We are finishing our second year. A few problems nothing major. Had to do a little work on the door closer. Had a drip on exhaust fan in bathroom which was easily fixed. Had one window shade that wouldn’t stay up.
I like this one. Would it be suitable to live in full time by myself? I was looking at the incredibox from incredible tiny homes in Tennessee. It's about $20k. But you still have to add stuff that this one comes with already. Thanks for the review.
For one person, it has plenty of storage. Shower and bathroom are plenty big. We stayed in it at 32 degrees and stayed warm. I see some people that put sheets if insulation board around the bottom in winter.
