  • Welcome to our Chest workout video! 📸
    Objective:
    In this session I will guide you on how to strengthen and define your chest muscles. This workout is build to train you at any workout space you own. It can be your home, or the nearest park, not necessarily the gym. We will learn how to make our workouts work effectively.
    Learn with me the importance of working out, what mistakes you do more often while training and how to get a good pump after your chest workout.
    Equipments you need:
    Dumbbells or you can use filled waters can and bottles and a napkin.
    What Exercises are covered? :
    1. Pushups:
    We started with normal pushups to warm up and get that desired pump after the workout followed by various types of pushups which are: wall pushups, body weight pushups etc.
    2. Flat double press
    3. Dumbbells fly
    4. Dumbbells pullover
    Chest day is equivalent to push day. Why to wait? Let's get ready to push our limits.
    Hit the chest and then "छाती चौड़ी करके चलो".
