Space Marines DO NOT crew titans, the adeptus mechanics and their myraid of factions do. Princeps, which are senior titan officers, who are both genetically bred and trained to control titans alongside their moderati or crew.
Just came here to say that...this is the 3rd of these 40k videos from this channel that I have watched that have glaring errors. I'm starting to wonder if this is AI generated content.
@@WolvesHart79 my thoughts too
@Michael Hart it is
Could just be mistaking Titans for Dreadnoughts
Having watched several of your videos I must make it clear that for a novice, or someone with a passing interest in Warhammer and their ideas for Battle Mechs, these aren't bad, BUT for the many who know their stuff you make some very common mistakes. For example stating that Space Marines are interred in a Dreadnought is true, however Space Marines do not operate Battle Mechs, that is the job, and heavily trained for, by Princeps; a very special corp of pilots who are also in many cases actually knights in their own family status. This may not seem important but to war factions this is not to be trifled with, so please, maybe making another video correcting your mistakes would be a wise thing to do. In fact it may invite those with far more knowledge of the lore to enjoy what you are trying to achieve? Anyway apart from that your videos are very well presented, thank you.
The rare imperator is just the redesign of the emperor, and lore said that the castigator was a head taller than the emperor putting it around 70m
Anyone else notice the Atlas being the furthest right side mecha in the thumbnail? It's from B.O.T (Battle of Titans) and not Warhammer
yeah..me too.. Why Atlas was here?😂😂😂
This is the least accurate lore video I have ever seen, I did not know that titan princeps don’t exist, and that the dire wolf was in fact a smaller vehicle than a war hound despite being a variant of it
Nice video. I'm pretty sure that Astartes aren't the primary crew of a titan however. Also, if I may suggest, please credit the clips you use in the video, especially the ones made unofficially by fellow RUclipsrs. It would go a long way to helping the community grow
Everybody is gangsta, until the church starts walking! :P
The Dreadknight and centurion are piloted by space Marines, grey knights have Dreadknights and the centurion is basically a fully armored space Marine in a secondary battle suit, heavier then terminator plate but not quite dreadnaught
Very nice video
There are also Penitent Engines, Mortifiers and Paragon Warsuits.
Nice video!
Though Redemptors are actually slightly larger than leviathans
Wow, really?
Need some more fact checking here, before the inquisition comes .
Bro really said ‘baby carrier’😂😂😂💀💀
Got a problem with that?
So many mistakes here: Excindio being shorter than Scyllax? Domitars being shorter than Castellax?
I think I still have my old Furibundus somewhere, I had the one with two fists and twin bolters and the short legs. I also remember the dreadnoughts in the old Epic Space marine being what looks like Contemptors.
Damn if only the castigator didn't went rouge
Didn't Sisters of Battle also have some Mecha? I remember something about them
Penitent Engines
Paragon Warsuits
Can you make a similar video for each race of Warhammer 40k?
The image shown for the Rapier class titan is not a games workshop model. It's a dreamforge leviathan crusader. So the Rapier titan will not look like that.
No penitent engines or Mortifiers!? Surely they would count under the baby carrier category!
Space marine don't pilot titans come on man its a whole different branch of the Imperium the pilots are called princeps
The castigator looks like battle tech
Hi bro x great vid but Adeptus Astartes don’t pilot Titans ! They’re usually linked with a Princeps master or mistress that would be slaved to the machine linking with it thru the MIU !! The huge array of secondary functions such as weapons, void shields are controlled and ministered over by the Adeptus mechanicus !!I understand 40k is Ä complex universe but to gain any respect from the community you’ve got to get these basics right guys !! Hope you take this constructively as I did like your style x
Peaceout
You forgot the Sisters of Battle Battle Suits and Knight Titans completely...
Where that castigator titan design came from?
The Castigator is the best proof that the Imperium went downhill bad after _these_ were built.
I’m annoyed that GW has named the Dominus-class knight a Castellan, even though there already is an Automata with that name.
not sure 'baby carrier' is the official imperial name.
Just a question but would a pain engine count as a mech?
You forget paragon warsuits
Titans are crewed by the collegia titanicus. Not space marines.
👍👍👍❤❤❤
wasn't the castigator pearlescent white and organic looking with a rotary cannon for an arm that fired greater demons as ammunition. This drawing is kinda cool but looks nothing like what was described in the grey knights books
They Grey Knights walkers are NOT called "Baby Carriers".........they are known as "Nemesis Dreadknights".
sure they are
👍
the BC of the GK is called Nemesis wth
The "Titans are 150 meters tall" is old lore and a bit dumb. An Emperor Titan is around 45-60 meters tall depending on the size of the church thing on the back...
You skipped most of the Knights.....
Where is Penitent Engines hmm 🤔
Sisters of Battle also use "Baby Carriers"
The Original lore written decades ago regarding Titans clearly indicates that they are in the same scale as Mass Effects largest Reapers. The models were shoehorned by GW to fit 28 mm just for pure $$$
Titans are God Machines that fire naval gun calibur weapons. In fact 3 Warlord Titans can knock out an Imperial Navy cruiser from high orbit.
And not only that. Adeptus Titanicus: Doom of Molech (2018) stated that 3 Warlord Titans and 2 Rivers can destroy the whole continents in hours. Which is ridiculous.
Can you stop worshipping something that has not been canon since, as you said it, decades ago? Those things have been rewritten several times since then, some retconned and others even deleted. I know W40K is known for its over-the-topiness, but if you are already building a gigantic machine, why limit it to only be usable in one very specific manner? At that point better turn it into a full-blown space ship.
Leviathan Dreadnoughts are difficult and very painful to piloted.
Yeah the first thing brother Guccicus said when he was put in one was "Even in death my non-existent balls somehow still itch."
Space marines DO NOT crew titans 🤔 have you not watched Hellsreach?
For the Algorithm!
where is psi titan?
A Lot of investigation was put here. Loved it! As a fan of 40K who is not really into mechas, the Automatons blew my mind. Thanks for the vid. I love your format!
a baby carrier?????? ive never heard anyone call it that lmao.
It has often been said that the grey knight one looks like a mech with a baby carrier, but actually naming them baby carriers like this and written down as well in the picture? ROTFL. I think he is joking, like tongue in cheek
@@RoboticPope idk mayne, with the sheer amount of info he got wrong in his first 40k battleship video i doubt this was tongue n cheek. he got so much shxt wrong in that vid that he had to make a part 2 basicaly correcting himself without admitting to the fact that he had to correct himself. also he other channel "Mind Q" has no 40k shxt so he's probably either new or just trying to capitalize off of the 40k wave right now.
In mechs, youve forgorten the SM Centurion
yeah i was looking for this comment, they are one of my favorites
marines DO NOT crew titans, they are all normal humans
So no one told you that your upload would go this wayyy * clap * * clap * * clap * * clap *
Quick edit: “baby carriers” aren’t actually what they’re named.... we have a) next the Primaris Invictor Tactical Warsuit, and, b) a Nemesis Dreadknight (used by the Grey Knights). I thought you were making a joke it then you moved right along.
Sorry, this is a nice video. But you got quite a bit wrong in this video.
I recommend watching some other videos on RUclips to get the pronouncement right and also to do a little more reading into the wiki, lexicon, and some other online sources.
It’s a good Quick video but you missed a lot and mixed up some facts.
This video is full of errors. Do not listen to anything said.
Another video with a lot of false information, please read 40k lore….
Very inaccurate video. Baby carriers? Really??? SMH
Tongue in cheek humour
Castigator in romanian means Winner
