The eggs look really good. I love the idea of of using a cookie scoop to fill.
I cook my eggs in the instant pot. Just use a rack. Add one cup of water then eggs. Cook on high pressure five minutes. Slow release five minutes. Ice water bath five minutes. They will peel like a dream. 🥚🥚🥚

I like to add onions to the mix w dehydrated onion chips, not powder. It adds a crunch if eaten right away and a whole lot of flavor. Good recipe, thanks!

I start my water to heat once I can’t keep my finger in the water for a few seconds, I add my almost room temp eggs. I boil them on moderate heat 6-8. For 16 minutes, no vinegar, no baking soda. After 16 minutes, drain the water and fill with cool water half way up. Fill with ice. Let sit for 10 min and peel your eggs. If you have to peel them later. Put them in the fridge and then warm them under hot water to peel them easier. That is what I do. My 2 cents worth. Great video! I do a lot of Ramen Eggs ( marinated in soy sauce, oyster sauce and optional Sriracha sauce to taste. I flip them on both sides for 24 hrs at a time. It depends on how much you want the soy to penetrate the whites.

Another great recipe for our gatherings!😍
I've been making deviled eggs since I was a teenager. I make them very much like yours.😋
But I've never added sour cream, just Mayo or miracle whip. I add a little more sweet relish to loosen the mixture up.
Apparently I'm making them as good as my mother did because my brother lights up whenever I take them for a special occasion!😘
I can always tell when I've made something as good as our mom because I receive praise from my siblings!😚
I've seen deviled eggs with bacon before but not with cheese.🤔 But our family often loves the addition of sour cream, bacon and cheese!🤤
I'm not going to tell you how to cook the eggs because you have it figured out!☺️
These deviled eggs seem to be more on the savory side. I might be tempted to add a little more sweet pickle relish.😉
You give us so many wonderful recipes with incredible ingredients!😁 You open our eyes to different choices! You're helping us to be more creative, no recipe is set in stone!🤩
Thanks for sharing another amazing recipe!🥰
PS: Sometimes I have a little of the mixture left over and I make a little sandwich!🥪 I love "deviled" egg sandwiches!😋

Hi Catherine, I love your videos - always an inspiration! I make mine like yours, but use cream cheese instead of sour cream. Either way, love those deviled eggs.
Quick tip - After my eggs have cooked, I drain the water, put the lid back on the pan, and shake the eggs around a bit to crack the shells - then into cold water. They peel easily. 11:56 pm

Catherine this is how I make mine and they don’t last long ,I think that’s one of the foods that go first on the dinner table or before 😂 Also I have a tip for the eggs,if you tap the top of the large side of the egg and take a teaspoon and run it down inside between shell and egg going around it ,pops out and it’d perfect 😊

Tis is how I don't and the peel comes of every time. boil water first. Then put in your room temperature eggs. Boil 6 minutes. Then turn off and let sit for another 8 minutes. Then pour our hot water and add water with ice cubes to make water vold. Wait another few minutes. And your eggs will peel beautifully after banging on the side of your sink! It works for me every time
