Goddamn thats an amazing price especially for a IS500! As long as my record stays the way it is I should be hovering down to those rates in the next year
@@Miko3IS I don’t have any accident OR speeding ticket on my record either and I’m 42 years old. I pay $200 a month for my 2018 Lexus IS AWD FSPORT. The car costs a lot to maintain, I agree, but Lexus charges me $109 for oil change. The car eats brake pads like crazy and tires. I’m from NY.

Of course it's worth it. Like my LC, as with the other Lexus' we own, the maintenance is minimal. But as with most cars, take care of it - and it will take care of you.
@@Miko3IS btw thanks for your video and being honest about the mpg. I was thinking of getting one to get a more fuel efficient sporty car. Since i daily drive a 4th gen camaro (v8😟). But guess ill go with a corolla hybrid instead. Cant have 2 gas guzzlers.
Sounds like a horror story. I have a 2020 RC 350 F-sport, and after almost 55,000 miles, I am still on the original front tires and rear brakes, the front brakes lasted until 46,000 miles and the front rotors were not warped and did not need replacement, front brake pads were switched out for Akebono brakes which are excellent and minimal brake dust. I frequently get 32-33 MPG on the freeway and at the very worst, get a minimum of 325 miles on a tank of gas doing 90% + around town driving. Costs are higher compared to several years ago for all car maintenance, but your costs appear extreme, IMO. Insurance here in California is somewhat similar, and the car was initially bought new, my payments are more expensive. Overall in almost 4 years of maintenance not including gas or insurance, but including new front brakes, rear tires, and basic yearly maintenance, the car so far has been costing me less than $500 a year. New front tires will be in several months or so. I can only speak for myself, but you appear to be as noted, somewhat at the top limits of normal or worse in the manner you drive your car, and your yearly maintenance and costs appear to reflect this assumption. Good luck on your next vehicle. Burn rubber, brake hard = $$$$.
