@G P Mishra I've been really enjoying it, thank you! I went for the 16-50mm + FTZ kit. The FTZ was more of a priority for me, as a prime lover, than the 50-250mm. :)
In the last 3 years I have reffered to this video at least 10 times. Each time I have a doubt I search it. No unnecessary pulling on, straight and simple way to explain. Excellent. I wish othere learn from this video, how a crisp work can be this much effective.
I was hoping to hear about focus tips while recording with camera movement. I find the focus bouncing around a lot in video mode and especially during camera movement
Thanks bro Will use this settings tomorrow for a shoot As a photographer, never really used my camera for a video 😂 This is a great start up info Thanks
If you're looking for ultra smooth footage you'll need to grab a gimbal. Handheld will always have some shake. To maximize handheld smoothness shoot at 120 fps, slow it down in post production software, and apply stabilization.
hello i hope you can answer because the video is old but i have some issues i'm streaming with the nikon z50 and when i record the camera stop recording after 30min how can film 2 hour stray instead 30 min ? please answer me thank you 🙂
I think you'd need an hdmi situation to stream that long with the Z50 as it has the record time limit of 30min. Might also look into a dummy battery solution as well
The 4K looks great! It’s easy to color grade when using the Flat Picture Profile. It’s not 10 bit color, but really nothing in this price range is so that’s kind of a non-issue.
What if I need to shoot video during the sunny day time, that 1/50 exposure not gonna work unless I stop down the lens by a lot. Do you have any tips on shooting video wide open with 1/50 on the street? Thanks!
Absolutely! To counteract the bright light you will want to use a neutral density filter. You can grab them pretty cheap on Amazon. I believe the brand I got for my Z50 kit lens was the K&F concepts variable ND filter. Around $25!
@@ZacharyEldridge as I thought! Still was hoping to deal with it inside the cam but in vain:) thank you! I have a kit of square nd filters for long exposure shots purposes and gonna use them for video as well)
I tried to recreate the issue you are experiencing. I found that the option is only grayed out when shooting higher than 60FPS (100p/120p). It seems resolved when you switch FPS to 60fps and lower.
Really helpful, thank you! I'm excited for my z50 to arrive, so I can try out both of these custom presets for filming.
That's awesome! I hope you love it!

Is this really a good camera for taking 4k videos?

@@ZacharyEldridge thanks☺️
I would like to see the focusing setting as well!
Good point! For the purpose of this video I left it on the default AF-F mode. That's what I use most of the time.

Any idea why the 'Movie Quality' option under 'Movie Shooting Menu' is greyed out?
did you ever figure out why that was happening ? it’s also on my camera and i can’t figure it out :/
