    Thank you so much for this wonderful video. I learned so much. And the most amazing thing for me personally was I learned that I have instinctively been giving my self Jin Shin Jyutsu hugs since I don't even know how long. always digging my hands snug up there and holding myself while very upset. Our bodies are amazing.

    Great video, thank you! I noticed that some of the holds cross hands and arms, is this necessary for energy flow to work right? Could you do both points above your shoulder blades if you can touch that area with both hands finger tips by elevating your elbows instead of crossing your arms?
