His car was really new and nice and he took a bath on the trade so everyone was confused why he did it until the detail guys took the car upstairs to get it ready for resale and found the porn DVD stuck in the car's DVD player!
I worked in retail at a higher end women's clothing store. Around the holidays people would buy a dress, wear it to an event, and then return it. I once had a customer who brought a dress back that just reeked of sweat and smoke. I was always amazed at the audacity of some people.
I work in customer service too, 99% of the time, the customers who are polite and kind are the people who have money, the entitled ones are ...(you know what)
Haha the girlfriend was happy in the end and that's all that mattered =) I will definitely share more customer stories in future videos so please stay tune! Thanks so much for watching!
True. Gotta wonder the car too. If he decided he'd rather throw up in her purse then his car he must have concluded it was cheaper. I mean imagine it. Curious the cost of that bag though. Never been myself I'm poor
THIS. I wouldn't have even indulged his idea of having it repaired. Would have read him the riot act from the second he opened his hungover eyes until the moment I laid hands on my brand new replacement. Ugh.
Maybe shes like it doesn't hurt to ask. In his mind he was probably preparing to buy her a new one anyways. Better ask first and see what they say even if its embarrassing.
When I worked in retail an older lady used our restroom, when she came out she was holding her soiled ( diarrhea) underwear in her hand and asked me to put them in one of our shopping bags so she could take them home to wash them... 😳😩 I handed her a bag and told her to put them In the bag herself! She had some nerve, I would have thrown them in the trash! So, so gross!
You should have bought her some adult diapers... or at least given her a new pair of underwear(if you sold that)!! That must have been super embarrassing for her.
I'm glad he made it right but I cannot remotely imagine having that instinct if it really was about choosing to ruin her bag over his own precious upholstery. A lot of people carry their whole lives in their bags, what else of hers got puke all over it?? And she was the one who had to clean it?? Even if vomit in a car WEREN'T a common problem with many solutions, it's much easier to escape the smell of your car than the smell of all your important portable possessions at once. Damned if that isn't some emblematically Straight Dude behavior.
The grossest story I ever had was at Geek Squad when we had a customer bring a bed bug/cockroach infested computer in for repairs. He opened this bag and bugs started to just crawl out... that was the grossest thing I’ve ever seen. Also: we did NOT work on that computer; one look and my manager said absolutely do not work on that
ew how do people live with bugs...eeww, I get annoyed where we live now because sometimes when we open the door a bug will come in and I'll find it hours or a day later. we have screens on the windows but we can't really open them because bugs still come in when we do, where I used to live we could leave the doors and windows open with a screen and we were cool but we have a wooded area in the backyard and we get water bugs that look like cockroaches, I just can't with them! we have a company spray around the outside regularly but it just takes leaving the door open for like 2 minutes and bam I see a bug, eehh. I get goosebumps thinking of bugs crawling out of stuff like a computer, OMG ew.
Watching another video of yours I thought to myself "She is so well spoken. I can tell she is an intelligent person." Then BAM! You say you went to Law School. I knew it!
Aw thank you! Check out my Lux Law series where I discuss legal battles faced by luxury designers 🤗 ruclips.net/p/PLuD7TgHkQg7vZ0eni1vxUmJ13oJUt5Bu4 Thanks so much for watching 🥰
Your husband was right, you should totally write a book. You're clearly eloquent and intelligent, mix that with the luxury component, and voila! Instant bestseller. I loved reading "Bringing Home the Birkin." Wish there were more like that. So fun!! :D
Omg! I have worked retail before and that was one of the worst stories I have heard! Mine involved a lady tried to return a pair of stilettos that she had clearly worn (scuffs on the heel and toe). She picked up the stiletto and swung for my head ....security had to escort her out of the mall. For a couple of days security escorted me to my car because she was seen at the mall.
That's awful! Our security guards were such an essential part of our team as well. Most of my customer shenanigans arose from repairs or returns which I'll discuss in future videos! Thanks so much for watching 🤗
I used to work at Dior and one day one of our security guards kept acting funny...then a short while we hear a weird noise and he was throwing up all over the floor from something he ate...we had to shut down the store because the smell was so bad. It was so gross and so not Dior
Oh no that poor guy lol! That's hilarious and yes sooo not Dior 😂 Thank you for sharing your gross retail story - that bodily function appears to be the theme for today 😆 Thanks so much for watching!
@Daniel McIntyre your video was the first of the kind that I watched on RUclips. It was one of the ones that got me really into the luxury community and ex-employee story time videos. I still think it’s one of the best to this day ❣️
I love my cabas mezzo, and would have been mortified if my bf threw up inside of my bag. We would have broken up that day because that showed an extreme lack of consideration on his part. Him buying her a new bag was the least he could do. I can only imagine what you were thinking when she brought that vomit bag in for repair. 🤣🤣🤣
I use to work for a 5 star hotel in downtown Chicago. I would hand out towels in the restroom. One night I had a very lovely lady that went into the restroom and spreaded shit all over the Marble walls. Then she attempted to tip me a quarter. I was horrified because this lady had on a coutoure gown and enough Diamond jewelry to blind you. I had to close down the bathroom during a black tie fund raiser. That's when I lesrned how rude and disrepectful people can be
OMG..... THANK YOU soooooooo much for the video. After working several years for a small business, I was fired after walking away from an angry and entitled consumer. I love helping people. I have have no idea who came up with the statement "The customer is always right" EVERYONE deserves a level of curiosity and respect. Working in the field of customer service is a thankless job and majority the time a under paid job. I wish the public understands that you don't have the be unpleasant and disrespectful to get what you need or want. THANK YOU THANK YOU.
I understand your pain ;-( Fortunately my team was always supportive of each other when it came to dealing with rude customers but it may be harder for small businesses. I plan to post more videos talking about difficult customers soon so please stay tuned! Thanks so much for watching =)
As a 69 year old man , i have no interest in fashion at all . But your telling of this story was absolutely great . This is the second of your videos that i have watched and i am greatly impressed by presence and story telling . Very clear and some great humour . Please keep them coming , they certainly brighten up the day .
BWAHAHHA. As the manager I wouldn’t even want to look inside. I would just say no lol. Here’s a gross retail story: I worked at a boutique which sold all types of brands from Ed hardy, Obey, True Religion just to name a few. During that time Ed Hardy tunic t-shirt dresses were in style. This late 40’s-50’s Asian woman wanted to try on the tunic t-shirt dresses. Mind you, they’re not considered dresses however if you’re petite enough you can. I’m 5’8” and cannot wear it as a dress. Anyway, she tries on the dress and comes out to look at herself in the full body mirrors and this man in his 40’s-50’s who is trying on stuff as well so happens to come out when she’s out. Home girl is my size and wearing it as a dress. This man is now checking her out and he’s like damn that looks good. I’m just standing there in shock because it’s so short 😳 because of his compliment she BENT OVER and she’s wearing a thong. You would think that’s all but NOOOO. She’s wearing a giant period pad 🤦🏻♀️ this period bad was so long/big it was almost at the top of the thong (does that make sense?!). I was so freaked out I didn’t know what to do. But I got myself together and told her please do not bend over. THE MAN WAS STILL INTO IT. JZS I will never forget this.
OMG NOOOO you win!!! 😱 I remember the Ed Hardy era but I don't remember the tunic - what is wrong with people that you have to tell a grown woman, please don't bend over 😂 Thanks for watching Richelle! Can't wait to swap retail war stories LOLL
gross customer story- i worked at a Puma store and some guy tried to return a pair of shorts that he clearly had worn, nasty stains and dirt marks. Told him this is clearly used and we cannot take this back. He kept saying they're brand new and unworn, he bought them like that. Well, as a force of habit, i checked the pockets, and found a tied up used condom. Told his ass to take his crap and get out the store. He dipped real quick, seeing how petrified and embarrassed he was, not just fr the used condom, but adamantly saying it's unworn and made it seem like it was the store's fault for selling him a dirty garment.
I used to work at Victoria's Secret... Women would bring in old bras and the managers usually HAD to accept them- even if they were OLD. That however was not the nastiest.... There would be women who brought their old, used, stinky, discolored and hole ridden panties from 1999 to get them replaced because they did not "fit" anymore or the "elastic was broken"... disgusting. Some people have no shame
Oh... and at that same store... Someone sh*t on the fitting room floor- the lady could not hold it and instead of telling us... she tried to hide it in underwear and placed it behind the mirror... We did not find it until 30 minutes after it happened. We had to shut the store down for 4 days and get it sanitized...
I used to be a cashier at a grocery store and one time a customer had cut his hand somehow. He was dripping blood 🩸 and then attempted to hand me money! I was like I’m sorry sir you’re bleeding. Talk about a biohazard ☣️. I was soooo not ready to let him know I can’t handle money with droplets of his fresh blood on it.
I'm currently a client advisor for LV working in a third party call center,I found your channel and hopefully I can use the tips to be a better advisor to my clients that call in!
@@AHeatedMess I'll be sure to read! Right now im noticing so much inconvenience with our system and its honestly driving me bananas! One question though, its a burning one. I would love to purchase LV,however I am interested in buying second hand. Is fashionphile a viable second hand source? I know, super odd question and I so thank you for your interaction!
@@AHeatedMess im so happy! I can now comfortably purchase this vintage vivine mini pochette my wife has been eyeing! Thank you for your response! I feel I have so much to learn,I do hope I can be as knowledgeable and LV savvy as you one day! 💖
Don't know how I wound up on your channel. The topics covered aren't ones I'd ever be interested in but your personality and delivery has me on my fifth video of yours. Amazing 😁
Dear Cindy please do a vídeo about recruting in LV!!! I work in the Luxury retail market for many years and i would love to work in LV but although i've applied many Times, never had the opportunity for a real interview...
As for gross experiences... I used to work as a cashier. Once a client approached me asking if we could exchange his banknotes for "fresh" ones, since his were apparently, as he said, "partly destroyed". In my country there's a policy of exchanging damaged notes, of course depending on their state. Sometimes they are exchanged at once, harder cases go to the central bank for further examination. In order to assess the notes' condition, I asked the client to show them. To my surprise, he took out a plastic food container, saying that the money's "got a bit wet". Then he proceeded to describe how he dropped the money in front of his house and found it a couple of days later in the grass (wet, since it's been raining for days). The story seemed strange, but I thought what the hell, and opened the container. In short, it was a mistake. Each note was like 50% your regular note, but the other half... well, it was bad. The "halves" were crumpled together in a wet, sticky pulp, and when I tried to pull them apart, it turned out there were literal white, moving worms inside them. I almost vomited, and I'm not faint-hearted. I shoved the box aside and told the client to take it away and no, we won't change the notes, and he replied "but they are half fine" and demanded compensation and talking to the senior specialist. Luckily our head cashier was very assertive and refused again, so he took the box and left.
I started gagging just imagining the vomit bag! 🤢 I could never take a bag someone threw up in to a high end boutique and ask for it to be cleaned. How embarrassing!!!
I wish you still worked for LV, You seem so nice. Both times I've gone to purchase a bag, they've belittled me. I ended up leaving and not purchasing anything. 🥺😐
I’m so sorry you had that experience! It may take a few visits to find the right client advisor who really clicks with you so maybe try again when you feel up to it 🤗 I always loved working with clients new to LV because it was so fun introducing them to the brand 🥰 Thanks so much for watching Olivia!
Being belittled, discriminated against, rude is not due to not visiting enough. And this person's story is not the first time I've heard about the dismissive, discriminatory behavior against Hispanics and Blacks.
At this point I’m very picky - not every collection appeals to every buyer and find myself passing on a lot of new items in favor of my classics 🥰 Thanks so much for watching!
Lol...at least the boyfriend bought her a new bag. I used to work in the lingerie department at JCPenney and a customer went in the fitting room to try on a bra but when they came out, they returned the bra back to the rack with breast milk on it. 🥴🥴
Oh noo! I nursed all 3 of my kids and can't even imagine how difficult it must be trying clothes on during that time lol! Lingerie sales associates have endured some awful experiences! Thanks so much for watching =)
Currently binging your vids and finally subscribed. I love that you’re easy on the eyes and you get to the point. Sending all of the pink glitter hearts & unicorn kisses your way! 💖🦄
(Not a disgusting story... just my repair story) I brought my '83 Keepall 45 back to LV to repair. The zipper pull had somehow busted and came off making it impossible to close the bag (like the entire pull not just the tab). So I brought it in to get the zipper replaced and they were SO nice and polite to me, one French SA there couldnt stop looking at it and telling me how beautiful it was (haha they REALLY love their products there!). They told me that they COULDNT repair it IF even ONE of the stitch holes was ripped and she told me that they would send it back if they couldnt resew on a new zipper. So it turned out all the holes were still in excellent condition (even after 35 years!) and they replaced the zipper (looks great BTW). My dog has chewed up the corner of my LV card wallet and the seam had come loose, the lady told me right there just to buy another one because they couldnt repair it. Moral of these stories? They are fairy particularly as to what repairs they will take on and what they wont. If they cannot get it looking perfect they wont take it on.
I have a few very nasty very hazardous stories. But in the efforts to rid my mind of the visuals and smells I will not burden anyone with these stories. But the customers who caused this damage on my mind should be very ashamed of themselves. A fitting room is not a bathroom!
Hey Cindy, I have a quick question. If I purchase a pre loved LV bag and it has the stamp mark showing that it was an employee purchase, e.g. the round circle or the V with a circle, will they be hesitant or refuse to perform repairs on it in the event I ever want to replace the leather or have anything repaired? Also, if it is defective, will they not allow for a store credit?
I would love to hear more about the logistics of working in the store, how things are done etc. Look forward to hearing more customer stories too. This is fascinating stuff! x
That's a great idea especially since I worked at several different boutiques and every location was often frustratingly inconsistent with their logistics! I will definitely post more soon so please stay tuned! Thank you so much for watching 🤗
A Heated Mess in addition I wanted to ask how the other sales associates got along with each other? Did you compete with one another or supportive of each other?
I have a question for you Cindy. My coworker's wife had a Louis Vuitton handbag that needed to be repaired; however, Louis Vuitton was not able to repair the item, so they offered his wife a store credit to purchase another handbag in store. How does that work?
Thanks for sharing. Very interesting video. Did you ever experience bullying among colleagues or seen bullying happen in the workplace? Because of competition and work commission.
Hi, does LV accepts personalize request for a bag? like for example I have LV On The Go MM in Empreinte Black which has a yelllow or mustard inner linings and I want that linings to be black, do they accept that kind of request? Thank you for the answer, I love your videos ❤❤❤
I worked for a prestigious bank in NUC. I was told to dress well. And what a pisser when your in the elevator and a man with holes in his shoes is our client.. and even though I dress well my coworkers ran to by boss and said I was not dressed professionally. I found a note on my desk circled “no short sleeve dress shirt”
Omg!! I sold cosmetics for 16 years. My grossest return was a half used bottle of custom match foundation. The gross part. It was caked around the rim of the bottle with matted strands of hair and makeup. The bottle looked like it had been rolling around in an ashtray. 🤢 It was common when doing a return for us to check foundation to see if it was empty. When i went to check the bottle I grabbed a tissue and opened the lid and out plopped makeup coated hair! Yeah the manager approved it and tagged the girls account for all her future purchases to be final sales.
So this may sound totally made up because it’s soo disgusting and unbelievable. About 5 years ago I used to work in a Pharmacy. One day this man and woman with two kids(about 4-6 years old) were waiting for their commuter bus, and they decided to just sit in the chairs in the back by the pharmacy. The techs started smelling something bad and noticed a couple piles of poop on the floor!!! Everyone was confused and thought a dog came in the store. We later found out there was poop on the floor in the bathroom as well!! We put two and two together and realized it was the two kids. And it made sense why the parents actually left quickly to go outside. I should mention a majority of the commuters who rode the bus were very uncivilized, low class people. Including these parents! That same night another woman that also took the commuter bus came in with her son and went straight to the bathroom. A few minutes later she came up asking for paper towels and said her son was sick and had diarrhea in his pants. I had to go back and give her paper towels and cleaners. It smelt sooo bad!! His shoes were in the sink covered in diarrhea and it was on the floor. She at least tried to clean it up. I felt bad he was about two years old and seemed to have a stomach bug. It’s insane it happened all in the same day! We called a cleaning company to clean the bathroom. My manager was so angry!
Aw that is every parents' nightmare, especially at that age when kids are still potty training and accidents happen at the most inconvenient times lol! At least the second mom tried to clean it up. Hopefully you don't have to deal with any biohazards these days! Thanks so much for watching =)
Hi Vanessa! I definitely plan to film a video giving shopping and inspection tips, from an LV employee perspective, so please stay tuned! Thanks so much for watching 🤗
I have two gross retail stories. First one: worked at Movie Gallery in college back in the day. Customer returns a DVD; when I open the case to make sure the disc is in there and everything is good, a ton of tiny roaches crawl out. 🤢 Second one: worked at Victoria’s Secret, also during my college days. A customer points out a pair of underwear on one of the display tables in the front of the store with skid marks on them. Got my manager to deal with that one. 🤮🤮🤮 Like you said, I didn’t get paid enough to deal with that shit (literally)!
Hi there, just came across your video... and I'm definitely a new subbie now 😊😊.... I just have a question . I just bought my first LV bag which is a speedy 25, and i noticed there were no stamp of the size on either side of leather tab. I thought all speedy bags have this stamp? Hope you can help. tia
This video made me lol 😂 I just discovered your channel and watched a few videos. This video was the one to make me subscribe. Please keep the LV videos coming. I only recently discovered my obsession with LV this past July 😍 TFS
Used to work in a retail pharmacy and got promoted through the ranks before I left 10 yrs ago. You would be SHOCKED at the number of ppl that will drop their pants in the middle of a store and just go right there. 2 💩 right where anyone could see. One of them I particularly enjoyed because my lazy manager was in the next aisle when it happened and had to clean it up as I was taking the daily deposit to the bank. Apparently he caught the guy at the end and was so shocked the guy had time to pull up his pants and walk out the door..... leaving little poo piles every other step. Dude had been literally 10 ft from the bathroom and next aisle over from a key holding manager, but nope. Had to go right in the middle of the baby aisle. (I have a worse story believe it or not but I'm about to have dinner.)
That is so gross lol. When I was in uni I worked at H&M. One day a little girl said her tummy hurt, but her mom was too busy shopping to listen. So she threw up and I was like nope. I do not get paid enough to even look at that. So another employee just swept it under one of the displays smh. So gross lol
My brother worked at Apple. He said he would have to keep rubber gloves close by because so many people would come in with, “my iphone fell into the toilet”. The worst he said was the young girls that would bing their broken iPhones in and pull them out of their bra and try and hand it to him. He always said the same thing… “I’m not paid enough for this”.
I worked in retail at South Coast Plaza ( a high end mall ) and lady after Xmas was trying to return a mohair sweater that had no label or receipt that she hand washed that was falling apart . I was not able to return it and she kept on shaking it so there was this huge white fog of mohair all over the counter . Finally she threw it at me as I found the care label that said dry clean only
working on a customer service industry and yeah.. there were some customers that feel very entitled and very rude like you owe your existence to them. Oh no! they are stepping over you. For all of us, we work in service for the other people in different forms.. Let's just not be difficult people. Let's be a little humane to those people rendering us service. Respect in any race, social / economic status, gender preference, religion, age, color. Please. Let's respect each one as how we wanted to be treated..
Thanks for sharing your experiences as a former LV employee! It's really interesting to hear the perspective from the "other side" since lots of RUclips LV customer service experiences are from the customers' POV. I also used to work in the customer service industry - so sorry to hear about the vomit bag story! New friend here, hope we can connect on RUclips! 😊
I will definitely post more about my time working for LV so please stay tuned! Just like many other customer service jobs, it had its ups and downs and most customers were great with just a few bad eggs that stood out =) Thanks so much for watching 🤗
I have a question regarding louis vuitton repairs, you said they do most repairs. I have a Mahina L surya, the old style that's been discontinued, it's patent leather and is cracking. I'm wondering if they'd be able to repair the entire exterior, it started at the perforated LV symbols and sort of just spread like spiderweb in some areas.
You have every right & even an obligation to refuse the body fluids of a strange adult. If I were the manager I would have instantly refused, & offered a small discount on a replacement bag which the boyfriend should have purchased anyway. I've refused bloody money a few times when I worked for a Railroad. .
Yes the employee discounts and employee sales were some of the best perks of the job! I’ll discuss the employee benefits and perks in another video soon 🤗
Hi ms.cindy if ever ,why not make another vlog regarding LV's window decoration's I'm just curious!I mean, after the season where do they go?like the mannequins or other paraphernalia's on the window?hope you answer me!thanks! 🇵🇭🌻🇵🇭
I work in mark and Spencer retail store for many years since I left school at the age 18 to 34yrs and stop working get married moved from Singapore to New York. I have many experience been in the retail lines have good and bad customers but in the service lines always remember customers are always right.
Why didn't this lady clean her own bag, I don't even think this falls under the catergory of a repair. Nobody wants to smell or touch your vomit. Yuck!!!! She should have been ashamed of herself.
How are you able to openly speak about your experience working at LV? I always watch these sorts of videos and think people will get in trouble for it! Anyway, loved hearing this story.
Thanks for sharing wow that's disgusting. My experience I was working in the hotel I remember I prepared a bungalow for a wedding was amazing decorated Next day I was devastating a lot of mess and, and, they vomit inside the bathroom sink it was full of vomit 🤢🤢🤢🤢 my bad experience. I still remember.
Ughh I can’t stand that smell 🤢🤢🤢 But on the plus side at least they aimed for the sink! It could have been much worse 😂 Thanks so much for watching Yuliana 🤗

Hi I’m new here. Your videos are so entertaining! My first fake/dupe bag was an LV (I was 15 years old) to now I am 27 and I own my authentic LV speedy damier azur 30! I think Louis Vuitton will always be my favorite.
For those who work(ed) in retail, what is your *grossest* customer story?? 🤢😂
I worked at A&F kids and a customers kid peed on me, as the mother watched, and she did nothing about it.
I used to work in the car business and one Sunday morning a guy came in super early and traded in a really new SUV. His car was really new and nice and he took a bath on the trade so everyone was confused why he did it until the detail guys took the car upstairs to get it ready for resale and found the porn DVD stuck in the car's DVD player!

She had some nerve, I would have thrown them in the trash! So, so gross!
OMG😳🤢....older ladies use to be special s most of the time😶
She likely had dementia. That’s not an uncommon act/rationale, for those who have been diagnosed. 😢

Gross is right, but that bag is ugly as hell. Throw it in the garbage where it belongs.
Lmfao so not Dior 🤣👜
@Daniel McIntyre your video was the first of the kind that I watched on RUclips. It was one of the ones that got me really into the luxury community and ex-employee story time videos. I still think it’s one of the best to this day ❣️
would you say his breath needed DIORdorant.
"so not Dior"😂😂😂
I love my cabas mezzo, and would have been mortified if my bf threw up inside of my bag. We would have broken up that day because that showed an extreme lack of consideration on his part. Him buying her a new bag was the least he could do. I can only imagine what you were thinking when she brought that vomit bag in for repair. 🤣🤣🤣
How do you speak to eloquently!!! Literally goals
Your voice is so soothing it’s satisfying!
Thanks so much for watching 🥰
I puked in my Louis Vuitton once when in a cab. My friends always talk about that day. I would have never ever asked for a repair 😆😢
I once had a drunk homeless man sit on my neverfull 😂
As a 69 year old man , i have no interest in fashion at all . But your telling of this story was absolutely great . This is the second of your videos that i have watched and i am greatly impressed by presence and story telling . Very clear and some great humour . Please keep them coming , they certainly brighten up the day .
Thank you Sam 🥰 I’m so glad you enjoy my videos 🤗
Once a costumer started yelling at me, he asked me why i was charging him a tax . When it is obvious that everything you buy has a tax
BWAHAHHA. As the manager I wouldn’t even want to look inside. I would just say no lol.
Here’s a gross retail story:
I worked at a boutique which sold all types of brands from Ed hardy, Obey, True Religion just to name a few.
Haha wow, that is wild!! 😷🤣
Wowwwww! 😂😂😂😂😂
Haaaaaaass. Noooo. Pad with a thong. That's a no no!!
😂😂😂
gross customer story- i worked at a Puma store and some guy tried to return a pair of shorts that he clearly had worn, nasty stains and dirt marks.
I love your confidence!
Thanks so much for watching 🤗
The pocketbook handle above your head looks like a halo.
Lol that was an unintentional but happy accident 😇 Thanks so much for watching 🥰
Lmao it does
Cindy the phrase "unknown foreign liquids from a person" is incredibly descriptive and made me a little sick : ( . Interesting topic, Cheers !
I never thought I'd utter that phrase out loud especially in reference to LV but here we are 😂 Thanks so much for watching 🤗
I was immediately in like with you as you speak fast and well read lol! You are a beautiful and smart young lady. Loved your videos.
Honestly that’s why I subscribed her voice is soo nice I can fall asleep to her
Macy's NYC. Oh boy...endless stories about eww people .
Not sure how I stumbled upon your channel but I’m thankful that I did! Enjoyable. Relatable. Headed to the Gram to follow.
Was this about 10 years ago in California?
My dog threw up in my LV bag... Cleaned it up and you never would have known 🤣🤣
I'm currently a client advisor for LV working in a third party call center,I found your channel and hopefully I can use the tips to be a better advisor to my clients that call in!
That’s awesome! There’s a lot of feedback in the comments about customer service and maybe that can drive some change 🥰
Yes! I list FP as one of my recommended resellers in my vintage bags haul video 🤗 ruclips.net/video/BhsMODktHnM/видео.html
@@AHeatedMess im so happy! I can now comfortably purchase this vintage vivine mini pochette my wife has been eyeing! Thank you for your response! I feel I have so much to learn,I do hope I can be as knowledgeable and LV savvy as you one day! 💖
Recently discovered your channel and really enjoying catching up on all your videos 😀
Thanks so much for watching 🥰
I'm glad to hear the girlfriend got a new bag out of it. Talk about poor decision making. Sheesh. Thanks for sharing the story!
Yes the boyfriend definitely made up for his mistake 😂 Thank you so much for watching 🤗
Omg I can’t wait to hear more! I can’t believe they had the audacity to bring it in I would be so embarrassed 🙈😂😂
Lol they were pretty embarrassed but accepted the rejection graciously 🤗 I have many more stories so please stay tuned! Thanks for watching Cassie 🥰
I guess they figured it was worth the attempt lol! It thru accepted the rejection well 🤗 Thank you so much for watching!
Take a few visits? So just make light of CLEAR discrimination.
Hi Jaime! How so?
Being belittled, discriminated against, rude is not due to not visiting enough. And this person's story is not the first time I've heard about the dismissive, discriminatory behavior against Hispanics and Blacks.
@@jaimeknight7505 Interesting, I didn’t see any mention of discrimination or race. But thanks so much for watching 🤗
Omg I've blocked out all my crappy memories working in retail! Lol.. Retail jobs is why I hate so many people lol
Do you feel that Luis Vuitton is coming out with too many new products? At times I feel like they are.
Yayy I need all the unicorn kisses and glitter after this year 🦄😂 Thank you so much for watching and subscribing 🥰
Your channel is sooo underrated! I love watching nearly every video you make!
Aw thank you so much, I really appreciate that 🤗 I'm glad you enjoy my videos - thank you for watching!
gorgeouss79 I agree! I love her channel!!!
Almetra Briggs Thank you so much Almetra 🥰
Thanks for your videos. I always enjoy them.
Thanks so much for watching! I’ll be posting a video discussing LV employee discounts and perks soon so please stay tuned 🤗
Very entertaining. I worked in retail for years after college and some of my funniest stories are customer Shenanigans in the changing rooms
I love swapping retail stories 🥰 I have some changing room shenanigans that I’ll also discuss in future videos! Thanks so much for watching Leslie 🤗
And what a story!!! Thank you for sharing Cindy!! You’re always so articulate and tell stories well ☺️ xx
Aw thank you so much Lucinda! I have more stories on the way =)
I have a few very nasty very hazardous stories.
Poo smeared on the bathroom wall. I’m so glad I left retail 8 years ago
Nooo that is awful 😭
This was gross, but hilarious! I love hearing about customer shenanigans!
I’m a new sub here; I’m really enjoying your channel. Thank you ☺️
This is the reason why I never worked in customer service, I don't have the disposition for that kind of stuff.
Oh my gosh I am so excited for this content series!! What a unique piece of content! I immediately subbed and liked! 😄
Thanks so much for watching and subscribing! I plan to post more of these stories and other behind the scenes LV info soon so please stay tuned =)
Thanks for sharing! I love watching your vlogs. Cheers from Melbourne, Australia.
Love these videos!🥰
Thanks so much for watching 🤗
Hi! Can you also do a video on how to inspect a bag or SLG before you buy it whether it’s brand new or pre owned. Thank you!
Hi Vanessa! I definitely plan to film a video giving shopping and inspection tips, from an LV employee perspective, so please stay tuned! Thanks so much for watching 🤗
Which 1st model would you recommend to purchase?
I have 2014 alma and I use the razor phone pocket for my new iPod touch ☺️ fits perfectly
More stories please. Too funny!!
I have many more on the way so please stay tuned! Thank you so much for watching 🤗
new subscriber here ! what a funny story ! 😂 please make this a series lol
I definitely will! Thanks so much for watching and subscribing 🥰
Hope you can help. tia
I WAS SCREAMING! I would have broken up with him. OH NO!! NOOOOOO!
This video made me lol 😂 I just discovered your channel and watched a few videos. This video was the one to make me subscribe. Please keep the LV videos coming. I only recently discovered my obsession with LV this past July 😍 TFS
I love those old cellphone pockets for a pack of tissues.
It’s the perfect size for tissues 🥰
Great idea!! I use them fur my keys so I know where they are !
That’s grounds for kicking him all the way into the gutter for that
That is so gross lol.
I've refused bloody money a few times when I worked for a Railroad. .
I just subscribed. I love your videos. Can you do more stories on customer returns? Thank you.
I was wondering if the employees received discounts on the items or if there were any sales for only the workers.
Just the title alone made me laugh!
😆 😂 😝
Lol I'm glad it made you laugh, not make you nauseous 😂🤗
WHO was driving the car with them both steaming drunk?? GEEZUS!
I’ve clicked on multiple videos of yours at this rate..great content.
Lmao gd question...maybe she was driving his car BC he was drunk... which is why she didn't stop him from throwing up in her LV!!!?
Great story babe. The Cabas was on my wishlist. Lol this makes me afraid to buy a preowned cabas lol 💼 Tfs
OMG I love this video.. Literally so interesting. thanks for sharing! I'd love to know more about the hiring process too! Can't wait for that video xo
Yes I will be talking about the hiring process in upcoming videos! Thank you so much for watching 🤗
Thanks for sharing wow that's disgusting.
My experience I was working in the hotel I remember I prepared a bungalow for a wedding was amazing decorated
Next day I was devastating a lot of mess and, and, they vomit inside the bathroom sink it was full of vomit 🤢🤢🤢🤢 my bad experience. I still remember.

Hi I’m new here. Your videos are so entertaining! My first fake/dupe bag was an LV (I was 15 years old) to now I am 27 and I own my authentic LV speedy damier azur 30! I think Louis Vuitton will always be my favorite.
