After retirement , we started to transition from tent camping and backpacking to spending time in a travel trailer. We take short trips around middle and eastern TN checking out the numerous RV parks .

We camped out a few days after Memorial Day and I was amazed at the lack of campers. We tried out my new backup camera, the Wzbb and it worked great. I discussed how quality issues may be helping cause a reduced number of RV'ers then had a small water leak I had to repair when I got home.

Deer Run RV Resort

We spent a few days at Deer Run RV Park north of Crossville TN and adjacent to Catoosa WMA. It was a beautiful park with a large lake, cabins, store, and beautiful RV sites.
First Trip Shakedown of the Retro After Being Winterized

After being covered and winterized , we took the Retro out for a short trip to make sure everything was operating. I didn't do a good job with my checklist and left an electrical connector home.
Staying Warm in the Retro 171

RV Sites at Fall Creek Falls

Spent a few nights at Fall Creek Falls. As is typical with many state parks, the RV sites leave a lot to be desired, but the scenery more than offsets any issues you experience.

Thank you for posting. Do you know where or how I would find out about there Deeded RV lots for sale and what the HOA rules and fees?
I see individuals selling lots occasionally through real estate companies. The folks at the office can tell you. I had heard water is shut off in the winter.
We have a couple of nights booked here in a few days / needed a spot for a couple of nights. Our site is in the back shadier area. Between laundry & a dog park, it sounded good, but it looks a lot nicer than I had imagined!
I like this one. Would it be suitable to live in full time by myself? I was looking at the incredibox from incredible tiny homes in Tennessee. It's about $20k. But you still have to add stuff that this one comes with already. Thanks for the review.

Well this is a guess only but possibly double entrance door and rear dinette.
I like it that there is another channel for the retro. I have a Riverside Retro 285FK. Keep the video's coming. I def subscribed.
