Beautiful work, thank you so much for helping the world realize the power in their own hands! It is so exciting to heal ourselves. This is such a beautiful nerve, a super highway that can either serve us or hijack our well being. Who knew the fuel it uses is our thoughts & beliefs. Keep up the great work! Blessings
Thank you Astrid for this exercise. I practiced it at the same time as you. I had a little difficulty with my right hand where cramps appeared. Plus, I felt a little strangled. I'm going to do it again to tame it! Good day to you!
Thank you, Astrid. I felt my diaphragm relax as we began the exercise. The first side was quite peaceful. When we switched sides, my body heated up and stayed very warm. My mind was much more active, and my imagination too. I was surprised at the different responses, and look forward to the next exercise.
so grateful.. have been looking for a way to learn more jin shin jyuts.. as a POTS patient, the vagus nerve is all about disruption of flight or fight vagal responses in ptsd and POTS. am trying to send you video to their facebook pages it is will be a tremendous healing tool. blessings to you my dear. subscribed.
Thank you for this. I do like the real time, both right and left flows. I find it calming to not have to think about how long and just relax and let you make the decision :)
Thanks a lot Astrid for your excellent work! This is really a key for regeneration - I have been waiting for. I will enclude in my daily life. Inga from Germany, near Munich💌
My vagus nerve and the other two Ida and Pingla have been effected badly, so much so that I am now suffering from diabetic neuropathy. I was a national basketball player in my youth and till before the lockdown I was in vibrant health. Thank you Astrid for this video. I am a healer myself. Do you have something for the belly? My stomach hurts all the time and has become very hard. 🙏
I have difficulty breathing. I feel strangled all the time. And my breath seems to be stuck in my upper chest. This exercise helped to release tension in my neck and shoulder and I felt supported. And yes my breathing relaxed a bit. Thank you 🙏
directions are confusing....second more you said place right hand on left forehead BUT you placed your right hand over right forehead,.,...without proper diecrtions this is not helpful
I see where you're coming from, but actually I tend to work with the fingers on the forehead - when I say 'hand' it can be any part of the hand. So you could read right fingers on left forehead. Hope that helps.
Very relaxing calming exercise for Vagus Nerve...Thank you Astrid
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you! ❤ That was really cool. I felt how my upper back started to "get moving" and be energized. Cool tfollow you in real time. Thx again 🙏
