I think Joe Murray actually had him help out with storyboards and animation on Rocko’s Modern Life. I could be wrong though. Either way, this guy was way talented.
He served all different kinds of roles in rocko modern life until becoming a creative director on the last season. He also co wrote the episode fish n chomps were rocko heffer and fillburt go on a fishing trip.
I have rewatched the original SpongeBob movie, and it made me feel like a child again with all its charm and humor. After three seasons and a movie, Stephen Hillenburg wanted the movie to be the final conclusion to the series. That was his vision, and I respect that. Unfortunately, Nickelodeon kept making more seasons without him. You can tell that the quality faded away due to his disinvolvement. RIP. Thank you for making my childhood so special ❤️

Most of it was pretty good quality. I have a feeling it was recorded in EP mode when it was taped. The third season got a bit rough, in terms of quality. The scout with giant hands is basically a younger SpongeBob, the pet is Proto-Gary, & the lazy guy reminds me of Patrick & a little bit of Squidward! In fact, you know what I would like to see.
