Oh I have stories for DAYS. I worked for LV for 3 years. I've had clients threaten my life, spit, swear, be removed by security and so much more. Crazy.
Some people are just so rude! I used to work for a large clothing brand and can sympathize when it comes to dealing with unpleasant people. I also make an effort to be polite to those working in the retail, food, and hospitality industry. The world just needs more kindness!
I have returned items I’ve bought online from LV in store. Almost every transaction is smooth except for this one time when I very rude CA made a big deal about me returning my online item in store. I simply told her I need to return my item and that it was an online purchase. She very rudely and almost aggressively tells me I can’t do that. I was very confused and asked why. She made some nonsense saying I can’t make a return in store for online purchases and had this like attitude towards me. I couldn’t figure out why since I was perfectly polite when Talked to her and she was so nice to the client she helped before me. She went on and at that point I got annoyed so I took out my receipt read the return policy aloud and asked to point out where in the LV policy does it state I can’t make a return in store? She changed her attitude completely and made some nonsense up saying “oh I thought you wanted to return it by mail.” At this point I was frustrated and told her you either have a hard time admitting to your mistakes or you didn’t bother listening to me in the first place. Either way it’s horrible customer service on your behalf. I left feeling so upset that this CA would treat me that way without having a logical reason and honestly I believe it was her trying to discriminate or judge me based on the color of my skin. The way she treated the white clients before me was completely different than how she treated me. I don’t know what happened to her but luckily I haven’t seen her at the boutique since.
“I was perfectly polite”, just made me side-eye you 😂 al of you “perfectly polite” people are the ones that make the most demands. And pulling the race card? This is is why it’s getting harder for us other POC, because of entitled people like you that ruin it for everyone.
You know, the worst thing about customers is that they don’t understand that some things simply cannot be done the way you want it to. It may seem easy to your or more logical to you to do it a certain way, but we have our own policies we need to follow. No one would refuse to help you for no reason. If it’s something that can be done, we would do it, unless you were being super bitchy. Don’t know about that POC thing though.
@Diana21692 I believe so the one with the neon lv designs on the outside. Just from watching other RUclips videos they’ve said customer service at that location isn’t great
Talking about the race card, I remember this friend of mine, we went to Rodeo Dr to shop, initially, I can tell that the sales lady was making side eyes, looking annoyed, every time my friend asked to look at something, try on a different size of shoes, asking for a different style of purse, etc but later on, when the sales lady realized that she was serious in purchasing items she selected, the sales lady’s attitude changed. After that, I started calling my friend “Pretty Woman”.
Actually, even if you are within the terms of your return (unused item, done within timeframe )-oftentimes, LV will still give you a hard time in returning. I think they are trying to avoid counterfeiting because people can copy and take photos thoroughly at home, examine workmanship, then later return the item. She didn’t mention this, but yes, sales agents tend to unwelcome returns due to this reason, hence why some customers become aggressive. Granted that some may have the intent of counterfeiting, not all customers are like that. Moreover, it is a European store set by European standards of customer service, and they have not adopted the American way of dealing with customers.
Lol I’ve had someone try to return a used item from the 80s! They still had the receipt for it barely legible because it was so old and worn from like 1983!! People are crazy.
I have so much respect for anyone who has worked in a customer service type job, dealing with the public can sometimes really try the patience of a saint! You are so lovely Cindy! TFS!
Oh man just hearing that story is making me mad b/c working in sales and retail is soooooo hard u have to bite your tongue people are just nasty and rude for no reason and that irks me!!! I worked in retail when I was younger but honestly now I’d def get fired for going off on a custy for bn an a-hole for NO reason!!!
I just returned and exchange a Burberry jacket.......I didnt know what to expect. I was within the return frame period and I wore it only for 3 minutes as a try on at home. Tags were still in place. I had a wonderful experience during my exchange. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating. I was more worried that my return was going to be a waste or become a no resale item.
I love your videos!!!! Out of all the luxury brand SA's, the LV staff are always the sweetest. I had a wonderful experience during lockdown purchasing virtually the other day as we are in a lockdown tier in Scotland which prohibited me visiting the tier where the store was. I booked a virtual appointment and the service I received was phenomenal. I could tell tales about other brands and their SA's, but I won't- but some of my experiences haven't been anywhere near as friendly and nice. Any LV employees out there reading - you're the best and very much appreciated. Thank you!
I'm loving these customer shenanigan stories! I don't understand what is wrong with some people and the attitude they take, but I can't deny it's fascinating! Keep 'em coming Cindy!
I had a customer buy a dress from the department store I worked in, I actually served her , I then saw her out on the next night which was a Saturday night with the dress on, she then brought it back on the Monday saying it was not the right size and she hadn't worn it thing is she had not seen me when she had it on and she had washed the dress , she said it was smelly so she washed it for us , I said I had seen her with it on and she started calling me a liar , because of course all her shouting got her a refund xx
I actually returned a pair of boots not to LV but another store. I already owned them in another color so the girl actually gave me the pair another girl was trying on. when I got home I realized they weren't a true gray so I went to return them and I was accused of wearing them. They were so rude now I examin shoes before buying them.
Well good if a CA was like you. On a customer point of view, sometimes some CAs show attitude when a customer returns or exchanges an item or sends an item for repair.
Honestly, I typically run into rude sales reps when returning items. They behave as if it’s huge inconvenience for them to process it. So unfortunately I am always on edge simply based on my past negative experiences.
I totally agree with you. In my experience with luxury brands so far, they treat you super nicely UNTIL you need to make a return. What is it with these people? They are just employees LOL
That is not the case for me. I tried to return a purse that I did not use and was only two weeks old. They said they would not return it because the bag looked used on the clasp. I did not use it and it still had the plastic on it. The store only had two and on display. So I had to pick the brat of the two. I was so pissed. They forced me to keep a bag for 2k. I will not shop there again even though I have a long history with them.
I used to sell expensive bedding, so many stories to tell but a couple that stand out, customer with pillow cases that I had never seen with 14 years service, they were threadbare and she couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t replace them, then the customer that came in one day to look for particular cushions, we had the last two on the shelf which I explained, she came back three weeks later and really! couldn’t understand that they had been sold, all she could say was but you had them on the shelf last week (three weeks prior) with the logic of both customers no business would exist for very long, love from the UK 🇬🇧
@@AHeatedMess I LOVE buying exclusive or limited edition items. Get 'em while they last, or take the chance on missing out. You know that cliche - You snooze, you lose!

I think the top worst customer experience for me was when I worked as a cashier at a casino and a customer accused me of not giving them their change. It happens. We’re counting out thousands of dollars and we forget to give the measly .57 cents or whatever. What’s insulting is that they get upset thinking we’re trying to STEAL their change since we took tips as well, which we can’t do because you would get fired for putting extra money in the tip box that you forgot to cash out. And we weren’t desperate for chump change. It was closing time as well, the end of my shift, and he’s creating a commotion about his change, saying I was trying to take it. He pissed me off to the point where I lost my composer and started arguing back with him. My supervisor came over, and some back and forth she said to give him the change. I slide it on the counter to him, to which he aggressively picked it up ad threw it at me. Security came over at this point and everyone was my side, plus, they wanted to go home, it was 6am. I didn’t last a year there and ended up leaving for a lower paying job because that environment was so toxic from the customers to the employees.
one time this lady came in my store demanding an immediate exchange for a size we do not carry in store. I explained to her I could place an online order for her. she said it was ridiculous that we don't have it and kept on asking why . I could only reply with what we do carry and that I'd be able to place an order for her. she snapped and in the most condescending tone said, "Do not belittle me!" I was 18 at the time so I had to go to the back and take a deep breath.
I had to return a LV purse since my SA ordered the wrong color. It had a mark but that was because of carrying it from my car to the store since it was raining. (Even though it was in the box) They gladly accepted the return and I ordered the correct color. :) I love LV. (Bought the Graceful MM btw)
It's really challenging in the field of customer service. Especially in retail, your expression is on spot, unlike over the phone, we could hide , except the voice and tone.
My problem in retail has always been protocols. Customers get defensive or insulted when you do something that’s required of your job. When I worked in the fitting room, I had to touch every item and count it. Even if it’s one item, the camera has to see me touching it 🙄 And you never know when a manager is watching and chew you out 15 mins later about it. Some customers understood this and would nicely space the items out in their arms for me to easily count it. But others would argue that “it’s just one item, why do you need to touch it, I’m not stealing!” I’ve always said that everyone needs to work retail for at least a month because some of these people are really entitled and think these jobs and the people that work them are beneath them.
She really wanted to keep the shoes. Her husband was not happy about the purchase, hence the reason she called her husband to tell him you were giving her a hard time. She was hoping you would tell her they weren’t returnable. 😆
The most angry return was this lady returning a perfume. It looked used, so I said no. She came back at me and called me a terrorist and that the perfume is not a bomb. We had security escort her out and check for explosives. Worse thing ever.
Not at LV or any high end store, but I've definitely gotten nasty looks and rude remarks for daring to return something. As if they aren't being paid to do their job.
Never had a crazy customer experience (thank god). But the one good thing about my time in department store retail is that I definitely 'own' my returns. I think of it as just a normal procedure because I processed so many. I've moved on from that kind of work. But what is weird to me is, now, being a customer, I routinely stand in line behind grown women who turn on the water works. I'm, like, you don't have to do that. It's really not that serious.
I worked in Retail for years. I had an angry customer once where this customer asked me the price of a handbag that she liked. I had been on holidays and it was my first day back after holidays and that morning there was sale of 25 percent off. I was unaware of this so gave her the wrong price. She then launched into a barrage of abuse that I was trying to con her and rip her off. I apologised but to no avail and she kept saying - you are a liar. Another sales assistant stepped in to help me but she went on and no. I was so upset that when she said she would buy the bag I made a mistake putting the sale through. That was a horrible morning. So understand where you are coming from. 😘
I don’t work in retail. I’m a nurse and smiling is my compensatory mechanism too. I work in psychiatry and I deal with a lot of angry patients. Unfortunately, smile is a double edged sword. Patient/client may calm down when you smile as she will see the act as non threatening but it can also mean sarcasm, insult, etc. But whatever the case is, keeping your calm is important. We can’t please everyone.
To the customers that had SAs who were rude or salty about returns: At the least It could be a dig at to their ego especially if they worked hard on a sale, but at the most they have some dragon-manager breathing down their neck about numbers and making week or work off commission or number of sales. However it depends on if your store is overall doing good or bad. This is why I could only work at certain stores so I wouldn’t be depressed if I couldn’t make a sale or had to harass customers into buying something they didn’t want. Remember everyone is entitled to their return if they are respecting the policy and are honest so I would brush it off.
I think she did wore it. You don’t need to be angry or aggressive if you have nothing to hide. I bought a belt in London LV store in winter and try it on with my sweater, I realise it’s too big when I am back home in Sydney, so went into a LV boutique in Sydney to change for a size smaller. The process was very easy and the SA did look at the belt hole to ensure it wasn’t stretched/ used. No issue and SA is helpful even I am just returning an item.
I had questions about return policy ... did LV accept A bag return if the bag is 2 years but never be used its brand new and what is the process that you need to to return the item?
One thing I love about LV is that they're staff are so friendly. In the past I exchanged Audaceus to Speedy Empreinte to Lumineuse in one week without a problem.
I just worry some Intentionally people to bring the fake bag to return. For example Which is they purchased speedy b25, and they bring the fake speedy b25 for return. If they are very AAA grade quality and store accept and resell for next customer than is not fair for the next person
Man I don't miss working in retail and having to process returns. I worked in a jewelry department and on top of fixing nasty watches and necklaces, I had to deal with the worst people when they came to return watches and stuff they definitely wore.
Some people are easily offended... and also very sensitive! It’s understandable that all returns need to be checked over.... I worked retail too part time for a year when I was in college. It was a clothing store and a sports store. Luckily I did not encounter any angry customers. Great content!
I took a pair of boots back to Nordstrom’s as they were a little too small. I’d tried them on again at home with socks. The SA never opened the box to look at them. I asked why - I could have put anything in the shoe box. She said Nordstrom’s would never do that. They trusted their customers. I was surprised and impressed.
One time two teens purchased from the small business I work at using their moms debit card. I told them the exchange policy, they said it was okay & 10 mins later their mom walked in to do a return and was furious when I told her we only did exchanges. I explained I had previously told her daughters the policy and she went off on me (then 18/19) because her daughters didn’t tell her the real exchange policy and acted as if I didn’t explain it to them. She threatened to call her bank and when I went to call my store owner she insisted in following me and listening to our conversation because she “deserved to know what I said”. She tried to play it off to him like she changed her mind and tried to cancel her purchase in that moment and I refused to, making a scene inside our store. I had worked with my boss for two years at the point and he knew I would not lie about it, which he explained to the woman and she stormed out of our store screaming and taking pictures saying she would tell all those she knew not to shop with us... mind you, the purchase was for 3 items totaling $11 😫
I understand what you went through. I deal with people who seem to be mad at the world every day of their life. Luckily there are more happy and pleasant people then angry people. Even if you return a pair of shoes at any other store they look at the bottoms.
omg!! I HATE KARENS! When I worked at Ralph Lauren there was a customer that came back to return a pair of pants. We had no proof of purchase because the customer “left the receipt at home”. We tried searching every way we can and we couldn’t find the transaction anywhere. The customer wanted cash.. Well the only thing we could do is give store credit and that’s it in this situation. MAN WAS THE CUSTOMER PISSED! They stormed out to get mall security because “we were calling her a thief and that she stole” lol I still laugh about this to this day🤣🤣
I worked at a store and it always made me laugh when a woman was angry and feeling like something wasn’t going how she wanted and would bark, “I spend THOUSANDS of dollars here!”
I feel that as a customer I am able to return anything that I am not happy with. Of course with the receipt. I once returned a pair of boots that I wore out of the store and continued to wear thru out the day, next day I returned them because they were hurting my feet and they were not cheap. I really wanted these boots but they were not comfortable. THANK GOODNESS I WAS ABLE TO RETURN THEM THANKS TO DILLARD.
I love more tea about customers lol those who fight usually because they are wrong and they know they are. The world is full of Karens. They are just happy to see managers dealing with them
You seem very professional and courteous, but unfortunately there are some high end boutiques who hate taking returns because it highly impacts their commission or store bonus. They sometimes treat the customer like it’s some kind of major inconvenience to return items. I had to return something at Chanel once and they acted like I was committing a murder.
I would like to know about changing size policy ?last month my relative bought Lv sneaker from Lv store and the sneaker is not fit to my size and I want to changing size but my relative “buyer” she flight to another country and she keep the shoes with her friend but Lv store not allow to change even she VDO call with staff at Lv. Why Lv can not accept friend changing . Even buyer VDO call to tell staff there they still not allow ?
I purchased a tv online during black Friday for a house I didn't end up moving into. Never opened the box and stated I no longer needed it. The sales woman opened the box, took out the tv, plugged it in and felt silly when she realized I wasn't lying. Only bright spot is the person who purchase the brand new tv for the cheaper open-box price 🙃.
Ms. Perfectly Imperfect, I returned an item (a box I had not even opened) like you at a store and the lady proceeded to open it. I was very surprised and asked her (very nicely) why she was opening it as it was factory sealed and now they would end up with an ‘open box item’ and she told me a few years back someone had returned a very expensive item that the buyer had removed from the box and filled with rocks, yes rocks and resealed the box and returned for cash. Apparently the CS was the managers pet so she got away with it (that’s what she told me, the managers pet (haha!) and from then on, the policy was to open every return and a few other times people have tried to return used item they discovered by opening the box. It was very interesting to listen to her and everything she was telling me, I learned that day how some customers really can be real good thieves. Now I see returns differently and understand if they check it.
@@dmlkcs8620 Yeah I've heard the rock story so I get why they do it. As someone who wouldn't do that it just seemed silly watching her especially plugging in the tv. Even if it wasn't working I still should have been able to get a refund for the defective item as it was in the returns period and I had proof of purchase. Someone got a brand new tv for a great price so all is well.
Another fascinating vid- thank you. I returned an LV shoe once as strap broke on my first wear on carpet at home. It was no problem at all, got a store credit within minutes. There are few jobs worse than dealing with the entitled, complaining public every day.
I’m sorry to be paranoid but one time I bought a brand shoes and the box was damaged so I asked the employee to give me an other box so she change the box and the shoes 😡 and she gave me a fake shoes!!! I notice when I get back to home and try them on I when back and they tell me I was lying 🤬🤬🤬🤬
That’s is funny story and I totally understand that. That’s a typical situation that we face everyday at my previous working place. I returned LV crossbody purse in Scottsdale AZ because of a defect. The staff was so nice and the manager allowed me to choose another purse. If the purse was larger amount then my original purchase I just had to pay the difference.
I did return used shoes and they accepted. And I don’t want to take same one , I’m afraid it will happen again damage. It was flat with with big brooch in front. It’s just fall down after couple use. Direct will say, I drive car and walk only in mall. Shoes was 1.100 $ and I don’t want like this shoes if they not last. I got different shoes and perfume on this amount money. Also I change iPhone cover. It’s big , with metal dots. After 1 month many dots falls out, I exchanged for new one and it’s with me for 3 years and in good condition. And I don’t have to fight, just show them problem and they direct change.

I’ve heard reviews that the LV store in Los Angeles they’re very rude
They’re “not comfortable” but I own about several pairs... 😆
Ahhahha. It’s a gracious sitting shoe. I have a closet full of those. Car-table shoe
I wonder if her husband made her return the shoes and thats why ahe was already angry to begin with.
That was it! Lol
I have dengue with a 104 degrees fever but I'm still here listening to her cause that's what really calms me down.
Oh noo - I hope you feel better soon! I’m glad you find comfort in my videos 😆🤗
@@AHeatedMess thank you!
I use to work at Starbucks.......no returns but not caffeinated people can be scary. Lol
Yeah that woman wore those shoes 🙄 lol. You said “I wasn’t smelling them” 😂 thanks for this video Cindy!
Lol she probably did! Guilty conscience I guess 🤗 Thanks for watching Stephanie 🥰
I work at Starbucks and all i have to say is WOW it is only coffee please calm down.
People act like coffee especially Starbucks is a drug like coke or something 😐
I can definitely tell morning gourmet coffee is a whole mood bye it's self I see 👀
My sister is a witch before her coffee. Then she settles down. Its an addiction.
I have so much respect for anyone who has worked in a customer service type job, dealing with the public can sometimes really try the patience of a saint! You are so lovely Cindy! TFS!
Omggggg hahahahaha No Cindy .... she was on the defense right away.... you ALREADY KNOW!!!
She sure was 😭
Oh man just hearing that story is making me mad b/c working in sales and retail is soooooo hard u have to bite your tongue people are just nasty and rude for no reason and that irks me!!!
Thank you!
Thanks so much for watching 🥰 Virtual appointments are great 🤗
I'm loving these customer shenanigan stories!
You should have taken a photo of her when you saw her out on the town in it! 🤣
@@ringoroll this was about 30 yrs ago and I didn't have a mobile phone then or I would have 😄😄.
Your LV story times are always so much fun! Looking forward to more :D
I find your voice so nice to listen to. Thanks for sharing this story!
Yes I’ve heard stories like yours on the purse forum and that’s why some people have attitude right away when they go in the store. It makes sense
Some people don’t understand stores can sell out of something 😂 Thank you so much for watching 🤗
@@AHeatedMess I LOVE buying exclusive or limited edition items. Get 'em while they last, or take the chance on missing out. You know that cliche - You snooze, you lose!
I'm never angry when i have to return things..but i had experience in store employees giv8ng me dirty looks, some even give me problems for something they did wrong to begin with. Then my tiger bitch side made a grand entrance... 😁😁😁
😆😆😆
@Daleene Korkadji no one should able to tell if you're poor or not by looking at you. They only assumed...and that's a stupid assumption
Does LV have a standardized grooming? How did you get ready when you worked for the company? What about its uniform?
Do you ever wear your hair in a pony tail or bun? Your hair compliments your face really well ❤️
I think the top worst customer experience for me was when I worked as a cashier at a casino and a customer accused me of not giving them their change.
Always love your story. We learn a lot about the behavior of certain customers and human beings in general
one time this lady came in my store demanding an immediate exchange for a size we do not carry in store.
I’m a new subscriber and let me just say, this is one of my new favorite channels to watch on RUclips!! Ugh I love your videos 🥰
Aw thanks so much for watching and subscribing Kelsey 🥰
Those who have worked retail know what it means to have a retail smile 😊
The "I want to kill this bitch but have to just keep smiling" look! 😄
I had to return a LV purse since my SA ordered the wrong color. It had a mark but that was because of carrying it from my car to the store since it was raining. (Even though it was in the box) They gladly accepted the return and I ordered the correct color. :) I love LV. (Bought the Graceful MM btw)
You should have a podcast! Your voice is just very TV, podcast, radio show type! Love it!
It's really challenging in the field of customer service. Especially in retail, your expression is on spot, unlike over the phone, we could hide , except the voice and tone.
These videos from you are literally my favorite! 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks so much for watching Lena 🥰 I have many more on the way 🤗
My problem in retail has always been protocols.
You handled the situation with ease. Difficult customers are all around. We just need a stable mind in handling the. You've got that skill girl!
I work in retail and OMG some customers get so defensive, I literally have had to bite my tongue 😅
I’m a guy and I find your videos entertaining👍🏼😂
Usually the emotion underneath anger is FEAR (she definitely wore those shoes).
Your videos are doing so great! Congrats on your new subscribers!!! You’re so close to 30k🎉
Thank you so much for watching Sarah 🥰
I think she did wore it. You don’t need to be angry or aggressive if you have nothing to hide. I bought a belt in London LV store in winter and try it on with my sweater, I realise it’s too big when I am back home in Sydney, so went into a LV boutique in Sydney to change for a size smaller. The process was very easy and the SA did look at the belt hole to ensure it wasn’t stretched/ used. No issue and SA is helpful even I am just returning an item.
Hahaha great video! Can you please do a video on the best deals you ever got on luxury items with online or instore sales? Love the content
I had questions about return policy ... did LV accept A bag return if the bag is 2 years but never be used its brand new and what is the process that you need to to return the item?
Hahah great story video as always Cindy. So fun and interesting to watch. I enjoy these types of videos, so refreshing TFS😍
Thanks so much for watching Trish 🥰
One thing I love about LV is that they're staff are so friendly. In the past I exchanged Audaceus to Speedy Empreinte to Lumineuse in one week without a problem.
she's lucky its from LV. she would've been really aggressive and probably more offended if she was returning a Chanel item lol
I’ve worked in retail for over 30 years, this video describes most return customers. Thanks for sharing! 😀
These videos are so interesting, so calming
Thanks so much for watching 🥰
Love your videos Cindy! Never falling for a NeverFall!
I love your videos your voice is so calming

@@AHeatedMess no problem keep them coming , love getting info on LV , recently getting into it so i want to know everything about them 😀
I just worry some Intentionally people to bring the fake bag to return. For example Which is they purchased speedy b25, and they bring the fake speedy b25 for return. If they are very AAA grade quality and store accept and resell for next customer than is not fair for the next person
When they accept the return items, will they have some procedure to clarify the items before they resell to next customer?
What’s your opinion about stylists buying and returning stuff after a photo shoot? Can you reject the return? Or is that “ok”?
Too many situations to count, happens fairly often not only in retail but customer service positions as well.
Wow that’s definitely crazy customer story is fun we maybe be upset at the time but we always laugh about later 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏾♀️🤣
Yes they make for funny stories now 🤗 Thanks for watching Raquel!
Unrelated topic, may I ask how I can get a discount for a Gucci bag?
Hi Beth! I show how to get discounted Gucci bags in my first RUclips video here 🤗 ruclips.net/video/Xh2AXeSoKxQ/видео.html
She was really guilty and doing all that to distract you from the fact that she had indeed worn those shoes 🤣🤣🤣
That is my suspicion 😂
Question! If you don’t make commission on a sale or lose anything on a return, is there a like a selling max you’re supposed to hit monthly?
They stormed out to get mall security because “we were calling her a thief and that she stole” lol
I still laugh about this to this day🤣🤣
I worked at a store and it always made me laugh when a woman was angry and feeling like something wasn’t going how she wanted and would bark, “I spend THOUSANDS of dollars here!”
Yay I am so happy your channel is growing love the way you talk
Love your channel so soothing with the story
I feel that as a customer I am able to return anything that I am not happy with. Of course with the receipt.
I once returned a pair of boots that I wore out of the store and continued to wear thru out the day, next day I returned them because they were hurting my feet and they were not cheap. I really wanted these boots but they were not comfortable. THANK GOODNESS I WAS ABLE TO RETURN THEM THANKS TO DILLARD.
I love more tea about customers lol those who fight usually because they are wrong and they know they are. The world is full of Karens. They are just happy to see managers dealing with them
I worked in a cafe when I was 17, I had a rude elderly lady complain to me that her tea was cold after she was sat talking for like 15 minutes
Some people are so entitled lol. LV treated me well, they asked for my ID when I was paying but I understand since it's an expensive item.
Another fascinating vid- thank you. I returned an LV shoe once as strap broke on my first wear on carpet at home. It was no problem at all, got a store credit within minutes. There are few jobs worse than dealing with the entitled, complaining public every day.
Absolutely loooove all your videos btw 🤍💜
I’m sorry to be paranoid but one time I bought a brand shoes and the box was damaged so I asked the employee to give me an other box so she change the box and the shoes 😡 and she gave me a fake shoes!!! I notice when I get back to home and try them on I when back and they tell me I was lying 🤬🤬🤬🤬
That’s is funny story and I totally understand that. That’s a typical situation that we face everyday at my previous working place. And like you said, just chill when it comes to exchange/refund but I notice that those who come back for that purpose with the “I wanna fight you” vibe, normally don’t have the valid reason 😆.
You reminded me about a duck meat seller in the market, when my sister smells the duck, the vendor was not happy said our act can result people thinks I am selling expired ducks.
Yaaaay! I always look forward to story time!
I'm not in retail but in Hospitality Industry. An angry guest once gave me a remark that I'm a "MADE-TO-ORDER-BRIDE" "from some rainforest in Asia" just because....... 🙄🙄🙄
I returned LV crossbody purse in Scottsdale AZ because of a defect. The staff was so nice and the manager allowed me to choose another purse. If the purse was larger amount then my original purchase I just had to pay the difference.
You did the right thing getting the Supervisor.
flip flops are not comfy? are they made of steel? Just tickled my funny bone I love flippies
I love flippy floppies too but these have absolutely no bend 😩
I love your voice and ur interesting stories you’ve experienced. So intriguing ❤️ def worth my free time!
