This is a MUST read ! Joe, I hope you get to see this but man are you darn good at teaching ! I took the online real estate class and learned NOTHING! As a matter a fact, I googled most of the answers , if not all! Crazy ! When it was time for the state board, I watched A TON of your videos! No joke! I’ve NEVER picked up a book because hands Down, I don’t have the time and I have an extremely busy life , a bunch of kids lol and honestly when I read stuff, I just cannot learn like that , that’s when I found YOU. I remembered all your jokes at teaching, cattle chattel etc , man oh man, I listen to you teach real estate in my car, my bed, my ear , my toenail and my fingernails listened to you! I banged that test! I paid that online school that’s mandatory for $500 and learned nothing, well I did learn that I shouldn’t recommended the online school to anyone , then I found you for free! Dang! I passed both the state and national test! Now my busy life can finally calm down as I invest in my own business! No more running around with the kiddos Doing different jobs for different people! Now I’m my own boss! Keep teaching !
Unfortunately, as real estate agents there is very little about the business and daily aspect of real estate that we learn during our pre licensing course - that is why it is so important to primarily look for a brokerage with a great support system and a learning environment.
Joe, thank you so much for everything you have done! I purchased your course a few years ago and passed my exam in 2019. Now I am finally going to hang my license and choose a broker. You always deliver!!! Much love

Past my state exam last week and I am trying to pick between exp and Keller Williams
Did you pick one yet?
Thank you so much! Very valuable information for a newly licensed agent!
Awesome list. Thank you.
Thank you for those tips it’s very helpful.
Excellent video. Thanks Joe!
Excellent advice!
Thanks for this joe!!!!
I am joining Keller Williams because of many reasons but primarily because of their education for newer agents and amount of leads they offer.
Sounds good
It’s great for starters, they do guide all
The way through from your first buyers and sellers transaction. The goal is to work for yourself but the begin with, like no other!
Good luck every Keller Williams office is different
I found it to be not a good fit
I didn’t get the support I needed promised and lambo and given a bus pass
I didn’t need sells training I needed real estate training my coach was horrible
Provided me nothing and took way too much
If you are a salesperson and know how to sell just do it yourself
The internet has all the tools you need
If you want a coach find someone you like and trust and pay for it yourself
You will save a ton of cash in long run
If you need transactional help pay for it
Long run be entrepreneurial research finds the tools you need
Do the math and you will see your better off
A lot of firms will give you what you need and ask you to pay for it
Much better then just giving them 40% of your earnings for really nothing
I needed re exp not sales exp
I would rather pay for the tools I need and keep most of my commission
Especially if the firm over promises and under performs
I didn’t need their Bs sales
Training I needed re training
I needed a mentor coach someone who could help me if I needed it
If your a good salesperson
You can find everything you need online
These firms really over promise and under deliver
And pray on the newbie weakness not knowing shit
Learn everything you can online find a good coach and go make $$$$
Thank you, this is helpful!
You should put together a PDF document and upload it in your website/app for us to use it.
very helpful tips. Thank you:)
