Instead of white sugar, can I use brown sugar in the dough too? or just take it out because Oregon already has sugar and then sugar on top, ?? and can I also reduce the quantity? That crust looks just like what I used to get when I was in elementary school. The lunchroom in my school made the BEST cherry cobbler and the crust looked just like that. It was wonderful. Do you think putting the water over brown sugar and the crust would work on a fruit cobbler?
