My question is that in regard with RCA exam they expect us new case for example say the diagnosis of Bulimia and explanation of condition. In this video doctor didn't vocalise the diagnosis and explanation? would that be ok if we submit case like that?
Explantion and a verbalised reasoned working diagnosis are part of the RCA capablities, so not mentioning them has impact on the IP score (explanation comprehensible and relevant to the patient) and CM score score (an appropriate reasoned working diagnosis).
Is it not consider breaking confidesntiality if u start the consultation by identifying your self as a doctor , i mean on telephone consultation we should make sure to who we r talking before introducing yourself

The diagnosis has been made already by the patient, but would be nice if he can vocalise it. In this case there shouldn’t be a mark loss
