This looks 🔥. You're right, I prefer to boil the egg separately.i also use beef bacon and a couple dashes of hot sauce. Country fried steak and gravy go well with it but this is my go to breaKfast on days off.... Something to stick to my ribs! I want some now 😭

You should break the eggs on top on the hash and then throw it in the oven for 5-7 minutes

I am a Truckher.I do this recipe except I do soft scrambled eggs . I put eggs at the bottom of container and the rest with extra cheese on top. That iron skillet is enough for five breakfasts I freeze two. On the 3rd night I take 4 and five out of the freezer. I also do this prep with pork sausage patties/links. So delicious.❤
