Or sometimes y'all do have stuff back their and too damn lazy to get it. I had this problem at Pac Sun in October with my sister when we went to go buy our other sister her birthday gift the stupid unhelpful employee was like no we don't have that model of the chuck brand shoe so were like okay and went looking at multiple stores for said shoe model no one carried it. The next day went online to look for the closest store that carried said model and what do you think happened🙄 Wow turns out that very same Pac Sun store we went to the day before carried the shoe model well to be specific we were looking for a particular color and the day before Pac Sun employees said sorry what you see on display is all we carry and we asked nicely for them to look in the back if they carry any other color besides that easter purple color that weren't interested in and they insisted they only carried that color after all according to their own words what we saw on display is all they had🙄 Turn's out we looked online and it said that very same Pac Sun store carried the model shoe color were looking for so we took our ass's back to Pac Sun and we asked again they said the same thing whatever they have on display is all they had so I told my sister screw these other employees I am gonna ask their one employee we haven't asked yet a young sweet gay guy and what did you think happened next he was the best ever he looked in the back room for us & wa la finally found the shoe model color were looking for that whole time while the other employees were just unhelpful n' lazy ass's. I & my sister made sure the manager knew what a wonderful employee this young man was. No excuse for their laziness either because my sister who I went with works in retail herself and she was even highly annoyed with their working behavior.. -Mercy(sorry for the name confusion I am on my dad's phone at the moment) P.S. Were looking for those chucks with the small platform they look a bit taller then the original and we wanted the shoe in white not that nasty easter purple color they had on display but thanks to that young man he helped us tremendously💯🙏💃
I have a friend that her parents were LV clients and received catalog every year. Her parents were very wealthy and we had fun watching the catalog and daydream about our favorite bags. She every year received a new bag for her birthday and she wasn’t a brat about it. We remain friends and she have her bags and look like did back then (more than 20 years ago!)
haha. OMG, You are more on point! Thank you for the shout-out. That's true. Perfume samples depend on the store's discretion and I believe that Client Advisors really have a good radar of telling who is sincere in asking a nano perfume or not so you know, it's a very grey area 😄 Haha, the graphic sheet! I'm glad I'm not the only CA who doesn't know what it is! Thank you! You inspire me to start my channel 😘

Crème fraîche in french doesn’t mean sour cream, it means fresh cream that you can use to whip for whip cream sort of cream. Anyways, both status is ridiculious!
Crème fraîche - Wikipedia Crème fraîche is a dairy product, a soured cream containing 10-45% butterfat, with a pH of approximately 4.5. It is soured with a bacterial culture.
This was wild! I definitely was cringing/ laughing throughout the video. You could almost guarantee that SA had tons of laughs to coworkers after she left 🤣
My husband was in the car business and often people would come in who weren’t serious buyers and they were known as “tire kickers”. Basically they are just wasting your time and when you work on commission only it can be really frustrating.
I feel sorry for that SA. It must have been confusing being asked for things that don't exist. Most of these "hacks" are like going into Tiffany&Co and asking for coffee and a croissant. LOL
Actually whenever I go into my local LV , my SA tells me that they have other things in the back that are not on the floor due to limited display space but most ppl don’t ask for a bag they don’t see because they assume it’s not available. I went in and asked for what bags are available that are not on display and they brought speedys, almas, backpacks.
Last time I went to Vegas my family and I went to the Bellagio LV location and we were interested in purchasing a couple of items (a belts for my brother and my dad) and we were treated like absolutely shit we literally had an advisor come up to us ask what we wanted then went to help another client. So we walked over back to Caesars and walked around that store to look and like casually told the advisor there about what happened & they felt so bad they gave us coke and water even though we only walked out with 2 belts & 1 key holder !
I was also treated so poorly in that location. I was supposed to buy the multi pochette but got so disappointed with their service that i ended up buying a YSL kate bag instead.
Went there last time too when we visited and i can still remember the guy’s face! I was looking for multi pochette accessoires in monogram and he was not friendly at all and wanna walk around see what they have can’t even enjoy looking as i felt so uncomfortable him looking at me. I ended up going to palazzo and ceasar.
I was offered champagne when i bought my first LV at the Rodeo Drive location in 2018. But i declined as i was with my husband and 2 kids. We were just really there to purchase a bag and kids are getting bored, lol.
Correct, you may not be able to run around the boutique alone and grab items off the shelves but if a client advisor is helping you then yes you can look at, touch and inspect any item that is available for purchase
What LV has is a private room for VIP clients that is in another floor accessed via an in-store elevator. I think it is as per the SA's discretion if they will take you there (*not sure about this), because for us, we didn't ask him and yet he just took us there. This happened to us in a major mall in Dubai so I assume they have the same in any other store. The room is spacious and has its own mirrors and stuff. The SA showed us newly released pieces inside that room and he told us he cannot show regular items inside there (this is when we asked his if they have a NeoNoe bag in monogram canvas). My friend was so happy that she purchased a lot during that visit. lol
I had my Attrape Reves engraved with my initials 🥰🥰🥰 I had a semi-bad experience with the person who did my order (kept looking me up n down bc of my outfit, kept telling me the price and saying “you know it can’t be returned right?”, all that) but no lie, the security dudes and the lady fixing the bags were so sweet.
Just a heads up everyone, they are not able to ship out fragrance samples rn due to certain regulations w/ covid. The lovely gal told me hopefully they will be able to soon though ♥️
My LV hack is …….. be lovely to the boutique staff and they will be even more lovely to you. Mind the hack about touching things wasn’t the case with me in Paris as the staff shouted at me for touching a monogram bag.
Enjoyed hearing your take in her video. I used to be a graphic designer and “graphic sheet” was not a term I used or heard anyone else in the business use.
I've been looking for comments on the 'graphic sheet' bit. What came to my mind right away was wrapping paper. Maybe LV wraps items in fancy decorated paper, but even then, what would you do with a branded LV sheet of paper. Wrap a non-LV gift in it to get someone's hopes up? Frame it and display it like art? I feel so bad for the poor SA that day, must have been so confusing
I went to the Bond Street store to drop of a repair and buy an epi card holder as gift for a friend. They didn’t have any in wild colours which is what he liked. Before I even mentioned a purchase I was brought fresh coffee, biscuits, and a bottle of water. The SA was a lovely girl who took so much time with me. We walked around the store almost playing, just hanging out. She took pictures of items on me and sent them to me on WhatsApp in the store. I didn’t buy anything. However, hanging out with her in the men’s section I was introduced to items I wouldn’t have thought of. I saw a gorgeous pair of men’s shoes in epi. I wanted them so badly but it wasn’t the time for me. Epi is my favourite LV material. It didn’t occur to me that I should invest in a nice pair of epi shoes. I really love the men’s department. I will always visit the men’s department from now on. They have so many hidden gems. It was a lovely trip to the store. I also went to Burberry and had an amazing experience. I was invited back with my son for a tour of the building as it an old theatre house. I bought nothing in either store and was treated well. Why is this female going into stores and behaving so strange? SA’s are very skilled at reading people. They probably saw right through her.
You’re korek! It’s a matter of hit or miss. I asked the client services and they don’t send samples. Lol This what exactly she says - Thank you for your inquiry about our incredible fragrances. Fragrance samples are only provided in-store, or when you purchase a fragrance via Client Services. Upon placing your order, you will be presented with the option to select two samples to be shipped with your order. However, we do not send out fragrance samples without the purchase of a fragrance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
I'v never tried any hacks but I've gotten champagne while waiting for my SA to check inventory on my Pochette Metis when I visited Paris a few years ago. My husband was with me and shocked & thought this was standard and I told him it was the first time I had experienced it while shopping at any LV. She sat us at a table away from other clients, another customer came and sat there and she asked them to leave. I did see a lot of people browsing and not asking to see anything specific.
I love watching your videos. I’m sorry my question is off this video topic. Just want to ask you if the Pochette Accessories is worth buying it after the price raise or not? Finally, I was able to place the order and now waiting for it to be delivered. I’ve been wanting it since last year and it was always out of stock so I ended up getting the Siena MM, I know they are 2 completely different bags in style but I added to my wishlist back then when it was about $680 and then $870 and now it’s $1050 plus tax. I love how handy and practical it is but what is the alternative in size and somehow the price if I’ll return it?
This is off topic but what product or products do you use on your face? You’re skin looks so hydrated I have very dry skin and I’m just looking for tips please
I use a variety of skincare depending on the weather, and finish with a facial oil 🤗 check out my travel bag and empties videos and I’ll post more soon 🥰
The biggest “hack” for getting “things” is establishing a good relationship with your client advisor and being respectful of their time and energy. Basic common courtesy and kindness goes a long way. My CA has taken the time to get to know me and will reach out when something comes in that she thinks I’ll like and I’ll text her if I see something new. I know she has other clients and I try not to take too much of her time when the store is really busy…so we do a lot via text.
100% cracking up over the "you can touch things." Like, it's a store. They want you to buy stuff. Just dont ignore the CA trying to actually help you. Also you can ask for perfume samples at almost everywhere, just like you can at a department store.
that’s the kind of videos she likes to put out, i see no point into “debunk” her hacks because she is actually doing it by herself in the video lol, if you navigate through her catalogue you’ll see what i’m talking about
no, it is not common sense, people that work at luxury stores are rude sometimes so you really do not know what to expect, if you touch a bag they see you like " do not touch it if you are not going to buy it" grocery stores have better customer service that LV or Gucci.
You can’t run around on your own and grab bags off the shelves but if a client advisor is helping you, yes you can look and touch any item that is available for purchase 👍🏽
Small Laude and Dra Vicky Belo when they go to LV stores, they’re ushered to a secret room where new and latest LV items are shown to them! Sana all!! It’s in their YT!
Thank you for this information .😀 Don’t always believe what people tell you. Also I would love for you to do an unboxing of the Love Spell fragrance from LV♥️ would love to know your thoughts on the fragrance.
graphics sheets may also mean "stickers"? LV had stickers in some of the magazines a few years ago .... stickers would get pulled out of the old magazines ( if there were extras )
Hi 👋 I’m struggling to pick between the black Mono or the Damien print for my husbands surprise gift. I really like the Mono but I fear he might think it is too “girly”. Please let me know which print is most popular amongst men?! For reference, I am thinking to buy the Slender Wallet. This is also his first LV. Thanks!
I am wanting to buy from the shop when on holiday! I am shy as I and not made of money and want to get a wallet not a very expensive item! I also might get some of the fragrances. Hope they will put the fragrance in a gift box and maybe offer a box of samples
Hello, I called LV customer service, ask about sour cream, they told me to call tomorrow 🤪… jk… I was able, actually, score 2 items from my wish list!!!! I’m so excited!!!!! I did ask for fragrances samples and SA offer 3, which he thinks I will love, one of them is the newest they have. Love your videos ❤️
Yes newly purchased hard trunks can be custom painted! The hack in the video claims old items can be brought in to be personalized, but it’s only certain parts of certain items under specific conditions 🤗
If im not wrong, they dont give out free fragrance samples anymore. Maybe even not if your purchasing any leather goods. They will only give free samples if you buy full bottle size perfumes.
The Boston flagship store will not give out samples. I was in town on business and stopped in and was told they didn't carry samples and they sprayed a card. $500+ for a bottle of perfume... I'm not buying that unless I can try it out properly. The store inside Nordstroms had one CA that seemed to want to even talk to me... while the others stared at their phones. They didn't have perfume in the store and sent me to the flagship store. It was not a good experience for the first time visit a luxury store.
It is so emberessing to think that someone asked for their Créme de la Créme and maybe got showed some new collection everyone can see or so and someone was like "OMG CREAM FRESH IS A SECRET CODE FOR THE GOODS"
I’m a graphic designer, I’ve never use the term graphic sheet. A spec sheet yes, I think that might be what she was expecting and that would be similar to a catalog page but graphic sheet, not a thing I’ve ever heard, I worked for a printing company for 10 years and I’d hear some strange terms from customers but that wasn’t one.
Any way she could have meant a sheet of wrapping paper with designs on it? It's what came to mind for me but she does not even seem to know herself so ...
Hack 4 is a complete lie. I’ve bought $2000, $3000, and $4000 worth of stuff in Louis Vuitton and never have I been offered champagne. Matter of fact. I bought a 2650 euro duffel bag and the most they offered me was water
Also one of the SAs in london literally lied to me and said the pochette accessoires had been discontinued? It was my first time in an LV store and was so confused, went to a different store and have since confirmed it is not discontinued so the hunt continues
Hahaha „offer you champagne bec they want you to purchase“ ….I was offered only once and that was when I bought my Sarah wallet which kinda makes me feel good…I wish they will do it often hahaha
We often get stories of snooty client advisors refusing to help customers who are legitimately there to buy something (often because the customer's appearance doesn't fulfil some arbitrary standard), but I guess the flip side of that is people who go in just to look around and try on things without any intention of buying, therefore wasting the client advisor's time. I don't mean that people should be pressured to buy if they don't like something, but if you are there knowing you won't buy anything, then you are just wasting everyone's time (both the CA's and the customer who is waiting for a CA to become available).
I’ve never been in store due to remote living . I just got my Pochette Métis reverse in with a Magazine ! I was like wait they give free stuff 🤦🏻♀️😂I must have seemed insane to hubby ! I beat the price increase and got a LV #12 magazine 🥰
@@qr5vy Took me 2 years of online hunting ! Made this station worth it 🤣 living remote ! I’m sure only the grizzly bears and moose see my purse 🤦🏻♀️😭🤣
I actually find that girl Mar is very rude and nightmare to deal with as customer at luxury store, based on her youtube videos. She acted like a victim, while I actually think her behavior at those store was quite horrible.
every time i walk into the champs elysées store i get offered champagne and perfume samples - perhaps because i have a long time client profile or perhaps because it is the flagship store
I agree with you, if you want champagne just ask. I usually have things shipped to my house but I was near a location and I stopped with my family it was the first time my husband had come in so my S.A. Offered them water and my husband saw someone else was given champagne I texted my S.A. While she was wrapping my stuff if she would give my husband some champagne after all he was paying for it.

I’m confused... was she serious?? It looked to me like she found a bunch of random silly advices and did a prank on LV..!
You’re korek! It’s a matter of hit or miss. I asked the client services and they don’t send samples. Lol
This what exactly she says - Thank you for your inquiry about our incredible fragrances.
Love your no-nonsense, logical way of talking!!
I need a skincare routine day and night from you. Your skin is flawless. Please. Thank you.
Hi Cindy! Thank you for this great content!! Xox, Lorna ❤️❤️❤️
Two youtubers I like in one video!!
I'm enjoying watching your channel.
Creme fraiche is fresh cream not sour cream. Just FYI. Love your stuff!
I thought fraiche means fresh too but google said crème fraiche means sour cream 🥴
Creme fraiche does translate as "fresh cream" but it is most similar to sour cream. Ive used it in beef stroganoff.
I’m curious to know if they sell the display bags?
Yes, they do.
@@AHeatedMess I’ll definitely check those out I’ll keep my eye out for the other video’s! Thank you so so much I pray ya’ll had a beautiful Christmas!
Thank you for your videos there new for me and great. I think it would be a nice experiment to ask for crème fraiche
Also you can ask for perfume samples at almost everywhere, just like you can at a department store.
that’s the kind of videos she likes to put out, i see no point into “debunk” her hacks because she is actually doing it by herself in the video lol, if you navigate through her catalogue you’ll see what i’m talking about
Fantastic video. Learned a lot!! Thanks for sharing your expertise!
Thank you for that perfume hack I’ve wanted to try LV perfume since you posted it I’ll check with my client advisor tomorrow
no, it is not common sense, people that work at luxury stores are rude sometimes so you really do not know what to expect, if you touch a bag they see you like " do not touch it if you are not going to buy it" grocery stores have better customer service that LV or Gucci.
Yay 🤗
People need to have common sense 🤣
Sometimes it’s in short supply 🙏🏽😭
I need a bag that my toddler won’t look into expecting to find another chocolate candy 😩🤣
Very informative 🥰
Omg I literally lold 😂😂😂
You can also have a personal picture painted on your trunks or jewelry box.
All this effort for a glass of free champagne. 😂
Your skin is amazing :)
Thank you so much 🤗
I’m a graphic designer, I’ve never use the term graphic sheet.
It's what came to mind for me but she does not even seem to know herself so ...
thanks for sharing!
I love when you are still so calm and keep your manner to handle those “special” people
We often get stories of snooty client advisors refusing to help customers who are legitimately there to buy something (often because the customer's appearance doesn't fulfil some arbitrary standard), but I guess the flip side of that is people who go in just to look around and try on things without any intention of buying, therefore wasting the client advisor's time.
That was a great score, congrats ❤️ It's my favourite bag, no question.
@@qr5vy Took me 2 years of online hunting ! Made this station worth it 🤣 living remote ! I’m sure only the grizzly bears and moose see my purse 🤦🏻♀️😭🤣
@@Mimi-pe9zh Still worth it, 100%, this one's a bag for life (I'm sure it's the talk of the forest, those grizzly bears are such gossips ❤️)
Kind of obsessed with your cheek bones😍
I think she means the sheet of stickers you can get
She is really annoying. I’ve seen her video where she went into Gucci wearing all fake. I feel bad for the employees.
Samples are great 👍🏾 I want to try them
when I watched the original video I couldn't believe she was asking for sour cream...we use that French sour cream as a garnish in soup 🙈
The true way to get into the champagne back room, is find Kenneth, and ask him for the frequency. You are welcome
Good old Kenneth
@@AHeatedMess ha, love your channel, you are a voice of reason in a nutty mass luxury world full of ridiculous people haunting these stores, and even more ridiculous staff working there. The “Covid doorman” posted outside of my local LV acts like he is manning the door of Bungalow 8 in the eighties!
@@stephendove2850 They were inspired by the doorman at the Limelight fighting for his life 🙏🏽
@@AHeatedMess Limelight was fun, church setting made it feel especially decadent, and far easier to get in than Studio 54!
Mar is so funny 🤣
She is silly but that part of her charm.
@@katemiller7874 I love her “hack” videos lol
Barcelona location offered me and the group I was with champagne. I bought a SLG and one of the others (my now ex’s mom) bought a perfume so drink availability definitely doesn’t depend on whether you tell them you’re there to spend a ton of money or nor
💖👑👑💖xx MY HACK be respectful and use my manners has my mother always taught me . I love your response A Heated Mess if there was one to add 💖😊💖 big huggsss am loveing all your vlogs you are one beautiful classy lady 👏👏👏👏👏😊xx
The last time I was in an LV I asked for a certain bag and they said they had one in store but it wasn’t on the floor they brought it out from the back and the straps were all wrinkled and one of the corners was squished and I thought why would they even show me this, walked out with nothing
It looked like a funny video 😂
It was very funny 🤗
