We have a study guide that comes with our online exam prep package, which I highly recommend. It has all the concepts and math you need to know. The package also has unlimited practice exams and vocab flashcards. Here's the link if you're interested: www.restateexamprep.com/states/georgia What makes our exam prep work so well are the practice exams, because they tell you what you need to improve on. So, you can review the eBook, take the practice exam, find out what you need to improve on, review that section in your eBook, rinse and repeat until you're consistently passing the practice exams. At that point, you'll do really well on the exam. Let me know if you have any questions, hope this helped!

Hi Yvette, Just to clarify, you are looking to get your real estate license in Georgia and are currently a real estate agent in Florida? If the answer is yes, the two states reciprocate and you should only be required to take a supplement examination. According to the Georgia Real Estate Commission, that supplement exam will focus on Georgia Law and Practice. You can access that information and take practice exams on those categories using our Georgia exam prep program (www.restateexamprep.com/states/georgia?#pricing). The state also offers a candidate handbook provided by PSI (documents.goamp.com/Publications/candidateHandbooks/GAREP-handbook.pdf). If you go to page 8, it outlines the "Salesperson Supplement Examination" further. To apply for the license, make sure you also review the "Real Estate Reciprocal Application" form (grec.state.ga.us/wp-content/uploads/pdfs/RealEstate/GRECReciprocalApp.pdf). Best of luck and please let us know if you have any additional questions!
I’m at realtor in Florida and would like to become licensed in Georgia because I have reciprocity there. Also thinking of buying my first property there.
