    I completely agree that the ICE and the effects should be in the presented complaint about data gathering; however, I don't know why lots of doctors prefer asking about it in the end!!!

      I think for anything chronic and clearly affecting the patient, ICE and psychosocial should come early! Then go on to the medicine and manage according to that address the ICE and psychosocial

    Thanks a lot for this. Could've been useful to link expectations (surgery) in management plan that you wanted a surgical option but at this point we can do these useful steps but if these interventions dont help, as a next step we can involve gynae surgeons

    It's It's confusing because here the doctor does alot of talking where as in rca they want a "patient" centered approach a a two way conversation which is so hard to do when the patient doesn't know abou their problem. So what do we do? Give them info or keep on asking them "what do you think" ? Shall we do this? It would be helpful to.. and not complete the management?
