There's actually probably some amount of crossover between being good at sports and music. I can see on average a good athlete learning an instrument or a good musician learning a sport, especially with the same amount of practice it took to get good at the first thing.

I started to learn guitar, because my dad plays it like whole life as hobby. So i thought it would be interesting to learn myself playing guitar too. So i just come to my dad and i was like ,,Dad? Now I mostly play classical and spanish guitar. I haven't played since 2019 till recently. Which is why I'm here! But yeah basically growing up, the first song I learned was "take it easy" by the Eagles. The only reason was because my dad would give me his song books to learn from. So I only played music he liked. I wasn't allowed to deviate. Once I did, he cancelled my lessons.
