In the context of RCA, what do you think about prescribing antibiotics/ assessment without F2F in certain circumstances such as non-resolving ear infection, an acute episode of vertigo where differentiating between peripheral and central will be crucial? in the latter, history taking may not be sufficient due to overlapping symptoms. I suspect this will be a matter of debate what's considered the best/ safest practice but I'd appreciate your comment on the matter.
