- Easy Country Breakfast Skillet - Welcome back to another video! Today we are focusing on a family favorite, Country Breakfast Skillet. Ingredients:
3/4 - 1 lb. Bacon (about 12 slices), I used Thick cut Bacon
3 - 4 Eggs
1 cup Diced Red Potatoes or Russet Potatoes
1/2 cup Chopped Green, Red, or Yellow Peppers, I used all three
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

what kind of guy are you? the guy i want cooking for me anytime! i,m 70 yrs old now but when my 3 kids were small I believed home cooking was the best and healthiest. we ate out once a year at income tax time lol. i was told by many that i was a great cook but after all those years and a bad stomach I don,t cook those good meals anymore. you bring me back to my old days. only difference is mine wasn,t so spiced up. keep up your awesome cooking!!

Soft, medium, hard, scrambled, coddled, deviled, and even dressed for Easter Sunday.
Thank you AB for the great breakfast share. For me, the only change would be remove the green pepper and add some hot sauce. I make a similar type of breakfast burrito and pan fried, thinly sliced ham cooked until crispy. Breakfast is still the best meal of the day, any time of day.

I love skillets I do a dinner one with Ground Italian Sausage, Pepper, Onion, and potatoes I throw a jar of spicy nacho cheese in it is very good keep it simple
