellers hoarding items. It sucks, but it's s necessary step.
Hi Rudolf! I got a notification you commented on my recent wishlist video but I think it was removed/filtered bc I can't find it - something about the coffret tresor 🤗
just curious, what was your biggest transaction while working there?
I think it’s interesting how they have a minimum spend but normally to spend that much it’s against their new rules about 12 bags a year etc. I know some have been getting ban letters and that seems like bad business to me 🙈
It’s crazy how you can become a VIC and get banned at the same time. That’s insane!
lmfao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I thought she was going to say “a one of a kind handbag” or other pieces of merchandise as the VIC gifts. But a keychain 🙃
One of my close friends is an LV SA. It’s so interesting to hear what happens behind the scenes!
Thanks for sharing this Cindy! Wow I guess I was a VIC almost 2 decades ago... I was invited to special events like mini fashion shows here in San Francisco. Thinking back... I must’ve spent about 20-25K that year...I don’t think I will be spending much these
days since I have become more practical in my spending...
You always share the most fascinating info, Cindy! Thanks💗
I think they limit the supply to hype up demand 🙃
@@AHeatedMess I don't know to be honest, I think they are no longer selling them at all !
They are, it’s just difficult to find - I just purchased one last week 🥰 I give tips on how to track down hard to find LV items in this video 🤗 ruclips.net/video/gYDMVQVBjjE/видео.html
Zero aspiration to become a VIC 😂 but interesting video nonetheless!
😂🤣 right?!
If u upload through iMovie just hit the options link when you’re ready to export and turn off hdr and that’s what helped me on my other channel
same here! im watching the video with my laptop, the same thing happens! not sure how to fix it, its perfectly fine if i watch it with my phone though
I'm sorry did I hear $60,000 😳
Yup!! Hahahha from Jan 1st thru Sept 🤣🤣🤭🤭
Easy,
Great video! Thanks for sharing your stories and experiences with LV.
💗your videos , where did you get that over the door rack for your handbags 👜? It looks handy.
Great information!!!! Thanks for the information!!
Thank you Amber 🤗🤗
One thing for sure, is I would not get banned from LV from going over the purchase limit.
what!!!!!!!! i would love a louis vuitton moon cake.... those are delicious
Thanks for sharing and happy new year!!!!🎈
Same ! My SA had no clue about the advent calendar or other Vic gifts I was just excited that I was given one their books lol
@@sialee5926 I agree! One of these days. Honestly I don’t think I spend enough money I think it’s the relationship i’ve built.
Happy new year!!! I love these videos. Great content! Cheers!
Something I have always wondered.... grabbing a tea to watch :D
Conculsion -- my spending rate of 1 bag + a few SLGs per year won't get me there xD
Conclusion: My 1 bag + 2 SLGs per year won't get me there xD
Rest assured your spending habits won’t get you banned from LV 🥰
@@AHeatedMess haha xD
Im not a fan of LV but I like how you discuss it on youtube. omg we have the same pajamas lol
@@zylbygdfn6542 That is terrible. There are a few more handbags I wish to purchase, then I’m cutting back at LV. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
What's the advantage of buying from one particular SA? I have one at my local boutique that i usually purchase from but when she's busy or not available, ive had to buy from other ppl. Should i not do this if i wanna be a VIC?
i've been buying from different lv stores, does a store see your other accounts from other stores as well? just wondering
Yes as long as the purchases are made under your account profile 👍🏽
Question - is it appropriate to gift your CA?
I was thinking the same'
LOVE YOUR VIDEOS! Keep it up girl!!
If only they treated everyone that purchases as important. They wouldn’t have a business otherwise.
you're actually incorrect. It makes sense as a business owner to cater to your high spenders.
Someone wishes they were a VIC...
@@Felix-ek1wr not really tbh but there you go. i just think good customer service should be for everyone.
@@Gabrielegarita Story is right. 80% of business profits come from 20% of your best customers. VIPs get treated better because they spend more money which in turn keeps the employees and artisans of LV employed.
@@Beautyinwverything You are absolutely correct.
Ha! Thanks for spending 100k on bags, here’s a pillow and a blanket! Ahahahahahahahaa
That’s what is expected. You can easily spend 20k on one necklace. So 60k to them is like a couple of items. “Ball so hard that shit cray”
I wonder what was inside that LV Advent calendar?👀
❤️❤️❤️Love your videos!
Thanks so much for watching Ashley 🥰
I have just been invited with my husband to our first in store event to show case New Trucks & Watches. It is a late Friday afternoon event. I’m not sure how to dress, casual or cocktail party?? Help please ❤️
Wow! I never even knew about these gifts🤩 Great video! I would also love to hear more about your career/balancing life as a working mom! I am starting remote work now and nervous about handling it all w/ babies at home 😬
I recently got invited to opening night at the LV200 trunk exhibit. My CA said she didn't have anything to do with it but now all if a sudden OTHER brands started inviting me too. Go figure
hello, I am a male and have purchased several items, several times at the boutique in palm desert california and I have never shopped with the same client adviser, I have tried to call and make an appointment and never been successful > my question is are male sales /purchases not taken seriously? just a thought. like I said I have never had the same sales person. thanks for your time.
Cindy, you're really Beautiful!! You could be a model!!!
Hi Cindy , thank you for the good advice !! Appreciate !! 😊😊
Has the brown tote bag in the background a pink bag painted on it, please? I´d really love to see it close up!
Thanks for the info on behind the scenes at working at louis vuitton 🛍️
Any chance would you know anything about the settlement from LV and Burlington Coat Factory? I I remember there was a company LXR and Co that used to carry designer goods in BCF, wondering what happen to that department. Lol
If I it powerball this Wednesday I won’t be a VIC.. $60,000 a year.. no thank you, I am not loyal to any brand.
I love all your videos and watch then when they come out, and these “insider stories” are my favorite! Keep up the fabulous content Cindy! Would also love to see what bags/slgs you have on your wishlist for 2021 :). Also with the LV price increase recently, would love to hear your thoughts on that :). Thanks and take care!
