With seeing so many Realtors start in their early 20’s, do you think that it is too late to become a good Realtor after your 40’s? Thank you!
Hi Steven! You’d actually be surprised - most agents coming into this business are starting a second career and are 40+. It’s only the young ones who are doing social media! In comparison to total agents in the country, the young agent percentage is quite small. Your age plays an advantage! You have more experience and more connections.
Do you think it is possible to have another business and be successful in reality? I have a clothing brand and I would like to become a realtor, but I’m nervous about the dedication and time needed for both. Is it doable with a good plan?! Help! Lol
There’s actually a ColdWell Banker realty location/office that’s almost 25 minutes away on foot from my apartment in the Larchmont area around Hollywood! I’m about 1 chapter away from completing my third class and getting ready for the California state exam!
I am taking my classes at a community college and will be taking my exam over the summer. Will the interview form still be open then? I would love an interview with Sotheby’s 😍
